Definitely is a must go place. Food is so delicious, we had a great time with full tummy. The restaurant view is really nice on sunset, so make sure to ask for balcony area when booking if possible. Staffs are friendly. We want to go back there again to try their dessert, as we did not get to try the first time we went there, as we were so full. Portion is so big that we had to take it away. Apparently they also won an award.

Celebrated my mothers birthday today and the customer service here was immaculate… same with the food. The way the waiter raced with a brownie getting everyone to sing happy birthday was beautiful. Had never had a restaurant ever do that for a birthday. Thank you for the great experience. Worth every dollar :)

Absolutely amazing food! The pork knuckle might look small in the photos, but it is huge. Brilliant night out thought, fully recommend getting dessert, the apple “donuts” are divine. The waitstaff are also brilliant, attentive you know….. everything you’d want waitstaff to be… The parking, is up round the back if you’re coming from brookton Hwy. not in front of the restaurant on the gravel, round the back is paved.

Went with afew friends tonight. Heard lots of lovely things. We all ordered different dishes and all so full and happy. I had the prawns - delicious with different flavours and textures. A little fresh food party in my mouth! Perfect size to fit in dessert. I had the caramel slice and it didn't disapoint.

Honestly, 10/10 from me. We went for lunch to celebrate my husband’s birthday with our toddler for the first time and the food was fantastic! Service was great too we feel welcome there. My recommendation is to book in advance on their website to avoid disappointment, because they are so busy over weekends, plus I learned their head chef 🧑‍🍳 has won the award Head chef of the year. We will be back!

Just incredible. There's usually a trade off between portion size and flavour. Here you get both. Slightly on the pricey side but well worth every single dollar with the drink sizes, the incredible food, friendly staff and the view. Definitely coming back!

Worth a visit. Saturday night and was busy. We weren't happy with the table position as it was right near the thoroughfare to outside and tucked in a corner. Jarrad did a great job of moving us to a much bigger table right in the middle of the restaurant. Food was very good. Espresso Martini was one of the best I've had. We enoyed our night.

Went to 7 Sins tonight for dinner with my husband. Food was yummy and service was great. We ordered Jalapeno Poppers and Crispy Pork Bao, Pork Knuckle and husband ordered lamb. Pork knuckle serving was so big that its enough to shared between 2 people. Dark Chocolate Brownie was yummy too. Love Dark Chocolate. Every wait person has provided a good service. This little gem is hard to find when first rocking up. It's tucked away behind some other buildings with the carpark at the rear of the complex. The view is absolutely amazing as you drive/walk in. The atmosphere is extremely cosy once inside. The service was amazing and the food and drink were top knotch. We ordered the beef cheek and whiting with Asian salad. The beef cheek was a little tough however the whiting salad was amazing. Overall I am impressed with this place and will return!

Absolute fantastic. I rarely hand out 5 stars. I keep 5 stars for those I think are above and beyond. All the wait staff were very friendly but not overly pushy. They attended to our table just the right amount. Pork Bao for entree was outstanding. It's hard to say if it was better than the mains but I think it was slightly my favourite. I had the Fillet steak from the signature dishes while my wife had the pork knuckle. Both were also outstanding. My wife didn't finish the pork knuckle even with my help to eat. We brought the remainder of if home for a beautiful pork sandwich tomorrow. 🙂 Just a shame we had to book so far in advance but good things are worth waiting for.

We made our booking 2 weeks before the Anzac long weekend and were very happy that we got a reservation. Tonight's dinner here was timely, one, Seven Sins being one of the restaurants I had been meaning to try and two, it is our wedding anniversary. Last night, an angry customer blasted Seven Sins on social media and I happened to read it. In all honesty, it does the restaurant no justice and probably just portrayed a one-sided view from that individual. We arrived tonight at 6.45pm (our booking was for 7pm) and were quickly seated. We were given a few choices of seating areas. We were also served within minutes of being seated. Afterwhich, our wait staff came to take our orders within a span of 10-15 minutes of us looking through the menu. Entries were served in the next 5 minutes and mains were served 10 minutes later. The restaurant was packed when we arrived and still packed when we left. What I found was, the food was yummy, came out quickly, served warm. The hospitality crew were attentive and looked happy, and overall, there was a positive vibe in the restaurant. One of the wait staff accidentally toppled a tall glass of lemon-lime bitters onto a patron seated at the table next to ours (a very large group) and the group laughed it off instead of getting angry at the waitress (which was nice of them). But what I saw next was great teamwork. About 3-4 staff came out quickly to help their colleague who was probably new to the job, very nervous and scared by her accident. They quickly cleaned up the mess and everything went on smoothly after. There was a birthday cake served to one of the patrons at that table and the wait staff rallied everyone in the restaurant, singing happy birthday to her. From where we were seated, we could see great dynamics in the kitchen to the service crew and plates of food kept coming out like clockwork. In between seatings, wait staff were wiping down tables and disinfecting everything. Now, the food came in generous serves. We had the arancini balls with pureed hummus underneath and for mains, we got the cripsy pork knuckle with sauerkraut + mash and lime-chilli prawns with soba noodles. It was yummy! The desserts were just as good, coconut pannacotta with mango sorbet and caramel slice with banana gelato. All in all, a very lovely evening and would highly recommend Seven Sins to family and friends.

Have visited Seven Sins on a number of occasions and not only the food and drinks but the wait staff are amazing. Want to thank Jarrad (have been lucky enough to have had him twice now) in particular for his fabulous presence and friendly service. The food was absolutely delicious! Thoroughly enjoyed the cheesy garlic bread as a shared starter. There was a great selection of mains to choose from. Range of vegetarian, seafood and meat options. We enjoyed the pork schnitzels. The schnitzels were so tender and the jus was delicious! At our table we also had the pan fried gnocchi. They were delicious. Serving sizes were plentiful. The desserts were a great way to end the meal experience. You will have to stop by for sure! The staff were very friendly and hospitable. Will definitely be returning. A gem amongst the hills.

As this was our first visit since Roley's on the Ridge became Seven Sins, we felt significant trepidation. The view of the Darling Scarp was as stunning as ever, but would the food and service meet our expectations? We are happy to report that we were not disappointed. The most amazing food we have had in a while . Rustic restaurant set in the hillside in Rolystone. Chef Seb now has his own Restaurant and he took his famous Pork Knuckle with him . Crispy skin on the outside and tender pork on the inside .(1kg knuckle that’s some pig ) Soooo BIG we had to bring some home . The The chicken schnitzel was done to perfection as was the Beef Fillet . Desserts were fabulous and the caramel slice with candied pecan crumble and banana ice cream was next level made by their young 17 apprentice chef Emma( she’ll go far )described as “ an explosion of WOW” by my daughter . Well worth a drive out into the country for that special occasion or just because . If I had one thing to say that could make the pork better would be a bigger serve of the apple sauce !!

I am in love! I had really high hopes because I had heard so many good things and I am glad to say they are all true. The food was amazing, I had the scallops with flatbread, so delicious! I can't wait to eat here again. But not only was the food delicious, the service was great. All the wait staff were kind and friendly, and the more senior staff member was so knowledgeable and helpful, everywhere we have ever been with my daughter, she is served last, he made sure her food would come out with entrees we didn't ask he just said he would make it happen when the entrees came out and her dish wasn't out yet, he walked past and noticed and said he would ask where it was, 5 min later it was there, incredibly kind and thoughtful. Just so much love for this place!

On such a hot day it was delightful to enter a restaurant that was lovely and cool. Staff were welcoming and accommodating to our needs. Food was tasteful and delicious. The sauces are subtle which do not overpower the quality of the main protein. Perhaps the meal could have been temperature-wise hotter but then again it might have been the fact the fans and air conditioner were doing their job rather well. We will definitely be back again.

Seven Sins certainly lived up to the hype that I have been hearing about this venue. It's an incredible setting, the views are sublime. The staff attended to us very quickly upon entering (we did book) and were fantastic throughout the entire evening. Now onto the important bit, the food. My table of 6 were all in adoration of every dish served. I tried many of the dishes and they were made with such love, such talent and mountains, mountains of flavor. I ordered the Scallops for main. The portion size was fantastic, incredible value considering how many scallops I got. The flavour was so diverse thanks to the superb sauce, tangy and fresh avocado fusion in the centre and the lovely flat bread. All together it was flavor sensation. Another hilight at my table was the pork belly and crayfish linguine. This place is well worth the visit and is certainly worth the price. Cons: A very minor one and I can't pin this on the venue. there was a foul bin smell as you walked up to the restaurant. It was a hot day and there are other venues around so I can't pinpoint this on Seven Sins however it was a bit of a "nose scruncher" upon walking up. Also, if I were to be extremely critical, the scallop dish could have been warmed up a little more. This was however extremely minor, considering how sensational the dish and overall night was.

Went in for Dinner with some friends and we were not disappointed. The food was delicious and the server was great, having a joke with us. All four of us had something different off the menu and we were all impressed. Will definitely be back.

We went after seeing this restaurant on Destination WA and it did not disappoint. Surrounded by a beautiful bush setting. We were there for lunch. With a non drinker at our table we were pleasantly surprised to discover a non alcoholic beer on the menu. We shared the blue swimmer crab cakes for entree. Our mains were lobster linguine, red emperor, steak and pork schnitzel. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Dessert was so good. The homemade caramel slice with banana ice cream was amazing. We will definitely be back!

Crayfish was dry, tough, overcooked. Didn't even taste fresh. 1 out of 5 would not order again. The staff offered to rectify it, but I wasn't interested, as I just wanted a quick in and out meal on a quiet Wednesday afternoon. Friendly, efficient service in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The portions were generous and mouthwateringly delicious. For entree, we had the Kassler and pecorino croquettes with onion jam and chilli aioli. Super tasty and melt-in-the-mouth, we can highly recommend this share portion. As mains, we had the crispy crackle pork knuckle, potato mash, sauerkraut, apple mousse and shiraz jus, and the scallops in coconut curry sauce. The pork knuckle was enormous, but very tender and tasty. Perfectly cooked, it fell off the bone, and the leftovers made perfect sandwiches for lunch the next day. For dessert, we had Seb’s Bavarian apple donuts dusted with cinnamon sugar, butterscotch sauce and vanilla ice-cream. Hooley dooley, a definite must! The lime pannacotta with fresh honeycomb, pistachio crumble and green apple sorbet was an equally exotic tastebud-pleaser. We have been attending this restaurant for over 20 years and have seen many changes as owners came and went. I hope these guys are in it to stay, because the food is the best we've had there yet. Seven Sins is on the list to be our new favourite place to eat. Prost!

From the friendly greeting when you arrive, to the absolutely PERFECT food you receive, this place has nailed it! They have found their niche. We have never loved a place more. Well worth the hour drive. And will definitely be back.

The food is great, the staff friendly and attentive. We have been there twice now and will continue to make this one of our go to restaurants. There are only small things that may take away from the experience. There appears to be a problem with getting food out of the kitchen hot, parts of dishes were cold on both occasions and small details being missed for example with the oysters not bring separated from their shells or an appropriate oyster fork being supplied. These are only minor though, the food is excellent regardless.

Update: meals were served cold and not cooked properly. Waited nearly an hour for mains. The venue is very cold and loud, and there was a server slamming cutlery together right next to me. Service was helpful to get the food fixed. Unfortunately they must have been too busy, disappointed. Beef tenderloin was amazing & best coffee martini I’ve ever had. We’re German, and loved the Pork Knuckle! Also ordered a whiting salad which was lovely and light. A local gem.

We have visited Seven Sins many times and have never been disappointed. We had 4 at out table this time and we all had a different main and each one was amazing. We shared the Kingfisher Carpaccio for the entree and loved it. Crepes and Emma’s Caramel Slice were thoroughly enjoyed for dessert. My girlfriend and I had a Sinning Cowboy Kelly cocktail (a new one for us). Very tasty. From the time we stepped into Seven Sins the staff were attentive and fun.

Our family had an absolutely delicious lunch at 7 Síns. The menu is varied and differs to others with many German influenced ingredients. The produce is fresh and of high quality, cooked and presented beautifully. The setting is amazing with views to the ocean across the Brookton Valley. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Yesterday was my second visit to this amazing restaurant. Nestled amongst a cluster of old buildings it was like stepping back in time with breathtaking views to savour. Despite being extremely busy we received a warm welcome and the service throughout was excellent. The menu was varied and took me back to past meals in German cities. Lovely restaurant, great food and service! Reminiscent of a great English restaurant with the vibe, plentiful menu and portions. We shared the oysters and currywurst to start, both were good quality and full of flavour. The oysters were a standout. I had high expectations and the food certainly didn't disappoint! The servings were a decent size and the staff were REALLY friendly and courteous. The only "negatives" (if you could even call it that) was that it can get very loud when the place is packed (not really the place for an intimate dinner), and it can be a little hard to flag down waitstaff when they're busy. But I would unreservedly recommend this place and I'll definitely be going again.

We visited Seven Sins for the first time yesterday having been given a gift certificate for my birthday. From the easy booking experience to the welcome at entry to the full dining experience we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The table service was friendly and efficient. The restaurant was busy it was friday lunchtime but the staff were alert to our needs. We decided to start with a drink from the extensive drinks menu and when we ordered our meals they came quickly. We found the serves more than adequate in fact my husband had to help me with mine. Doggy bags were offered but we managed.to eat it. I noticed that several other diners took doggy bags so that is testament to the lovely food and meal sizes. We were very happy with our meal and service and will definately be returning.

I had a very enjoyable lunch here today. The jalapeno poppers to start were great; wonderful but the aranchini balls were stodgy and bland and what I would expect from a cheap function. All or our mains were beautiful; the scallops were lovely, if not ever so slightly under but flavours and the bread addition was great and very generous. I had the whiting and thoroughly enjoyed it, veggies awesome, nice surprise from the bean sprouts and good amount of spice. Great portion sizes. Yummy. Desserts; we all loved the donuts but the sweet and sour creme caramel dish was unbalanced and the flavours together on the plate did not work. The berry boozy sour shot was neither sour nor boozy and we didn't know what to do with it, plus has pistachio nuts on the side which was not on the menu and odd. The creme caramel was tasty but lumpy! The service was good but all staff appeared to be miserable ... I think we found the place a little dated, the cocktail list was from the 80's! We had a great time, but its the hills and not the city.

Let me explain this rating. Food at sevensins is amazing. It’s the reason this is our second visit in as many weeks. The Crayfish tail is incredible! Tonight however the service was nothing short of bad (for a restaurant of this quality). It’s like we didn't exist. The tables around us were all waited on and serviced well, however our drinks took over 30mins and only arrived after we questioned how much longer they would be. Apparently they were made and sitting on the counter as ‘we have some really big tables to deal with tonight’ . On finishing our drinks 3 empty cocktail glasses sat on our table for ages, attempt after attempt to gain wait staff attention as they handled the tables around us went un-noticed. I honestly felt like I needed to start up and do some star jumps to get noticed. My partner ended up having to stand up and walk to find a different wait person (she was very attentive and apologised immensely - so Thankyou Jess). Our main took over an hour to arrive, as amazing at it was just too long given the service of drinks. It was amazing, but the service and wait times took the shine off what could have otherwise been a 5 star experience. Very disappointed but at least full.

Now the food, I had the crispy skin chicken with pumpkin and asparagus risotto, delicious, the mushroom jus was the icing on the cake. Not sure what happened to the crispy skin as it didnt make an appearance, however, it was not missed. Sweet and sour vanilla crème brûlée for dessert, very nice three part dessert. So much flavor. Ordered their signature Pan seared Scallops in a coconut curry sauce, which arrived lukewarm. Scallops could have been cooked a tad bit more. Very disappointed with this dish. The Mains waiter was cheerful and friendly and came back to ask if everything was okay. There were 10 of us at our table and we were eagerly waiting to order dessert. A different waiter served us but took orders from only 4 of us and left the remaining 6 without even asking if we would like to order. We were so irritated with the service and we left without ordering dessert. I will definitely not be returning here again. Rustic decor but shocked to see a dead cyclamen plant on the bar!

Seven Sins shares an oft-overlooked German cuisine and infuses the varied, multinational flavours of Australian cuisine to brilliant effect. Very nice place for lunch. Accommodated our large party well, including a few small children. The desserts were divine, and our waitstaff were brilliant. I was pleasantly surprised by the cost, with lunch, dessert, drinks, and coffee, it worked our at 40$ per person which is great as the food was top notch. We had Vegan and Gluten free diners and all of them had multiple choices available. Despite being mid-week, it was very busy, and while the service and food did not suffer, it was very noisy, and difficult to hear conversation. When the weather is warmer, and the windows can probably be opened up, this would possibly help the accoustics.

The whole of Perth rave about this place, so I decided to surprise hubby with a date night here! Booking was made instantly online, we were greeted with big smiling faces then taken straight to our cute candle lit table and was served quickly with yummy alcoholic drinks. We went to the German night on Thursday, so of course we ordered the delicious, huge pork knuckle platter for two! It came out pretty fast. Everything was mouth watering. Can’t forget about the atmosphere, it’s awesome, staff were dancing and chatting to customers all night long!!!! Highly recommend this place!! Don’t change a thing guys! We will be back!

We also noticed another couple eat quickly and leave in the same area. Guys if you're going to book a group in that area just do that and stop making it very uncomfortable for the few you squeeze into tables with the group booking, it has doors use them!!!!

Party of 4 of us went last Saturday. Garlic bread starter was great and more than enough for 4 as was the bruschetta. Surf and turf steak for main course was beautifully cooked to our order and the prawns were rich and buttery. One of our party ordered lamb chops. The portion was huge! We ordered the Margaret River red wine which was reasonably priced at $38. Cheese board for one was enough for 6 people easily!! The other deserts we couldn't fault. The service was impeccable. A great find and we will definitely be back. Will be recommending it to our friends.

The tofu dish was pretty bland (just crumbed pieces that were not marinated in anything) and the noodles just okay. It lacked flavour and was essentially just tofu slabs sitting on top of noodles. Chef definitely capable of better in this regard as evident from previous visits to naked apple cider house and attending full vegan wedding there. Vegan doesn't have to be healthy and boring. The eton mess was interesting, but more reminiscent of a fancy coconut granola than anything.

Saturday night was our 3rd time dining (I've popped in for a cheeky beer some other times too) at the latest addition to Roleystone and it was the best experience yet (the other 2 experiences were also amazing). There was 6 of us, we ordered many entrès and all had different mains - everything was absolutely exquisite and all 6 of us could not have been more impressed & satisfied with the food - what an absolute credit to Head Chef Seb & his team. Furthermore, the service was incredible as well - special mention to our waiter, Jarrod, who was a belly of laughter and kept us thoroughly entertained all evening. Pip was also great when she chimed in & assisted as well. Issac wasn't there Saturday night, but he has served me a couple times previously and he's always great. I couldn't recommend this place more & look forward to the next time I am blessed to dine there! Highly recommend worth the drive up to beautiful Roleystone to try this hidden gem! the views onto the valley below are magical, I had the most amazing tasty traditional pork knuckle with homemade mash & sauerkraut. The beers on tap are insanely good from the classic local craft beers to well known classic German 'Bavarian King of Beers' Weihenstephan, we had both ended up staggering out belly full. Hi. Along with family and friends, I have frequented this brilliant restaurant for many years, albeit names and owners, of the restaurant have changed over these years. We have a table booked tomorrow evening for a party of seven maybe eight, the reason I am not sure of the number of guests is because I didn't make the reservation. I have however been trying to contact this restaurant via telephone, on 6290 5162 perhaps this is the wrong number, this the number shown on the restaurants advertisement. I tried six times yesterday 12 March 2021 and four times today Sat. 13th March. Nobody has picked up in ten phone calls. Coincidently I was talking to my neighbor, on this subject, and they have experienced the same problem quite recently. I can't pass comment on the food nor service, hopefully it will be 100 percent better than trying to communicate via telephone. In addition to my comments above. Not only my, but my party's experience on Sunday the 14th, was excellent in relation to food and service, would definitely attend this venue again. Would I have a problem making a telephone reservation I ask?? I feel reluctant to give a rating on the restaurant. But unfortunately I can only give one star rating on communication.
