Found this shop unexpectedly and absolutely amazing . This has got to be the best fish and chips I have had in I do not know how long. I eat very slowly and even after I had been to the shop and came home to eat my fish was perfectly cooked and still crispy. The potato cakes were cooked perfectly and still crispy. And NO grease not one drop on the paper. Would recommend this shop to anybody . They actually know how to cook fish and chips. Totally awesome food . Thank you

We were NOT disappointed on our first visit to The Fish Box Trinity. The service was excellent and the food was up to standard. That black pudding supper was 👌🏾 same goes for that double beef burger and everything else. See the pics to see what else we ordered. We will definitely be back to what we now call our local 😉 but maybe we will not order as much chips as we did the first time as the portions are very generous (which we love btw). Keep it up guys!

Very good! Just ordered a English cod and chips for dinner. The cod is tasty, the twice cooked hand-cut chips are lovely. Curry sauce is delicious, spring rolls are amazing and the sweet potato cakes are just scrumptious. Thank you!

I visited Fish Box Trinity on Friday evening for the first time. We have a regular favourite store that we go to, but were pleasantly surprised by the offering at Fish Box. The hand cut chips were authentic and a welcomed change from the soggy, greasy and floury style of some regular chip shop chips. Fish Box had a fantastic selection and even better service. Lilli, Jye and Jacob had fantastic customer service, offering friendly advice, even recommending that I switch my order to the hand cut chips, which I will definitely do again! The food was prepared quickly and was fresh. Thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Just ordered and ate and oh wow. Prob the best fish and chips we have had in ages. Real proper decent chips. Nice flakey fish. Not overly greasy and even a cheeseburger better than most burger joints. Other seafood in the basket was a little bit oily but i can live with that. Edit: ordered a second time and had a wildly different experience. No lemon slices, sauce missing that i paid for, fish ok but soggy inside batter, chips incredibly oily and many overcooked, squid just all batter and oil, and the cheeseburger i loved the last time was greasy and full of massive gherkin chucks that were horrible and overpowering. Its like i went to a different shop.... pretty disappointed.

Hand cut chips were ok, not anywhere near like Scotland tho if that's what there going for. Battered haggis was good, battered cod was nice, good bit thick fish batter really crunchy and golden. Pizza crunch looked really really good but unfortunately let down when inside was a ham pizza. Pizza crunches or fried pizzas in Scotland are notoriously just plain cheese and tomato so the ham vibe unfortunately really let the whole dish down.

Friendly staff with great attitude to a new opening business, great generousity with portion sizes and large variety of choices on the menu Burgers are awesome! definitely recommend their British menu. Finally come across a great fish and chip place that has a British menu. Best fish and chips.

Tried The Fish Box in trinity tonight and was more then impressed! The food was amazing with great portion sizes for price. The staff are very friendly and the shop is very new and professional. Happy to say The Fish Box is my new local fish and chips🚀
