Highly recommend. Recently over the long weekend I visited this amazing vineyard restaurant with my friends to celebrate my big birthday. The staff, wines and service was absolutely five star. We so loved everything about this place from the moment we arrived with the warm welcome, we had great champagne and wine tastings (they also have great Gin) before we went to lunch on the balcony of the restaurant with great views streching out to the ocean. We had the croquettes (to die for), amazing pork belly and mushroom gnocchi with the best bean dish I have ever tasted. Do yourself a favour and visit as you will not be disappointed. Make sure you ask for the Cellar Manager GG to do your tastings and Abbey was the best ever waitress! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful place for lunch. Service was great and the restaurant is perched high up and views to the ocean afar. We ordered small plates to share . The octopus was cooked perfectly, the croquettes were crunchy and soft on the inside. The vodka cured kingfish was subtle. Would have been better if the skin was removed. Still very nice dish. The last time we visited Wise was 5 years ago. We heard a lot about their Gin recently and decided to drop in for Gin tasting. I have to say it did not disappoint us at all. We ended up buying 5 bottles of different Gin home. After Gin tasting, we had lunch in the restaurant. We ordered burrata, gnocchi and seafood chowder. They were all fabulous. A shout out for the gnocchi, it’s so far the best gnocchi we have had. Excellent service too. We will be back soon.

5/5. Highly recommend. This is our second visit in the last six months and both times we have been in absolute bliss. The food is amazing. Delicious, soul nourishing food. The jamon and manchego croquettes are a favourite of ours. Head Chef Matt Wright is onto something here. The dishes truly represent the passion and love he has for food. The restaurant is beautiful. It’s a gorgeous setting to look over the vineyards and beautiful eagle bay coast. The restaurant staff and service is always faultless. It feels welcoming, relaxed and homely. Cannot wait to come back again :)

I had the very best lunch that I’ve experienced in a long time!! The pork belly was to die for!! I can certainly say this is a 5 star ⭐️ Restaurant. The sauce was the best I have ever tasted!! And the shrimp and turnip cake was soooo good. Anyone going down south should stop in for a great lunch or dinner. Also the staff were wonderful! Very friendly and helpful. The food is expensive but it is worth every penny. Both the gnocchi and the snapper were incredible. The venue has the perfect aesthetic and has an amazing view out across to the ocean. The gins tasted great and the cocktails even better. The staff were kind and attentive.

Our table out on the veranda was perfect and the young lady that was responsible for our table was truly terrific from start to finish. She was chatty, informative, funny and a delight to have around. The food was fabulous, and it is so nice to find a restaurant that still gives you a choice instead of a "set menu". We just arrived home from 6 days in Dunsborough. We had Sunday lunch at Wise Winery. Absolutely the best meal we've had in months. We did the wine tasting first - absolutely lovely, we didn't feel rushed even though there were other couples there. Likewise, during the meal we were able to sit and savor the lovely tastes and appreciate the great service. We shared some dishes and then shared 3 deserts - I don't normally eat desert, but as it was my birthday we broke the rules. Gosh, but they were tasty. A very enjoyable lunch - the beauty of Wise’s is that they feed their patrons properly. OK, there is no longer fillet steak on the menu - a very rare offering these days - but if, after two courses, you feel as though you couldn’t eat another morsel, then it is a job well done. Had a wonderful meal there last week. The restaurant is beautiful with a world class view. The staff were enthusiastic and delivered great service. The food is impeccable. I had the rillette followed by the duck. Both gorgeous and generous dishes. We thought we were full and at first declined dessert. We are so glad we changed our mind. I confess I drove past this place many times but always dismiss it and turned the other way for the brewery. With the hindsight I regret it. The venue is lovely and it's possible to enjoy the beautiful view on the vines and heels both from the balcony at from the tables inside close to the windows. The stuff at the cellar door is friendly and ready to answer all your questions including real cities are about the region. The food is superb and the octopus with orange is worth the trip alone. The truffle pasta needs an adjustment: egg and butter too overpowering and covering the truffle. Will definitely bring tourists here but as many in the region they need to drop their prices of 10% if they want to be considered expensive but not overpriced. Just my pov.

After having the delicious pate and the trout between us, I had the seafood chowder which I highly recommend. Some of the men had gold band snapper and polished off every mouthful. Booked at Lot 80, ended up here. 6 pax for lunch on a beautiful Autumn day. So the good...a pleasant atmosphere and surroundings for sure, nice veiw to the coast. Attentive wait staff, reasonably well versed on the menu, accomodating when I asked to taste the wines first. Food wise, flavours were good and plates were presented with flare. However...we left hungry. Guys...with so many reviews marking you down on portion size where's the action!? I don't mind paying for a good feed but at roughly $125 per head we should have felt satisfied...its not a lot to ask. Peice of fish in pic was well cooked but a pathetic little peice.

I've been to Wise many times before and it's consistently been good. Great service and one of the best views going around. Yesterday was an off day. The duck and the swordfish were up to scratch....the ribs and a few other dishes not. Dessert a bit underwhelming. For the price you want to be blown away...slipped a bit here. Still good all-round but needs something to get back to the level.

We went to Wise Winery for my birthday lunch as we were staying in Dunsborough for the week. I had previously bought some Wise wines to support a Greyhound rehoming group (yes we have one). The wines were great and the pink gin superb. Getting back to the food. Wow! We are both vegetarians nad started with some olives which was a very generous serve and the olives were absolutely perfect. We then shared a cauliflower and hummus dish as an entree. It had both purple and the usual which cauli together with a chilli olive oil dressing, delicious. The main was Gnochi which was pan seared and combined with spinach tomato and asparagus with a basil purée and some ricotta cheese - a standout dish that any meat lover would also adore. Couldn’t eat any more so closed out with a coffee and tea. A perfect birthday lunch to remember.

Awesome lunch. Had the house baked focaccia with dukkah and oil to start which was fresh out of the oven and yummy. Then the Octopus entree which is truly delicious and a must have for anyone not turned off by big tentacles on their plate. Amazing venue, the view is just gorgeous and different, I love seeing the trees and vineyard and then the sea! We sat outside on the balcony and the service was pleasant and attentive, our mandarin gin drinks were very refreshing, and the food was excellent. Our greeting when we first arrived was not so welcoming, the guy was older and seemed tired and uninterested when he showed us to our seats, but the guy at the till when we were paying was much nicer and we had a chat. Overall very good indeed, bought a bottle of organic ginger infused gin and rosé when we left, the female attendant at the tasting was lovely.

If you want a fine dining experience in a warm and relaxed atmosphere you will love the food and dining experience at Wise Wines dinner service. We were looked after by Professional wait staff member who has looked after us at various celebrations for at least 10 years. The menu was adventurous and the chef delivered on the implicit promise to deliver new and innovative food. The meal was a celebration of our daughter’s wedding next year and meeting her future father-in-law. The evening was memorable for all the right reasons, the food was outstanding, the service was 5 star, it was a lovely way to celebrate the joining of our families.

We expected more and given the price, the food didn't live up to our expectations. All dishes were a bit too greasy for me (e.g. I couldn't finish the bread or pasta). Nothing was 'bad' but it also wasn't super good/unique/special and spending more than $100 per person for lunch makes me hope for that.

Beautiful setting, most of the plates we ordered were good particularly the cold cuts and liver. Mains were a bit hit and miss - fish of the day was herring which wasn’t as expected - really quite smelly. Gnocchi was quite good but probably a bit too starchy. Wines were fab though!

We absolutely loved the scallops with pork belly, as well as the beef. The kids enjoyed their fish and chips, and the kids pasta was also a delight. This is our favourite restaurant for the trip to Margaret River! For beer drinkers, their house beer from the tap is also very good!

Beautiful food as always, with pleasant staff, & of course amazing views. Great service too. What detracted from the experience was the very substandard gentleman in the cellar door for our tasting. He was uncommunicative, unfriendly & dismissive. Considering that there were only 4 other people tasting wines ( & he spent his time with them) it was a disappointing aspect. When I remarked to the lady who manned the till whilst we paid, she explained that the cellar door was separate. Well sure, but it's a package & that reflects badly on me wanting to taste their wines again. Shame.

Not impressed with the one opportunity for the table to purchase drinks and the delay in removing the plates and empties from the table.
