The pancake soufflé is the star of this show.
I highly recommend a visit to try this light and airy dessert. I tried the maple butter option and I was not disappointed.
The pancake reminded me a little of Uncle Tetsus Japanese cheesecake.
The staff were friendly and quick to process my order.
Would gladly come back to try the rest of the menu.

Solid 3.5* I had Crème brûlée soufflé pancake. It was great. Not too sweet but just enough. Super fluffy pancake. My mate had Mango soufflé. It was nice but the toping (rice puffs or what was it) were stale like if they were sitting in the shop for ages. Customer service very poor. If you live in the area it’s ok to visit. If you are not from the area I wouldn’t bother - many similar and better places out there. Ohh also it’s only take away pretty much. There is few milk crates you can sit on but that’s it not even a little table.

Solid food. Very aesthetic and very very tasty. I did find the pancake a bit rich, but that's not a bad thing if it's to your taste. The Oreo Chocolate Parfait (which includes souffle pancakes) is spectacular and the burnt Cheesecakes are *Chefs Kiss*. Also the cheese tarts are really good too. Just, would highly recommend all round.

Ok, that was one of the best creme brulee milk teas I’ve had. Very creamy and great tasting toffee and burnt sugar flavour. Fast and friendly service and decently priced.

Air Lab Soufflé make the best soufflé pancakes that I have ever eaten in Sydney, their soufflé pancakes melt in your mouth and they taste divine. I cannot wait to go back and try the rest of the menu.

Absolutely love this gem in Cabramatta!! You can watch the team prepare your pancakes through the window. These have to be the most affordable fluffy pancakes in Sydney, and the toppings are next level! Used to go for the matcha Oreo, but now my favourite is the creme brûlée with brown sugar pearls.
Probably worth noting that it’s pretty much takeaway only (they have a tiny seating area for about 4 people) but don’t let that phase you! At under $10 per plate it’s worth it 😎

Ordered Maple Butter Soufflé Pancake and Creme Brûlée Pearl Milk Tea.
The Soufflé Pancake is very light and fluffy. Ordered the simple one to to really have a taste of it as it was my first time. Will definitely try other flavours next time.
They have so many choices for the drinks. It was hard to choose what to get.

Great dessert place. Their pancake Soufflé is amazing. They have a nice selection of flavours, as well as cheesecakes, drinks and "cup cakes" (cup Soufflé). Due to covid their seating area was closed off. Seating area on small and cosy. They get very busy at night and there is a wait time of about 10-15 minutes, so it makes sense to order and wander for a little bit

In the heart of Cabramatta 🥞 These soufflé pancakes are delicious!
It wasn’t wobbly as I thought but it was super soft & fluffy! Very smooth and creamy! Reminds me of a Japanese cheesecake but in a pancake form! Super yummy!
I ordered the lotus biscoff flavour & my sister ordered the lychee rose pancake.
I loved the lotus biscoff ice cream, it’s got the strong caramelised flavour 😍
There is also a little dining area! So if you are obsessed with Instagram like me, then you can sit there and take glamorous photos 🤣🤣 or should I say Instagrammable photos!! Lol
The service was fast & super friendly.

Saw a line, stood in it and were not disappointed. We ordered 6 varieties of the souffle pancakes and while we did have to wait almost 30 minutes (the queue was massive), we were surprised to find how good they tasted. Not at all 'eggy', but more of a creamier texture like a custard or mousse. I guess there may be variation in the quality if the pancake were slightly undercooked however did not experience this, and will return again. 😀

Fluffy souffle pancake, my favourite is the creme brulee. The caramelized sugar crunch + the fluffy texture of pancake made very nice combination.

The novelty of the fluffy cheesecake was interesting.
Their cooking process in the kitchen took sometime and we had to wait 20 plus minutes in addition to the time lining up.
Sadly not something I'll see myself going back to eat regularly like bubble tea.

It was a good experience but flavour wise nothing exceptional. Tried their top flavours creme brulee and biscoff.

The deserts are quite delicious but the price is bit steep in my opinion, I had the soft serve cream brulle which is nice but was $5.50 for a waffle cone and a scoop of ice soft srrvixe

Cute concept and love the idea of a jiggly pancake. It's pretty to look at and there's a selection of desserts also available in-store. It's just unfortunate that this cooking style tends to have a waiting time and it's something that's difficult to take-away as it should be eaten asap.
Taste wise it is okay.

I finally got to try their maple syrup and butter souffle. The pancakes are soft and fluffy 🥰 It was worth the trip dropping by Cabramatta on the way home. Must try!

Really good!
Light and fluffy pancakes reminiscent of Japanese cheesecake. I got the Oreo chocolate, super tasty!
Very cute and pretty good prices for what you get! Also, pretty busy, but very quick service. You don't feel like you're waiting around forever!

Light and fluffy pancakes that are not too sweet. Be prepared to wait as every one is freshly cooked and prepared. A little expensive in my opinion but worth it as a great once in a while.

The milk tea icecream is amazing! The texture and sweetness level is just perfect.
