I recently had the opportunity to have dinner at Better Burger before my late flight out. I just wanted to say that I was served by Om and Vicky and they were both super friendly and helpful with my order! The cheeseburger I ordered (that I believe Vicky cooked) was one of the best I've ever tasted. I will definitely come back the next time I'm in Sydney.

I come through the airport often and love the Cesar Salad and burgers they make. Sabin and Vicky are outstanding customer advocates and the service is amazing always! Great american burgers selection, staff is serving their best. I had my lunch here with my friends because this is the only place serving vegetarian burger option coffee is also great. It was a tremendous experience with a great ambiance. Will definitely spread the good words and come back next time.

We ordered two burgers, one salad and two drinks there. Total AUD52. The cheese burger was nice but Angus burger was much nicer as they had more stuff in it. Thus it cost much more than the cheese burger! Salad was ok as the bread on the salad was dry and not crunchy at all... Drinks price was not on the display menu. It would be nicer if we know how much we are paying for which stuff. That’s why a star has been deducted. Otherwise it would have got 5 stars!

I am a priority pass member travelling with my fiance otw back home to LA from SYD and stopped by the nearest lounge here at better burger. Expected to get a couple bottles of water complimentary but instead got a feast of food desserts fruit and some takeaway drinks. The service was excellent; staff helped us choose how to use our credit and food came out extremely quick. TBH this restaurant was the best service we had the entire trip. Definitely recommend coming here while waiting for your flight.

Stopped here for a bite before my flight and was happy to find Better Burger accept my Priority Pass! The range of burgers were excellent, from standard pattie, to chicken, angus and even vegetarian option. I had the angus burger and it was excellently made and presented by Carla. Philly Steak and Cheese was mouth watering. They have American style food as well as Angus beef burgers and vegan and Keep options. Great beer selection too. Budweiser or Stone & Wood, two brews particularly that many others don't usually have. You won't be disappointed.

Awesome place to just chill and kill time at the airport! Nice and cozy design of their little spot. I got the southern fried chicken burger and the cheese fries and I wasn't disappointed. The chicken was actual chicken and not one of those chicken patties that some other places use.

$21 for burger + beer, what a steal for airport food! Order to meal was under 5 minutes. Quieter area of the terminal, a bit secluded from the more central hustle and bustle. They are big on recycling, which for some is a nice touch.

A fine place with great service. They gave us free ice cream and we were able to use our priority pass to eat for free. My one complaint is that the cheese on the cheese fries was like nacho cheese from a fair. The chili fries were not chili like in America. It is a homogenous sauce close to thousand island dressing.

First time in Australia. I came here for breakfast and got a jaffle. I had no idea what that was but it turns out it was some kind of grilled cheese sandwich. The food was good and fairly priced for the airport. Vicky and Sajana provided excellent customer service and quick tasty food.

Had one Mushroom Burger and one Vege Burger. The Mushroom was nice, the vege (seems mainly Beetroot puree) was oily. Take about 10-15 minutes to get your order. So if in rush, buy something elsewhere premaid. They take PRIORITY PASS.

Ok for airport food I guess but definitely not a 4.3 stars burger joint. The bacon and cheese burger was ok, maccas style. portion was slightly disappointing for $22 (burger, fries and drink). The sits are very uncomfortable, maybe adding some soft cushions can make the hard wood feel better.
