I was caught off guard with how good the food is here! Burgers here are up there with the best! You will be pleasantly surprised! The chips with the melt cheese were divine!!

First and foremost, the intimate service I've received every time I've visited Burger Room has been beyond immaculate, I've never had a warmer welcome at any restaurant of the sort - the staff are extremely friendly in every interaction I've had. The atmosphere is perfect, very spacious! The food is exceptional, whether dinein or ordering for delivery, every time it is of decent portion size and very flavoursome. Truffle fries are my favourite! I couldn't recommend this restaurant more to any burger lover 🥰

The best burger joint in the west! Have ordered numerous times from burger room and they never disappoint. Their burgers are nice and tasty and their shakes are absolutely delicious. The staff at burger room provide high quality of service, and they are all so friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Had Burger Room this afternoon. Clean place. Two working at the time we went in. We were the only customers. If you like American flavoured food then this would be an ideal place for you. We ordered a Fried Southern Cross burger/ Cheese Burger that came with the crunchiest chips and some wings. The Fried Southern burger was nice but so filling I couldn’t finished it off. The chips were so crunchy. I haven’t had crunchy chips like that in a long time. My son had the cheese burger and he finished it all off and liked it. Over all it was a nice place to get quick fresh food. There was a bathroom which is great. I didn’t use it though. The staff were very nice. What I liked most about it was that they were very quick in making the food.

The absolute best burgers you can have! Always cooked to perfection in the numerous visits I've had. Topped off with excellent service and great staff. Can never go wrong with Burger Room!

Fantastic and very well made burgers, easily the best I've had in Blacktown ever. Had the Country burger, some truffle fries and the Milo milkshake. They even offered a second Milo milkshake because the first one came out before the food. My preference is usually for smashed beef patties, but these were up there with the best of the non-smashed beef patties I've ever had. If I had anything bad to say at all about the place, it would be that the music choice could do with some improvement - Akron and Soulja boy isn't good listening :p

The outback burger was delicious, the southern fried chicken tenders were crunchy and juicy and the truffle fries were amazing. Burger room were very generous with their servings. For dessert we had the donut fries with chocolate sauce and the biscoff shake which were both extrordinary, I'd definitely come back for more and highly recommend them to anyone wanting a great burger feed in Western Sydney.

An outstanding and sensational burger experience. 🍔 Nice vibes and atmosphere and the friendliest staff. The Cheese is an incredible burger, from the first bite I fell in love. The fresh and soft special potato bun just blew me away. The premium wagyu beef patty was perfectly cooked and seasoned, had the perfect consistency and juicieness, and was so fresh it almost burnt my tongue. The tastiness and quality of the cheese slice can't be matched by any other burger shop I've been to. Even the pickles are impeccable. The special sauce is to die for, just immaculate. The Truffle Fries were tremendous. 🍟 The chips were so fresh I just couldn't get enough of them, they are the perfect thickness and have the optimal softness to crispiness ratio. The truffle ailoi sauce and bacon just tops off the fries splendidly. I'm so keen to try every burger on this menu, the tenders, the wings, and the shake. My mouth is watering now! 🤤 I really look forward to coming here again soon! 😍

I absolutely loved the southern chicken burger, I also got the "unreleased" spicy chicken burger, it was definitely a great choice and I highly recommend it! The shakes were also some of the best I have ever had and trust me, I am a milkshake aficionado. I hope these guys continue to grow and excel even in this horrific panini!!!

Finally a decent burger shop in Blacktown! After years of travelling outside of Blacktown for burgers we finally have a decent burger joint! Ordered the cheese burgers on two separate occasionas and both times patties cooked to perfection, ingredients complement each other well, special sauce is great, and they're not stingy with pickles! Also ordered the buffalo wings with blue cheese sauce and chicken was cooked perfectly and buffalo and blue cheese flavours definitely have great flavour. To top it all of prices give great value for money!

Great place, good service, good food. We walked up and down, the street before we stopped at Burger room. Ordered a burger chips and wings. The buffalo wings were spicy and tasty, so much my kids even tried them, and came with enough ranch sauce for the wings and the chips. The cheese burger looked great, and tasted better, burger sauce was excellent the bun pristine and round. Service was friendly and quick. Prices are good especially compared with ribs and burgers and others like it. I'd want to get the double bacon burger next time. It Could do with more burger options but I expect that is to come. Facilities include a toilet and highchairs. So good for my family.

The wagyu double cheesy bacon burger is the best burger I have ever had not only in Australia but the entire world. The prices justify the effort that goes into the food. Honestly I don’t write reviews often but I really think this place deserves 5 stars. Great burgers great service. I keep going back just to kill cravings. Burgers and doughnut fries are hands down my favourite. The sauce on the wings was amazing and would definitely recommend.

Came in for my second visit and I’m already planning my next one. If you get the beef, chicken or vegan burger you won’t be disappointed. The truffle fries actually come with lots of bacon that isn’t just sprinkled on the top for show, these are large pieces of bacon. The chicken tenders are some of the best I’ve ever tried (get the special sauce with them). And the wings.... after you’re meal you’ll want to come back ASAP so you can try the other flavours they have for the wings! I even tried the blue cheese dipping sauce, and I don’t think I’ve ever had REAL blue cheese served to me at a burger place before. Truly the best experience in Sydney.

Random discovery but now is my favourite burger around Blacktown CBD area. It does basic the best and the truffle fries are massive and appear to use a light batter?. I'd recommend the double patty if you need a big feed but a single is honestly dope on its own with a side and drink. The potato bun is something special as well. So soft like it was steamed but holds it shape under all the sauce and meat moisture.

I've been to this place multiple times now and at this current moment I've come to burger room 2 days in a row I cannot get enough of their burgers especially their southern fried chicken burger, most recent addition the spicy southern fried and their chicken tenders, always comin back for more, their chips options are pretty good too but yea having gone to Texas (the go to southern fried food and awesome burgers) for 4 month I can say burger rooms food is pretty darn close and some of the best burgers I've had.

I got The Cheese with an extra patty, the burger was just overwhelmingly filled with flavour that leaves you licking your lips after every bite. It didn't leave you feeling like it was too heavy or disgusted by grease like other burgers but went down very smoothly and satisfyingly. The only negative, is the aftertaste of the premium wagyu patty that teases you on your way home, to keep reminding you of what you had just experienced at burger room.
