Found this trendy quaint place along our travels through the blue mountains. Great service with a smile, friendly and very helpful. Food is very well priced, coffee is excellent and enjoyable atmosphere out on the back deck . Thanks

My partner and I love stopping in here whenever we have the opportunity. The food is always delicious! We live a bit too far away to be regulars but sometimes we drive up from Glenbrook just to get a chicken and some chips. Worth the drive every time. From the first time we came in, we've always felt welcome and even though we only come in a once in a while, the owner recognises us and makes us feel at home. I'm a bit shocked that there are a few bad reviews for this business. My suspicion is the owner doesn't put up with rude or entitled people. If you come into this shop with a smile and treat everyone with respect I have no doubts you'll have a great meal and a great experience.

My family and I adore the chicken and chips here, we come every week! The chips are to die for! They're always crispy and perfectly salted (chicken salt, of course.) The staff here are so lovely! They always have a smile on their faces 😊 Chick N Coop also has the best Churros you can get in the mountains 😉

Wow! What an amazing experience. Popped in on my way through the mountains and was really pleased with the experience. Staff were friendly and professional, coffee was hot and came out quickly and the chicken! Don’t have words to describe how delicious it was. Will definitely coming back and recommending to friends. Food is delicious and extremely reasonably priced! Service is always super inviting and friendly. Weekly I go once or twice to pick up a couple of chickens. They are so juicy and full of flavour. Great to have either with salad and chips or put on a roll with some salad. I even use it to make lunches for the next few days. The chilli burger which is just amazing. All ingredients are so fresh and comes with a super generous side of chips and drink which again is a great price!! Have also tried many of the salads and warm vegetable dishes and everything is so fresh and tasty I would never hesitate to order anything even if it is new to the menu. So much love and care goes into every item on the menu would highly recommend to anyone who lives in the area or is just driving through for lunch! We will definitely be ordering a few chicken over the holiday period.

I live here and There's not much food stores/shops/stuff in Lawson and IGA is hecking expensive so gotta support your local community. Chips and peri burger plus drink was under $20 and was relatively cheap. Food was cooked fast (under 10 mins). There's a nice outdoor area on a roof you can eat that overlooks the area. Not much else you can ask from a rural country town. First but not last time eating here.

Amazing food and the staff is so nice. When I first went in I was given some free chicken to try and it was excellent. I took my friend back today and we had chicken rolls and when I bought a half chook take away the owner gave me a full chicken... I am overwhelmed with how nice the workers are here... Lawson has needed more food options for awhile now and I can say this place is now my first pick. I saw a previous review or someone who was not happy that they close early or something but this is the blue mountains and all businesses close early on quiet days or when they run out of stock.... I’m friends with the guys who own the Kabab store and they do the same... it’s not the Sydney fast food open 24/7 type setting here in the mountains. Anyway awesome food and lovely amount of kindness I will recommend to everyone :) xx

The food here is amazing, if you like Frango's chicken down in Sydney then you will love this place and its flavoursome Portuguese style chicken. The service is tops, the lady who owns this place is really lovely. The décor is also quite charming! 5 stars - I'll be back!
