We ordered the Bbq pizza, the taste was good. The tenderloin steak over cooked, very dry, the deserts variety we ordered is worth to try. The service was not very good. But overall the experience was alright.

Went here for lunch on the weekend (after the lockdown!) – We ordered the Mamma Rosa's Risotto and Scotch fillet – Risotto was absolutely delicious, scotch fillet was alright – the portions are pretty big. Drinks were good but cocktails took way too long. Will definitely go back for the pizza next time.

Over 300+ items to choose from - your traditional pizzas, pastas and more. Great for group bookings as there's plenty of seating - but definitely book! Food is great and has never disappointed the many times I've been here (the mozzarella stick is a must!) - however, the service can be more attentive (took a long time to signal a waiter/ess) and a bit friendlier from certain staff.

This place is living up to it's good reviews. The harbor side vibe is so great makes you want to spend the whole afternoon there. The sea view and the CBD view is superb. Whether you visit it in the afternoon, or evening, both are stunning. Food taste just right! Don't Miss the Ribs and that pepperoni pizza, oh man they are good! A bit pricey though. Fresh drinks are a good companion to your meal. Good Service as well (Rigz)

Our family & extended family have just finished having lunch here. My wife worked in hospitality for years so we were a little reluctant after reading the reviews but so glad we came. The great thing about this restaurant is the huge menu of foods and drinks, and good for large groups. Service was ok (as we went on a Saturday lunch in December hence they were really busy). Some of the tables are very close to each other though, which is fine by me but it may felt too close for some people.

Last minute decision to head to Crinitis after a mess around with a different restaurant and could not have been more impressed. Love the penne romana and bruschetta, dishes come out fast. The service however is by far the worst I've ever experienced, the waiters will blantantly ignore you and serve the table right next to you even though they have made eye contact you when you have tried several times to get their attention. Walk right past crinitis and head straight to hurricanes, better food and the service is great.

The lovely staff was taking pictures making their days on the behalf of criniti’s for their customers so that they can have good time while being in Criniti’s. If it wasn't for the delicious pizza, this would be a 0 star rating, no welcome at the door, made to order drinks the second we opened the menu(waitstaff seemed bothered that it took me 10seconds to decide). Music was too loud to hear across the tables, food scraps and paper towel under the tables, took ages to get someone to take an order for another drink(appears only 2 or 3 of all the staff are actually able to take orders). My son didn't get any cutlery to eat his dessert, again couldn't get any staffs help, when I finally got someone they looked bothered by my request aswell. Will not be returning.

I’ve been here few times, they have a wide choice of food and I like their dishes. Last time I ordered cannelloni, but I also tried everything else my friends ordered and the best things were pizza and mushroom risotto. The only fault I have found is the noise levels get too loud in here, because it’s always crowded and because of the loud music; you have to yell each other with your friends to talk.

Came here for a friends birthday on a Saturday night. Although we booked very last minute (on the day) they were still able to book us in and seat us all (party of 12). We ordered a couple of pastas and went with the restaurants specialty of long pizzas and opted for the 3 metre option. The food here tastes quite good and the ingredients used are of high quality. Though the wait staff were all quite friendly the service was quite poor and the wait staff were not attentive at all. There were a few times where we needed the attention of the staff however spent almost 10minutes each time trying to wave down the staff. Overall an ok experience.

Wow!! Was blown away by this restaurant; wonderful service and delicious food. They had a fantastic range of allergy-friendly options, including lots of gluten free options. We got the gluten free 'Penne Al Pacino' and the Halloumi burger. Both were absolutely delicious, not to mention that they arrived at our table within 5 minutes of ordering!! They have a huge menu with lots of options and I'd really recommend visiting whilst you're in Darling Harbour.

Fantastic place with great service and great food !! we wanted the balcony sitting but you need prior reservation for it. YOU MUST RESERVE THE BALCONY TABLES FOR THE BEST EXPERIENCE OF THIS PLACE !!.. we ordered the half metre pizza which you can select different flavours.. a brushetta and mac n cheese bun. a must have in cocktail is the leaning island for the excellent glass they provide !!! and to end it NUTELLA LAZAGNA ... a must visit especially for the view !

Came here for some leisurely drinks and had food to go with it. It was before the dinner rush on a Sunday & we were able to be seated as walk ins as there were still plenty of tables. Service wasn’t very attentive but there was always staff walking around so we were able to get the attention from staff. Drinks came out pretty promptly as did the food. The arancini was tasty & had just the right amount of crunch & the rice was a nice consistency. The tortellini boscaiola was also very tasty but the filling had a powdery/dry texture to it. This place is good for big groups but make sure you book if you do decide to go during peak times.

Went there for Sunday dinner,the food and vibe of the restaurant is pretty good but i think they don't have steak knife😂 asked three different person for a knife but everyone said yes but never came back😂. They have the best happy birthday singing crew, they sing it in Italian and hype up the atmosphere, making it fun for everyone. It is a bit pricey, but for the location, view, and food, it's fairly reasonable. Delicious pasta, and 1 meter pizza with 3 different flavours for us to share and try.

Exceptional service by Rodrigo, provided the most friendly , fast and compassionate service i have ever had. The rest of service team were exceptional as well. Spent 4 hours from 6:00pm to 10:00pm there on a date and enjoyed my time greatly. Food came out very fast, hot and very tasty. Music was really good and service crew festive drumming was brilliant. Had the 1M pizza and the Dessert platter. Also some Italian drinks. It all worked out greatly. Took some time to cook 30 min for pizza and 30min for Dessert platter but for the size, thats pretty quick. Whenever i needed someone, there was someone nearby to serve me and always had Rodrigo ask how the food is and if anything i need and answered alot of my questions/had a freindly chat. I was late for my reservation and called 10 min before i was due and they easily helped me get another table at 6 instead of 5:15pm and when i was there they gave me a choice of tables to sit from outside to inside. Will book my Birthday in future at this place as its the best, 5 stars for service, food, quality, appearance and table conduct.

Wasn't exactly feeling like family. I was ignored and disregarded throughout the night, actually in saying that it felt very at home. The meter long pizza was size accurate almost took it the site to measure the 4x4s. And the drinks were wrong and we waited all night for them to bring them back to us correctly, it was almost like asking my sister for some water at home. When we go there, we are family.

Massive sized meals! I have been here a few times and in the past ordered the 1m pizza (they also go upto 3m). But most recently we had shared entrees and then got a pasta each. The meals are very very large (at least 50% more than an average sized plate). Quality wasn’t bad, not the best Italian I have had but nothing to complain about. A few of us were brave enough to get desert afterwards and as we suspected they are massive aswell. Awesome spot if you are hungry, if not maybe split some meals with friends

If you want eat good italian you won't be disappointed. It is very good food The big issue if you order pasta with meat ball, you will have only ONE meat ball. The meat ball is very good but It is way too expensive for one plate of pasta tomato sauce and one meat ball. I think I just took the wrong one. The other dishes looked much better. I highly recommend the calzone. They are super good.

We had to go with the set menu but actually that was so good and extremely extremely generous and set menu was unlimited but trust me we couldn’t finish what we had and takeaway left over. Their explanation was that they had a new menu. No proper explanation on why we were not told about this when we ordered. The food was not enough so had to order more food which meant the first round got cold by the time the extra food came out. Having the wrong menu online is misleading

It was a majestic experience! Welcoming into the indoor dining area where on one side a big family was rejoicing the happy Birthday song performance by the staff and on side a huge group of friends celebrating a friend's engagement! I do wish to let others who are looking to come in here know the following: - in these COVID situation the world is, there is no adherence to any rules outlined. - the restaurant is trying to keep up with technology with self order- it barely works. - the staff don’t even look at you no matter how many times you call them to ask for something. - majority of the staff are either new, or simply don’t know when you ask for something. - the staff keep moving around your table with food but won’t put down simply because there don’t know which table to go to! If one is looking for a good vibe(which no doubt this place has) and looking to have a stress free night with dinner- I’d highly recommend not to go here. However if one is looking for a night to continuously keep thinking and stressing on where your drink and food it- this is the place! I do hope the service improves because the food is amazing. It was about two years ago when I was here. And it is still the best pizza I have ever had. I would also highly highly recommend the calzones because I can still remember how amazing they were. Overall the place had a really great vibe too!

The food here most of the time is nice & I've had some good experiences here most times also but more recently it's been very average of not below. My last 2 visits, Service to our table was very slow and the last time no one came for 10mins !! Criniti's Italian Restaurant is a great waterfront restaurant for any celebrations, get togethers or parties. We booked a table for 8 (booking is always wise thing to do, as they get really busy) the day before. The welcome to the restaurant was warm. Once the guests arrived the well trained staff took our orders, provided us great suggestions for selections and although it was busy that Saturday evening, the food came reasonably fast. We order calamari rings and chips for starters. They were finger licking good. We had a chicken creamy pasta dish (forgot the exact name) and the vegetarian Ravioli. Both of them were sooo tasty... Then came the 1 meter long pizza, we ordered this one with a combination of three. All three were amazing (prawn and chorizo, Chicken and the other one was veg). Desserts- The Tiramisu cake is to die for, and the cannoli dish was awesome. They have great collection of beer and wines. The only thing I could think of for improvement was the cocktails. They were not super impressive. We tried the watermelon vodka, and the sourpuss (this is recommended and good). We had a great time at Criniti's and would highly recommend.

Food was yummy, we went for the pizzas and they were great. Had lots of pick from which was great as I only eat white pizzas and they had some great options. The menu was a little overwhelming but at least they'll be something for everyone! Atmosphere was great, we went on a Saturday night and it was bustling. The only down side to this was our waitress didn't seem to cope in the busy environment. She misheard one order and we had to clarify a few things more than once. She may have been new as I had to point a few things out on her tablet myself. Location is perfect. Balcony looked like a nice place to be if you can book there. Overall it's a good option for multiple preferences in a party. Lots of sharing options for big groups or work outings. Not a good option for an intimate conversation. Be patient when it's busy explaining order!

Wow, ate all over Sydney on our honeymoon here from Las Vegas and this place was a 100% MUST !!! The price seems high but when you convert it it it's normal prices as the US, food was amazing scenery vet the water was beautiful as the sun set and the manager here is so friendly and always came to check on us, was recommended by the manager at the racecentre here at the mall which is also a must do. Being a vegetarian, I appreciate the staff's willingness to accommodate the numerous tweaks I request with my order. At Darling Harbour last evening, my family was hosted by a team-member named Sandesh who was a delight. I've visited the restaurant multiple times. Tried the mozzarella stick and calzone for the first time yesterday, and recommend them to anyone looking for a change from pizza and pasta. (Although at Criniti's, there's really no complaining about any dish!)

We went there yesterday, on a very busy Saturday night. It was one of our dearest friend's birthday and we wanted their traditional celebration for our friend. They said that they don't celebrate with the performance of theirs on weekends due to very very busy days. But we requested them alot to play it for us. We wouldn't mind waiting as well. The wait staff tried their absolute best however this restaurant needs to work on a few things: We went with a large group booking for about 30 people. The dinner started at 7:00pm on a weekday. The entrees (seafood and garlic pizza, seafood platter with chips) were very large portions, filling and delicious. The drinks service was great, staff took the time to check on the table. However we did not receive our mains until 10:00pm. By this stage I was full and couldn't eat much else. We left the table while others stayed. Found out that the desserts did not arrive till around 11:00pm. They ran out of the set dessert and had to provide an alternative. Can't rate the desserts but the main lamb was beautifully cooked. The steak however was dry, tough and inedible. Very average overall, the entrees and wait staff saved it. This place needs to work on their organisation and preparing for large groups. Also as we were seated outside on a windy night my glass was spilled accidentally (gusty breeze) and shards of glass were left all night on the floor. We warned the staff but nothing was done (i understand how busy it can get). The view is lovely but beware the food itself is a hit or miss depending what you order.

Between the picturesque views of the Harbour, exceptional staff and lovely decorum it would be difficult to expect more. However, the 400 gram, dry-aged rib eye that I had for lunch absolutely floored me. Never have I had such an exceptional cut of meat cooked to utter perfection and complimented with the perfect Spezia sauce. I have had a number of work and social engagements here and every single time I am left astounded as to the impeccable quality of all the food, from the starters (the Bugatti balls are my favorite) through the pasta dishes and spectacle that is their metre-long pizza's. Couldn't recommend it enough and will be continuing my patronage.

Amazing food. The last time we went there, we chose a banquet but had to leave to see a show before getting the dessert. I asked to pick it up the next morning but they said I couldn't get it any later than closing time. I tried by best but the show at the other end of the city finished after they closed and since we had to leave it even though we had paid for it which was disappointing service wise. Great food, but it would be nice to be flexible with things when people need some extra service and I just can't quite bring myself to book there again after that experience.

Great gourmet pizza and pasta however the service and the food/drinks speed delivery is a bit lacking - our table ordered a lemon lime bitter and a beer and it was not until half an hour later after our table called our waitress to double check if it was still coming so we could pay the bill that it was finally served. We received good service from our waitress when she was at our table but she looked a bit stressed as she was rushing around the whole time we were there and barely had time to check on us. The restaurant overall seems a little understaffed.

Have been here twice for a friend's birthday and a christmas dinner - 10 people. Both times we ordered 2 x 1m long pizzas with 3 different toppings on each. The overall quality and taste of the pizzas were quite good. There is quite a long list to choose from when dining here, so be prepared to negotiate with your friends on what to order. The novelty of 1-2m pizzas is great, everyone gets to pick what they feel like, and people leave quite full. Have left spending around the $30-$40 mark with pizza, sharing a dessert and a drink. The place is quite big, and dark. The thing that I don't like is that it gets pretty loud, so trying to talk to a friend a few seats down doesn't work that well, you end up shouting. It does get quite busy throughout the night, so make sure you book a spot. Try sitting outside, it's quite nice on an autumn night overlooking Darling Harbour. Overall I would come here for a casual dinner with friends.

We are doing our annual visit to Sydney and visited Crinitis TWICE this week because it is absolutely phenomenal. The food is divine, the drinks are delicious, and the view is amazing.
