The view is spectacular so it can be hard to get a spot in the outside seating area on the weekend or other popular times. The food is fresh and very well presented. Everything is good, but that would be expected in a restaurant in this location. It's also very expensive but that is another thing that is to be expected. There is air-conditioning inside the restaurant which is good and it's not too noisy inside so you can easily chat with a group. The wood fired pizza is recommended.

Chicken on the salad was dry and gnocchi wasn’t really tasty.
We liked bruschetta and seafood pasta.
We would go back again for another menu :)
Service and location were great 😊 xx
B. K.
Went on the 25th of October and had the most beautiful time! Both the service and food were really good! I really liked my drink and my girlfriend did too
The entree was the most delicious thing I'd ever eaten before I want to go back just to have that!!!
Beautiful views as well of the harbour
Definitely would recommend!!!! 😁😁
S. V.
Wait/Door staff could use some warmth. Pizza was very average, the arrancini was not very good at all. The location is prime with a beautiful view however. Ate here during happy hour, but would probably not eat here during standard hours. Happy hour prices are good. Thanks for the experience.
S. B.
Beautiful, friendly staff who went out of their way to accommodate my party of 26. A friend's 50th Birthday celebration.
The food was fabulous & they did not rush us out when the allocated time was up.
Highly recommend this restaurant.
H. T.
We went there during the happy hour and got the Antispasto platter for 1/2 price which was really worth it!! The selection of meat and cheese was quite good. The pasta of the day (crab & prawn linguine) was tasty, but the Pollo pizza was a bit of a disappointment. The pizza wasn’t bad but tasted just okay. The charming lychee cocktail was okay as well. Overall, the experience was still enjoyable with the Circular Quay vibes :)
Y.
Great food, great view of Sydney harbour bridge, very welcoming and generous owner/chef! Live performance from a young violinist is a big plus. Highly recommended!!!
B.
The place is very pricey but I was lucky I chose such a nice day and my seat was looking directly at the Harbour Bridge. It was worth it for the view. I ordered a Pizza and it was sensational. I had the bread & dips for entree and I couldn't get enough of it so added garlic bread to the main meal and that was the only disappointment it was over cooked. A good experience.

We booked Eastbank for an event on Saturday night, selecting their 2 course function menu. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive the whole night, ensuring our dietary requirements had been catered to. The food was excellent quality and plenty to go around.
H. M.
Beautiful location and view, meals small and overpriced though. I got the seafood risotto $36 was WAY TOO SALTY and they added 15% surcharge for public holiday 🙄.
They allowed use of dine nsw voucher.
My friend got the grilled chicken meal she had to send back looked way undercooked. Was good when cooked more but didn't look that appetizing to me
Service was OK not nasty but not overly friendly either, very neutral
M. T.
Booked here solely for view for Australia Day fireworks. Bill for 4 adults and 5 kids was $350 and that’s with no alcoholic drinks or desserts just dinner and 3 coffees. Veal scalloppine had not enough sauce , hardly anything so had to ask for more as it was just like eating boiled potato with meat on top . The extra mushroom sauce was brought out in a tiny little paper tomato sauce condiment .The scotch fillet which was over $44 plus the surcharge and came out cut in strips and not a full piece of meat so it was dry , no taste and the side salad had no dressing , had to ask for dressing and the cherry tomatoes were the best part of the dish. Understandably 1 hour wait as Australia Day but the quality was not there , could of eaten at an RSL. The kids meals didn’t even come out first . We all
Waited an hour. Would not go back .
P. D. L.
The service was great, requests were met, and food was tasty. Thank you to everyone working on Valentine’s Day. You were so accommodating. Would come here again.
R. U.
Reserved for new year celebration, food and service was amazing. They were sold out, but they were still on top of their customer service game. Would love to go there again for breakfast.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, good food

Really nice location. Quite convenient.. food selected was absolutely delicious. Courteous staff. Restaurant is of good standard. Sitting outside in the nice fresh air and enjoying a nice vibe and view is relishing however one drawback I'd say are the birds.. so many and quite happy to steal your food. Amazing service! considering its been hard times in Sydney.... great service... simple but amazing food...
the pizza bases are so light... not over the top on prices ... well worth the visit
E. B. (.
This is a beautiful place near the Sydney Opera House, which has a wonderful view on the waterfront and also a great menu. We tried kangaroo steak for the first time, and even though it wasn’t super cheap, it was definitely worth it. Everything is very fresh and appealing to the sight. There are a bunch of restaurant on Circular Quay, but even though we couldn’t try them all, I am sure our choice wasn’t worse.
A.
good food, great drinks @Happy Hour!
Lovely quay view paired with tap beer and “Sicilian croquettes” (or what looks and tastes like coxinha - a Brazilian favourite) followed by a light chicken salad or tagliatelle bolognese - great choices.
Service is neither fast or slow - what is the rush? Just relax and enjoy your spritz while the sun comes down.
D. B.
The pizza here was incredibly tasty!! Service was also great. Highly recommend!
M. B.
Great view, busy little restaurant and cheap lunch specials at $17 (but a 10% surcharge on Sundays and public holidays). Be prepared to spend at least $50 for a bottle of wine (a must if you're having lunch on the harbour). Service wasn't the best, they forgot to clean the table.. and they also brought over the wine but then walked away without pouring any in our glasses.. burger was ok, chicken and avo salad could have had more in it, it was mainly lettuce with a few chicken tenderloins, half an avo and a hand full of bell peppers.. but overall we left feeling content and a little merry thanks to the nice bottle of Italian Pinot Grigio
K. S.
The view is unbeatable. Staff were amazingly attentive. Enjoyed the pumpkin ravioli with butter and burnt sage. Not clear if the pasta is make fresh in house. Great wine selection.
M. C.
The food was expertly prepared, perfectly presented, and tasted delicious. Thanks to the wonderful service, we had no problem enjoying our meal at a leisurely pace and making it to the Opera House in time for the performance of Salome.
S.
Very happy that I have chosen this place. First time tried kangaroo meat which it was deliciously cooked. The steak makes an exquisite combination with beets risotto. Fully satisfied with service and food.
권.
I went to eat breakfast alone.
I tried to place an order but didn't even look at it, so I called the staff and told them to wait for it, which made me upset.
It's been a long time since I was an Asian and I felt discriminated against. Even so.
The atmosphere was good until the food was served.
I ordered risotto and drinks, but they don't give me a spoon. The service is insufficient.
First of all, I enjoyed the food.
I'm going to pay for the food.
The staff responsible for the outdoor table and who acted as a guest greeted the passers-by and I pretended not to know.Racism?
I was overwhelmed by the shameful behavior of the staff:(
음식은 정말 맛있어여
한명의 스탭말고는 동양인에 관심이 없네요
그래도 그한명의 스탭과 음식맛덕에 별3개 줄께요
한번쯤은 들리세요 음식은 맛있었어요
Y. O.
The best panacotta in Sydney!
I ordered the salmon and it was perfectly cooked. We will be coming back when next in Sydney
G. S.
A gorgeous dining venue! We were made very welcome even though the place looked full the staff cleverly put together a table for 6. The dinner was delicious, and so was dessert! Shout out to Valeria who was so lovely and helpful! Definitely will be back!
K. S.
Guys, this place has the best seafood risotto in Sydney. Just go for it, it's lovely. And the volcanic chocolate Lava cake... It's just so brilliant and tasty. Maximum value for money is guaranteed.
W. K.
Everything was great, the food, the service, the location...the only reason that they are getting a 4 star and not a 5 is because, when I was ready to pay the server asked me if I wanted to add a tip to the bill.... if she hadn't asked I absolutely would have... gratuity should never be solicited..but thats just my opinion...I would still recommend you try this place you'll be glad you did😊
T. L.
Good food in a fantastic location. Not overly priced as most similar places can be. Attentive staff and quick friendly service
J. M.
Great Service, brilliant staff. Food was to our liking, highly recommend the spicy pepper squid entree - although overall slightly over priced in that strip and location.
M. G.
Situated in Circular Quay, we stopped in to enjoy a cocktail during Vivid. This cafe is popular & had a cozy feel by the water. My Italian Sangria was delish & so packed with fruit, I definitely got my days quota!🍋🍓🍊😆
S. S.
Italian restaurant in the circular quay precinct with a decent menu and average prices. Good food too
G. a.
Nice place for Italian, watch out for the seagulls though. I prefer to sit outside and enjoy the sun and look at the harbour. Staff was attentive and food is quite reasonably priced.
B. C.
Unbelievable views, delicious pasta dishes. Very attentive staff. Highly recommended.
B. D.
Had a late dinner for Vivid Sydney. Service was great. The recommendation of Spaghettini Alla Pescatora was top notch. It was spicy but not overbearing and very tasteful. The lamb shoulder was also very tasty. The view of the bridge is amazing. I would definitely go back.
X. C.
Very nice fish and chips and pasta along the darling harbour area. Good food good service and a great view! Order the $17 fish and chips and you wont regret it!
M. E.
Great italian food. Good atmosphere.A bit pricey
I. R.
Pizza and pasta were decent, nothing to rave about. Service was poor. Had to ask for help / service. Nice live music which was perfect to drown all the noise my kids make.
B. H.
Great bridge view, of course.
Friendly European staff.
However $17 for a cold hamburger with chips, no salad, is a bit of a rip-off.
We all remarked that a Big Mac tastes better.
Then to be asked if we wanted to leave a tip, at the register.....
R. A. S.
They held our booking as we were a little late which was really appreciated. The pizza was good, salad fresh, drinks were a little expensive but I mean we were literally at the best view in the world. We had to keep asking for water and the server lifted the glass and held the rim when pouring it. Not offered hand sanitizer, but we had our own. Nice meal, well worth a visit, would go again.
S. B.
Great views, great food. Very friendly service.
J. H.
Thank you for an unforgettable night!
Had a Fantastic NYE dinner at Eastbank Cafe.
A. G.
Good was good. Serving size was a bit small in my opinion and prices were high, but given the location, acceptable.
S. G.
This is an aspirational place. Right on the Quay, by the wharf. Nice place for a celebration. Sit here late at night, be as reckless as you like watching the manly ferry cut its way through.... What makes a restaurant is the quality of service and this place has it in buckets.Words like attentive, efficient and friendly spring to mind. We had cake and spirits (having flown from the bottle) quenched with ice-cream and coffee. Good place to spend your $25 back-to-life NSW voucher, while the world recovers from the recent pandemic. Enjoy a glass or two of no label Chardonnay now and then.
E. B.
We just had an amazing New Year's eve dinner at Eastbank. Roberta and Michele were very professional and warm hosts. Because they are real Italian, like me, I knew the food had to be good and infact it was real Italian, good quality food. Particularly amazing if you think the restaurant has such a fortunate position and generally New year's eve dinners can be disappointing. Well done!
B. C.
Nice restaurant. The pumpkin ravioli was really enjoyable & my husband loved his steak that came with a rich jus. On our 2nd night there, l had a Wagyu burger but found it was just ok. In saying that l'm not a big meat eater so it could just be me. The garlic bread is so delicious and the views of the water & the bridge are amazing. Highly recommend this restaurant.
P. 2.
Gnocchi Al Pesto and Cabernet was on point! Service great! Environment PERFECT! Harbor view with great atmosphere.
S. L.
Visit this cafe during happy hour. Food quality and service compare to price is not satisfied.
M. B.
Location Location Location!!! The restaurant has a great ambiance and the staff is also great. Food was fairly average from the vegetarian options for the price.
k. j.
I recently hosted a bridal shower lunch at Eastbank Cafe for 14 people. The entire experience was fantastic. From the very beginning, communication about the booking and dietary requirements was great- the staff could not do enough for us. They had arranged arrival drinks to be served and allowed me to decorate the table as I wanted. We were set up in a great spot outside. The entire time we were at lunch, a waitress was filling our glasses and waking around to check everything was running smoothly.
THE FOOD was outstanding... we ordered a variety of entrees, that were delicious. Everyone raved about their main meal. When it was time for us to move onto our next activity, nobody wanted to leave because they were having such a great time.
Thank-you to all the wonderful staff at Eastbank Cafe.
C.
Lovely friendly staff found me and my group seats without a booking. The food and wine was served in a short time and was all great quality. Would definitely recommend.
O. H.
Location is great same as others in circular Quay food tastes what we expected from an Italian restaurant but the prices were not match with proportion!
C. M.
We stopped here for dinner before a show at the Opera House. We each had a different pasta dish. The fettuccine was delicious. The pasta of the day was also a bit. The ravioli was also tasty but not overly generous in portion meaning one of our party was left still hungry. The service was good and the Harbourside Ice Tea was delish. On the other hand the espresso martini served here was a bit of a miss. Minor flaws only - would definitely dine here again.
B. T.
The mains and bridge views were better than expected. The starter bread dips were not. For the price you pay, there was more dough on the plate than dip. See photos.
R. K.
Good place for having italian food. Pizza tastes great. I really love this place.
M. B.
Last night we had our 20th anniversary dinner here. We chose it based on location because we were staying nearby. Well show me a better view anywhere around the world so off to a great start. Italian is probably my favourite food so I’m pretty fussy and I tend not to stray far from the traditional stuff. We had garlic bread and salt n pepper squid that was delicious. Great selection of wine of which my wife had a few glasses of an Italian Chianti which she adored, me a few beers, moretti always nice.
But it was the pasta we had for main that impressed us so much. Al dente is thrown around but for me so important, often I find pasta over cooked. Here the ravioli were large pieces of perfection but even better my lasagne. The perfection of its pasta was only bettered by the amazing flavours in the tomato based sauce. Truly best lasagne I’ve ever had.
To top it all off the kids meals ($15 a bargain) margarita pizza which was fine and my son’s ginormous burger which had beautiful flavours won us over completely.
Can’t recommend enough, staff were attentive and friendly too.
Thanks for a great meal. Especially as it’s easy in these locations to get customers just for the location, we were pleasantly surprised.
D. M.
Friendly staff and great food. Food was just spot on.
D. T. (.
The food was great. I had the Fettucine Al Pollo which is chicken with Fettucine pasta in a Boscaiola sauce. I had a cocktail but unfortunately the passionfruit products were unavailable for the passionfruit cocktail so I had to have a raspberry flavoured cocktail with a passionfruit on top. The service for my drink was quite slow and I had to ask again for my drink to be made. There was a 10% surcharge not only for a Public Holiday or Sunday but for the Saturday night when I went aswell.
A. L.
We had dinner there on a fine Summer evening last week. We sat outside and watched the harbour at work from our table. The menu was good, although disappointingly, the roast duck breast was no longer available at 7.00pm. However, the chicken was good, as was the seafood risotto. The service was pleasant and reasonably prompt. A wandering accordionist added to the atmosphere. There was no rush to get us away from the table. A nice experience that we will repeat one day.
B. C.
Super service by all.. food was delicious and I highly recommend.. don't forget the extraordinarily view..
G. R.
We love Eastbank Cafe! The staff are so helpful and Mikaele (sorry if I have spelled his name incorrectly!) is a perfect maitre d'. We have eaten there many times, and in fact it is our go-to restaurant when we are attending performances down that end of town, which is quite frequently. Mikaele and his team go to no end of trouble to make our visit a real pleasure and the meals are always fresh and delicious. Last night, as usual, with limited time because of the early performance, they were ready with 2 Negronis (with a slice!), entrees and mains - and they were delicious, as usual! And we still had time for a comfortable walk down to the Opera House, in time for the show. Thank you, Eastbank! See you again, soon.
S. L.
Nice place to eat drink and watch the ferri8
N. C.
We enjoyed our lunch specials. They were delicious and perfectly portioned. Love the fact that dipping sauce is included and not an extra cost. The pizzas were so cheesy and the fish and chips cooked perfectly. Service was so quick and polite.
D. E.
My 'local' and always good quality food. Specials are worth looking for. Friendly and swift service with fantastic views from the Quay. Suitable for the whole family or a special evening.
H. S.
This is one of our favorite place when we are at Circular Quay. Great food and great service. Kudos to the staff .
J. W.
Was very busy when we visited, but were pleasantly surprised how quick the meals came to our table. Friendly service, and food was delicious.
t. m.
This place was close to our hotel and we did not want to walk far. The views were terrific. The staff were efficient and attentive. We ordered Barramundi and a chicken dish. Both were excellent. GF options catered for. We had a lovely table by the harbour, staff were very helpful and respectful that we were not in a hurry. Pizza was beautiful and the lunchtime burger looked wonderful. Sensibly priced = Would return again!
C. G.
good food and nice location. staff were attentive as well.
J. C.
Pizza was ok. There was a bit of a wait-but it was 18ish so not a big surprise
K. P.
There staff here are lovely and the food is always excellent. Just be prepared to battle the seagulls if you sit outside - staff will be your allies in this. It's worth it. Very reasonably priced for the location and great service.
K. M.
Had a fantastic dinner and the staff were excellent!
D. B.
Delicious food at very affordable price with beautiful view accompanied by friendly and helpful staff.
M. C.
Great location and service. Food is good considering it is catering for tourists but isn't fine dining. Prices are quite reasonable considering its location on the boardwalk to the Opera House. Staff are very attentive and friendly. Beware of seagulls and the fact you can't feed them under any circumstances. Not even a piece of bread or a chip as they are becoming a pest hence the signs and water spray bottles. Nice to sit and people watch but it does get very busy.
L. D.
I was very impressed with the food and service here. I ordered the lamb rack which I requested medium and that was precisely how it was served. The lady at the table beside me ordered the surf and turf and it looked amazing with the steak served perfectly medium-rare. They aren't exactly cheap but nowhere on the harbour is and they do have $17 lunch specials if you're on a budget.
J. T.
Came here for a friend's 18th, reasonable prices considering the location and great tasting food, I had the chicken burger and chips which was well seasoned and presented, the chicken was however a little on the dry side. Excellent service from the staff and good atmosphere for dining with friends.
S.
A beautiful dining and customer service experience. Firstly the staff are phenomenenal. They made the whole experience that much better. The food and vibe is amazing. Great portions, great flavour. Highly recommend
E. G.
I had a very good dinner experience here so I don't understand the negative reviews.
I had the pesto gnocchi. I'm a bit of a gnocchi fiend and it can be difficult to get it cooked in a way that isn't chewy or rubbery. It was cooked in a way that gave it a delicious cloud like texture. Only other place in Sydney that I have had good gnocchi like this is Machiavelli.
The pesto cream sauce was also made well. Not overwhelming pesto and the right level of creaminess.
The side rocket salad was also well made with nice crisp pear, good rocket, and the right amount of vinegar and parmesan slices.
My partner's dinner was also great.
The waiters were also really lovely.
The price is not cheap though, which I suppose is to be expected given the location and views.
T.
The $17.00 lunch menu was great. The staff were lovely. The service was excellent. Great location on the harbour with good views.
K. B.
We stopped here for lunch after catching a show at the Sydney Opera House. Fantastic location. We ate outside on a cold rainy day and felt dry and warm on the patio near the outdoor heaters. The food was great and desert was delicious! Plus the Bellini was very tasty! Overall, the service was great and the food hot the spot! Excellent location as well!
V. R.
Great view, good food and a nice ambience..however beware of the seagulls if you are sitting outside.
L. G.
Pretty high prices and the Lasagna was not good at all.
J. T.
Went here for New Years. The service was amazing and the food was fantastic! You just have to remind them if you have any food requirements but they did a great job at keeping our wine glasses full! You get up and just walk out and get a decent view of the fireworks. It’s very pricey but if you’re doing it for a once in a lifetime thing and considering the alternative of sitting for 10 hours, it is worth it! A great way to enter 2018!
A. C.
The food & staff were lovely. We were a party of 7 without a booking & they happily set up a table for us. There were plenty of gluten free options & they down sized the servings to suit our kids. Lovely spot right on the harbour. Only downside was the price of drinks.
J. M.
Friendly staff and quick service. The fish I had with the fish and chips wasn't over greasy or over battered. Would come back again.
D. I.
Food and service is good, and location at east Circular Quay affords pleasing views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Lots of pedestrian foot traffic passing by in front of the cafe so it can get busy. A bit pricey as mains are up to $40, but overall, a very pleasing cafe dining experience, particularly when the weather is good.
D. R.
Late lunch on a beautiful Sydney Saturday afternoon. Perfectly placed to watch the harbour and throngs of people passing by. Good selection of Italian classics and good beer, wine and cocktails. We went for a pizza and drinks - all yum. Great service and vibe
L. E.
Like most restaurants along the Quay they have a great location & ambience overlooking the ferries, Cruise ships & Harbour Bridge. Our meals were enjoyable. But I have to say the etiquette of placing drinks & meals by the older fair haired male, wearing a vest had a lot to be desired. Instead of clearing 1 or 2 items away to make room for the plate of croquettes he just plonked it down & then placed 1 or both of our cocktails on the other side of the entree plate, away from us instead of at the usual proximity. We even witnessed the way he handed the folder back to a customer with her change, wasn't in a courteous manner. The other staff members were respectful.
E. D.
I feel that it was pretty good, very busy, some waitresses great, took a while for anyone to acknowledge me. But overall good service, staff friendly. Food came out quickly and well presented. Would go back
L.
Made there right in time for happy hour so got $15 meals and some cheap drinks. We ordered pizza which was made perfectly - with real Italian taste, Chicken salad was nice and yummy, also had spag bol- the portion was huge, tasted good too!
W. P.
Fantastic service. Lovely food. Beautiful view. What more could you ask for! And one of the only places in Circular Quay that I could find open and with the ability to walk straight in during COVID-19. Definitely recommend this place to anyone
E. C.
A little expensive for ordinary food that took forever to get
A. R.
It's the second time I've eaten here. Both times I've had a craving for Spaghetti Bolognese. The serving size is large with chunks of beef mince, just how I like it. Some places are mostly sauce and you have to hunt for the mince. Service was fast and friendly. Some people have mentioned the seagulls which there is the odd one flying around, I saw one come up to a table in one hour but was deterred by a quick thinking patron who hit the bird with a shot of water from a spray bottle. All the outside tables have one (spray bottle). I wanted a seagull to fly at me just so I could test my water shooting skills! Great views and atmosphere at great value for money, which is refreshing because some of these places in the harbour charge more for the same if not worse quality. Wine tip: I would invest an extra $2 to avoid the house red.
J. L.
Average taste, average service. Everything was just average.
C. B.
Nice views and delicious food. Very expensive though for what the food is...basic. Would recommend their cocktails/mocktails. Would give closer to 5 stars if their staff could speak English fluently. Most would get the order wrong because of the language barrier 🤷♀️
R. M.
my wife and I lunched here and ordered a 3 course meal. We were not disappointed. Food is exquisite and service to match. Will come here again. Thank you.
S. D.
Atmosphere was lovely, Staff were very attentive, meal portions were amazing, i had the seafood linguine and the size of it was astounding to the price i paid for, which was $32.50. Was very reasonably priced. I also had the garlic bread which was $8 and you got a whole roll which was very good quality. Will definitely dine again. Loved the place.
V. D.
Great place to eat! As we stayed not too far from this restaurant we ate here a couple of times. I am italian food lover and I have to say - they make delicious food. The price is affordable and the view is amazing. The staff was also friendly and helpful which made overall experience here even better.
E. L.
Standard Italian cuisine. On the pricey side as it's near the Opera house
J. H.
I had a very enjoyable dinner here. The pasta and garlic bread was really good and the service was attentive without being pushy. Prices are not even that bad given the prime location. Recommended...
G. C.
My boyfriend and I came in on a sunday afternoon and were blown away with the food.
Our garlic bread came out almost straight away and it was amazing! Tasted like they had made their own bread and it was delicious.
I then had the lasagna and its safe to say its one of the best meals Ive had and my boyfriend had the chicken burger which was also amazing. Real chicken cooked to perfection. Our meals both came out quite quickly and at the same time. Excellent good experience.
h.
The location is amazing, but it's the circular quay area so it's pretty much a given for all the restaurants in this place. The food isn't too bad. We ordered the lasagna and chicken croquettes both the dishes were above average.the service is fast and friendly
B. M.
This was the most amazing experience we had in Sydney. We had a beautiful waitress from California serve us and she was just delightful. We will be telling all our friends to dine here for sure.
A. P.
My wife and 6 had coffee and ties most yesterday. Both excellent. Service is very good and the manager very accommodating. Highly recommended. 😁
k. r.
We were given a voucher from a friend to use here and were initially a little hesitant.
To our surprise we had a lovely meal with excellent service and great value.
We had a two course meal to choose from a separate menu including a bottle of wine.
Lovely night !
A. D.
Food was good but definitely over priced for what you get! A $15 kids chicken burger & fries came with no dressing or lettuce, just buns with chicken inside. And the $15 kids fish & chips only had 1 piece of fish.
J. V. B.
Great food, they cooked on request a main that was not on the card
M. M.
We stopped in after a play at the Opera House. We had a choice of indoor or outdoor seating. Our service was great. I had the Suppa de Pesca, or fish stew. It was the best. Everyone around wanted to know what it was and said they would order that next time. Granddaughter had gnocchi
She loved it. Our neighbor ordered surf and turf and loved it, thus I don't think you can go wrong here. Prices were equal to quality. Yum!
L. R.
Yummy pasta (ate it too fast to take a picture) and desserts (one pictured). Good service.
J. T.
Very pleasant dinner here, food was very nice, staff were pleasant and quite proficient. Gulls were a little annoying but that was no fault of the place just a result of sitting outside near the walkway, prices were average for this location.
J. N.
Staff were friendly and very helpful, the cocktails were very well made and the food was delicious.
j. o.
staff were very friendly and the food was incredible, not to mention the view was so nice.
i will definitely be coming back, thanks!
A. H.
Prices too high. I payed 17$ for a chicken avocado salad that only consisted of a little bit of lettuce, generous portion of chicken and avocado and thin slices of radish. The flavour was very good actually but just too expensive. Plus, that was not my idea of a salad. I would have expected more veggies!
And... 11$ for the 1lt bottle of water.
I guess it is that this just is a pricy location in general.
s. h.
Great food, fast friendly service. We were there for lunch and it wasn’t full when we got there but by the time we left it was packed. Happy with portions and price. The $17 lunch thing wasn’t really a deal as those items are $17 normally it appeared but was satisfied with that price and items we got.
A. B.
Wonderful staff let us wait for our family to all arrive before ordering. Very nice food, simple fish n chips and burger n chips. Inexpensive. Great view of circular Quay and parade of people coming n going..
G. C.
Great location overlooking Circular Quay. Watch all the ferries, boats and ships. Eat indoors or out. Friendly staff and beautiful food. There are $17 specials every day or enjoy the reasonable a la carte menu. Short walk from quay and near Opera House.
j. f.
Amazing food, amazing wine, amazing service. Was mine and my boyfriend anniversary and they did the night much more special than we could though it.
Thank you so much!
Was a amazing experience and I wish all the success for you.
Ps: The linguine al cartoccio was the best pasta was the best pasta I've already try.
Thanks again for this amazing night.
J.
I had a delightful night, our meal was very tasty and fresh it was a busy night but after all I really enjoy it, the service was efficient like they know what they are doing. I will came back again already missing the taste.
T. C.
You'll have to dodge the seagulls while trying to eat here, but if you do, you can enjoy some great Italian food, friendly wait-staff and an amazing view.
I had an absolutely delicious carbonara pasta here whilst on a corporate lunch. My colleague ate some fish and chips that he said was pretty good and lunch for 5 of us ended up being quite well priced.
I'll be sure to head back here soon, probably for a nice dinner date
P. S.
Great food great staff.
A. C.
Amazing food, perfect coffee and friendly staff. Fast service and a view of the harbour bridge as well. All in all I highly recommend if your looking for a great meal then this is the place to come.
B. M.
Best microwave meal I've had before. Took a while to brew my Peroni from scratch though. It came after I had finished my meal. Kangaroo was pretty plain, I assume as to not overpower the plain risotto.
Very cold inside, about as cold as outside.
S. K.
Enjoyed their meal - live oyster, fish and chips and topped with red wine.
They offer reasonable price during happy hour before 6 pm. Don't let the posh interior and strategic location fool you. AUD15 for a decent plate of fish and chip. AUD10 for three live oyster. AUD7 for red wine.
Although rainy, it offered a nice view of harbour bridge and a walk away from the Sydney Opera House. Friendly service by the food attendant.
K. W.
Lovely atmosphere while its quiet. Great service. Good food. Nice wines.
E. M.
Food was lovely, but the service was soooo slow. The lad bringing drinks out got everyone's drink wrong, but.... It was Australia Day, so they were really busy. I'd go again when it's not so manic.
D. M.
Great meals, fast service and a top location. A great place to eat for the whole family.
R. N. D.
This is an excellent place of tourists. Any one can enjoy natural beauty of Sydney herber, Opera house and Sydney Bridge with a cup of coffee or various type of foods and beverages.
Nice big place always full with customers. Wanderful ambiance.
R. V.
Reasonably authentic Italian cuisine in the busy tourist area on Sydney's Circular Quay. Very pleasant amd efficient service. Great for pre-theatre meals. Prices are what you'd expect for this part of town, but there are many places nearby that are worse value for money.
S. N.
Booked for a Sunday lunch and ordered the iced tea, bruschetta and prawn pizza (gamberi). They tasted fantastic. The bruschetta contained fresh ingredients and tasted delightful. The pizza was excellent, had a great base and contained a good balance of cheese and prawn. The iced tea had a hint of honey. The service was great. It is targeted at tourists. Seating is mostly outdoors. There is a weekend and public holiday surcharge which is outlined on the menu. It is conveniently located a few minutes walk to the Opera House.
T. P.
The food was really good, portion sizes were not too big and not too small. It's a little pricey but not too bad considering its on the water front.
R. C.
Good food and beautiful view
V. D. B.
3.5 stars. It's fine the happy hour is good and the food is pretty decent for a 15 dollar pizza. Location is unbeatable so for value you can't beat it.
J. M.
Food was tasty but not hot. Not much food in small bowl for price. Service very good and friendly. Nice spot looking towards Sydney Harbour Bridge.
T. H.
Meet a business colleague for a light lunch a couple of salad and coffee, food was good, location is excellent, looking out over the harbour, harbour Bridge, Service is excellent, h reconnect for a easy lunch excellent. We had a
A. R. D.
Great view with tempting food.
f. k.
We were trying to find a place to have a nice lunch near opera house and we saw this place, wondering if we should give it a try... we got fascinated with the personality and good vibe from a waitress or manager (not sure as she did not use apron), later we found she was originally from Portugal. The food was Delicious, she suggested Linguini marinara, the barramundi was just devine and the panacota very good, but this lady's happiness got our eye to come in. Around our table everyone was enjoying her service, friendly and very professional. We will come back and yes Eastbank deserves 5 stars.
B. H.
I had to down grade to Only Four Stars as we were still eating our Bread and Oysters when the mains came out. A little disappointing as I feel the Servive was a little unprofessional
R. C.
Came for lunch with my dad and the food was absolutely delicious! Lucy and Vivian were also very helpful so thank you ladies! Will definitely be returning!
R. T. G.
The staff here are nice but it’s really annoying when they keep trying to up sell everything. They ask for your drink order before you even look at the menu, ask if you want extra food on the side after stating your order and ask for a tip when you pay.
J. a. K.
Can't beat the $17 lunch & great location. Service is nice & quick and food is fresh with quality ingredients. Would certainly return.
G. S.
Good food, great staff and location.
L. M.
Ate lunch on Good Friday. Service was a little slow. Food was OK, fairly standard Italian fare. The Seafood Linguini Pescatora was a stand out.
D. H.
The gnocchi al pesto was absolutely delicious; fluffy gnocchi with a stunning pesto sauce that was slightly creamy enhancing the parmesan flavours sprinkled with roasted pine nuts and fresh basil. My wife commented that the linguine al cartoccio was the best seafood pasta she has ever eaten with the dish baked in a parchment bag that released the held seafood aromas upon being served.
G. D.
Restaurants near major tourist attractions are usually terrible and super expensive. This place is neither. Generous portions of good food at quite reasonable prices. Good wine list and service too.
E. G.
Great service, reasonable price given their location. Food was very good.
P.
Nice place to have a meal right next to the water especially at night with the Harbor Bridge as a back drop
D. S.
Oysters were fresh and the lasagne was good. Wait staff were attentive in this fast paced restaurant by the wharf. Mains ranged from A$17-35.
M. J.
Food was very nice, staff friendly and efficient. We were inside, however if you can score a table outside the views of the harbour bridge as the sunsets are amazing.
H. K.
They have $17 pizza deal; chicken and Margarita which was very good and light. Their kids menu are good as well. I like that.
G. R.
Great, tasty food. Staff were friendly. Lamb main was pricey for the portion.
E. L.
We have been coming here for years and love the food and excellent and fast service. All the staff are really friendly and we highly recommend this restaurant.
P. N.
Great atmosphere and fantastic customer service! I booked the restaurant for my anniversary dinner with approximately 20 other people and the staff went above and beyond to make sure my night was fantastic! a big thank you to the events organisner for guiding me through the whole process!
L. H.
Tasty food, friendly and fast service with the bonus of harbour bridge backdrop. The kids devoured the pizza which they rarely do. Very reasonably priced too!
m. s.
Actually great pizza given its touristic location. The quinoa salad is wonderful. A nice place with friendly quick service in a very touristy location.
J. S.
Of the best locations around and a fine pizza
F. O.

Loved the lunch time special chicken and avo salad ... mouth watering and perfect... ❤❤❤❤❤ the fish and chips lunch special was nice but a bit bigger serve or small salad with it would of been nice ...
E. W.
The flavour of the food was amazing! Our group was around 4 adults and three kids, and the bill was just under $300.
B.
Beautiful place with perfect view. Friendly, warm waitresses, good food.
Service so quick. We will visit again.
G. M.
Have been to Eastbank a few times now and each time the service has been fantastic the food is great and the location and view are unbeatable, not sure why people are complaining about the prices, yes its a but pricey its in the middle of a prime tourist area, this is stock standard anywhere in the world, McDonalds is up the street if you wish to save money and have a great view of a car park and construction site, ill be returning again.
J. B.
Great seafood risotto and lovely location.
h. t. b.
A truly great place to have a meal with friends almost at the doorstep of the Opera House. Great view of the Harbour Bridge watching tourists & the like walking past.
M. B.

Decent food, but nothing particularly remsrkable. Our waiters were very good. We had a nice time.
E. K.
Excellent breakfast with excellent service and great food. We enjoyed our breakfast. The service was also great.
C. M. U.
It's pricey, the food is not tasty and the service is poor...as in most touristic places. However, the view is great and the ambience in nice.
S. C.

Quick way to blow $50 on a basic feed. Check your change. That was another $5 smoked. Warm and out of the wind with views.
M. B.
Nice waiter, food was good, beer a little expensive, left a tip.
J. M.
Pretty good food & service, but not impressed with all the added on costs for public hols & credit card charges. This added up to an extra 16.5%
