Comments of Fratelli Fresh Westfield Sydney
P. C.
I stopped into Fratelli Fresh for some lunch while shopping in Westfield Sydney. It was also Happy Hour at that time and they were offering specials on certain cocktails and foods. We chose a selection of little servings of chips, stuffed zucchini flower, olives, bruschetta, arancini and calamari. Everything was lovely and the staff were very attentive and friendly.

Only 1 week out of lockdown and so difficult to get in anywhere to dine. Lucked upon this great relaxing venue, where we received wonderful efficient service 😊 The Sydney Rock Oysters were delicious, as was the Prawn pizza we ordered. To top in off the Banoff Pie & Gelato was the best I've had! Thnxyou guys 🙏
C. W.
Edit: I came back to try again after being personally attended to by Ellen. We had the calamari and zucchini flower entrees which were excellent, and 2 pizzas and pasta. The food tasted great and was fresh, and all parties were happy. I was very happy and have decided to update my review
Very disappointed. Came here on boxing day expecting good service and tasty Italian food. However, we were given the wrong dish to start, and had to wait twice as long while they made the correct one. We ordered their crab spaghettini which was terrible - the noodles were all chopped up and the appearance and flavour was similar to that of canned spaghetti. There was no visible crab at all and the dish was extremely overpriced. I had hoped the prawn pizza we ordered would be better, but it had a poor quality tomato sauce, no cheese, and only several small prawns. Overall, the experience was terrible and at over $30 per main, extremely overpriced for poor quality food. I will not be coming to any restaurant in this chain again.

I have heard many good things about this place but it might have been a off day. Friday lunch should have sufficient stock of items but a few of the beverages were out of stock. Staff were nice and polite I can't fault their service. Food was good but not the best. Hopefully they improve for future.

We had to order on our phones when we went then got told our options weren’t able to be made at night time, even though it was available on our phones. Asked for water never got it. The food was alright, nice location.

Famous Margherita Pizza from Fratelli Famous, may be the best Margherita pizza in the city! The pizza is so cheesy and saucy and yum. Extremely generous portion, $15!
S. T.
7 of us all enjoyed our meals and drinks.
Great service.
Only complaint was bruschetta was tasteless.

In the heart of Sydney CBD, this one is quite nice and spacious. Great service, all protocols are in place to keep everyone safe, friendly staff. Happy hour is the best!! Hard to find as it's in a out-of-the-way cozy corner!!

Have been here several times over the years. My overall impression is that the food standard has been steadily declining. Went again for lunch today with 5 colleagues. Upside - the $10 pasta is really well priced for a lunch. The staff were friendly and service was quick. On the downside, the Bolognese sauce was bland, the pasta was overcooked and the plating was very uninspired (think of a scoop of pasta just thrown onto a plate). Given it was a $10 lunch special, I really can't complain. But the same dishes are also on the menu for $20+ outside of the special lunch hours. At that price, I'd have been very disappointed.

Very friendly and prompt service by staff, kitchen was quick in preparing the orders. Great location and plenty menu choices. The serving of food are on the small side when comparing to other Italian restaurants in the vicinity. Overall a great experience.

Please answer your phone! I’ve called ten times tonight and not been able to get through 🥺
The staff were lovely at the venue, but there’s no real consistency - for the venue /pricing I’d expect to at least be able to leave a message …let alone have someone consistently pick up the phone!

Fratelli fresh was our all time favourite place to go for authentic Italian food. However we were disappointed with our visit last night.
Atmosphere - great atmosphere, trendy and fun environment. Table for 4 seater is too small and crammed to fit all our dishes. Music was far too loud especially when you are trying to talk.
Food - flavours are great but both our pasta dishes were overcooked. Would have been nice if they had been cooked al dente.
Overall it's a nice place to go but they need improvements in the kitchen.

I went last night with a large group of friends. I ordered the Arancini basing my choice on the picture which look like a Brushetta but came to the table looking like meatballs. As I can't eat fry food I gave it away to someone else on the table but when approached the waitress to address this issue the best solution for her was to give a you are review where management will have a look and will fix that error on the menu instore. Your webaite picture doesn't match the name of the dish you are serving. I ended up paying for another dish on top of what I ordered first as My first choice I gave it away. Please fix that issue on your system as few if us based our choices in the picture rather than the description provided.

Better than the Fratelli’s in darling harbour and Alexandria. Atmosphere was fantastic. Our group of 4 had to be moved to a bigger table when our 2 giant antipasto boards arrived. Servings are generous and great value with The Fork deal which meant we had more to spend on wines 😊

Food: 5/10 Pizzas do not seem to have the right combination of flavors. The Prawn and Garlic pizza is a pretty standard and common menu item. but was quite bland without the right flavor balance. Ordered the crab pasta and again disappointed with flavor.
Service: 7/10 Service is good with pretty personable wait staff.
Value: 7/10 Without some of the weekday specials, it will be at the pricey end considering the food quality.
Overall: 6/10 Since changing management a couple years ago, the quality of food has definitely dropped a fair bit.
Wow Factor: The only thing I would come here for would be their happy hour drinks.
B. L.
This Westfield branch has a funky look to it, with red neon lights on the wall, with a dimmed lighting that is perfect for dates. I paid them a visit on the back of a 50% offer on the $49 dinner banquet.
The entree platter was abundant but I found the rosemary focaccia to be a bit heavy and the zucchini flowers to be too bready. The ravioli was good but could do with a bit more seasoning. The pizza was simple and tasty. The Banoffee dessert is a bit on the sweet side.
Overall, I find the food to be competent but I find them a bit pricey with meat pizzas starting from $26. I would definitely return for their takeaway pizza (Fratelli Famous) at $17 each, with a build-it-yourself option that allows unlimited ingredients.

Very filling pasta lunch special for $20 on all
Pasta. I was surprised when I ordered the zucchini noodle pasta as I was informed it was pasta made from zucchini. It was grated zucchini in long strips served cold with warm ragu on top. I did enjoy the meal though over priced for what it is. The seafood pasta had minimal seafood in the dish.
The burrata was smaller than other servings I have had, it was nice though sweet and would have preferred it at the end not as a starter. Service was quite slow, not a place to eat at if you are in a rush for lunch. I expected fresh pasta - I asked the waitress and she said it was not hand made, all packet pasta.

Review for weekday lunch sitting at Fratelli Fresh. My friend and I went to FF around 12pm but were able to get a seat immediately without a reservation. Service was good but when the restaurant started filling up the servers seemed run off their feet. The food unfortunately doesn't match up to the quality of my favourite Fratelli Fresh in Bridge St. I had the Linguine Pangrattato and unfortunately the garlic overpowered the dish and the chilli was totally missing. As a saving grace the decor is very nice and suitable for a catch up with mates or a client lunch / dinner. Check it out but don't expect much if you're been to the other Fratelli Fresh restaurants.
R. Y.
Not bad.
The risotto and polenta dishes were very cheesy though. And it was difficult to get thee wait(ter/tress)'s attention to order.
I would have like more mushrooms in the risotto.
J. A. B.
I been there with my family and I experienced a professional service and a very good and fresh food this people where a bit short of personal and they manage to be everywhere with a smile in the face all the time. Congratulations!
S. A.
It was a great experience to have lunch in this beautiful restaurant. Delicious food, friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere:)
N. S.
Rustic fine dining on steroids . We visited for a pre theater quick meal, but I'll be back for more. The ravioli had that beautiful punch of fungi flavor, and the gorgonzola sauce was soooooo beautiful. The pizza was perfect too with that funny "motza"rella on top. Even the spinach tasted like it should, how do you do it?
My ONLY problem is the noise, we couldn't even shout loud enough to talk.
S. G.
Whenever my wife and I spend the weekend at Darling Harbour we make sure to have a meal at this restaurant. The food is authentic Italian which we love. Prices are reasonable. Most of the staff are friendly. It can be noisy when busy and the music volume is on the loud side.
K. C.
More genourous portions than bridge Street and no waiting (although u can make reservations). The food is still amazing, the porcini mushroom ravioli was sublime. Also try their "house wines" they are very drinkable and affordable
L. H.
Went there today with the family for my birthday, great customer service, not sure of his name, Indian guy there, exceptional customer service, top bloke, I have 4 children and every child wants to go back for their birthday.
C. M.
Have been to this Fratelli Fresh 3 times now. I like to come here for a long lunch on my own or with friends. People are saying the Bridge st Fratelli is better. I have been to both and I find Bridge st too noisy and busy.
At this Fratelli, I enjoyed a glass of the Leonardo da vinci red with the polenta chips and arancini balls. The arancini lacked flavour but I enjoyed the polenta. Will be coming back again :)
G. J.
Not as good as Bridge Street or Melbourne branch. Food came out quickly but service a bit slow. Pizza was dry. No one came back to check if it was ok. I would have asked for some olive oil if they had.
Shame, as had good experiences in the other locations.
e. h.
Lovely Italian restaurant (especially if you're a basic white girl who loves espresso martinis). I think the dishes lacked basic seasoning but were otherwise beautiful and delicious! I had a limoncello cocktail and it was perfect to cut through the richness of the pasta and pizza :) still an enjoyable place with beautiful service!
A. V.
Food ordered (see pics) was really good esp the arancini balls and banofee pie, with attentive staff. I ordered pizza here before though and I wasn't a fan of it.
S. C.
Nice menu and happy hour very good value

Kids eat free!!!!
Well beside deliciousness, great hospitality, kids eat free with main menu meal, fresh ingredients, and amazing desserts
J. N.
Not sure why there is a lot of below average review. We went here last night and had an amazing time. Food and service was great.
d. k.
Amazing
Mushroom ravioli
M. M.
welcoming staff . Clean. generally nice ambience. Friendly staff. Great offer for kids as you get a free kids meal with every main you purchase. Food was about the same quality as Crust except pricier. We ordered what we were told was going to be fresh sourdough, instead it came out burnt tasting like smoke with no butter. Also ordered the pesto pasta the serving size was ample and presentation very good but it was very average tasting. Overall not bad but probably wouldn't go there again. They could also probably do a bit more to be family friendly have some kids colouring-in or something.
T.
You need to offer stevia sweetener for your coffee plz - also stupid rules: I ordered an expensive $30 pasta for lunch instead of the $10 pasta and instead of letting me have an extra side salad for $5 the Maitre d woman insisted I had to buy the $13 salad. Ridiculous.
J. A.
Such excellent service. The quality control of this place is tremendous. Love the vibe of this establishment. The staff are attentive and well trained. The food is as the name suggests fresh tasting with good portion sizes and it's very tasty! They have excellent deals to take advantage of all year round!!
M.
We visited during their afternoon happy hour special (3-6pm I believe). We ordered two pizzas and a size of chips, for a total of $16. The pizzas were very nice and traditional Italian style, and a generous size given how low the price was. The restaurant wasn't too crowded and it was comfortable and relaxing place to talk.
Fratelli is fantastic value during the happy hour, but I wouldn't come here outside of this time as it the prices were quite high. However, if you are in the area during this time I would highly recommend it.
V. D.
Small portion compared to price and other family style Italian restaurants. But quality is good.
M. F.
Slow service and average food. Mains were large but generally too salty and cheesy
G. V.
Enjoyed a lovely meal with friends here on a Saturday late afternoon. Great service - wait staff and kitchen; because we are pescatarians we had chosen a dish that had meat in it which we weren't aware of and the wait staff returned it to the kitchen. The chef was good enough to cook something else for us which was delicious. They did not complain and seemed to take it in their stride. Now that, was great service!!! We thoroughly enjoyed eating here - food was well presented and delicious. If you are someone from out of town, and drive, you would need to park in secure parking nearby (5 mins) - flat rate on Saturday. It was a good experience and we would definitely return.
D. R.
Food is ok & reasonably priced. Super loud space with all hard surfaces. Not the best if you want to be able to chat at a normal volume and hear your friends.
S. T.
Average food, average service. It's ok if you are too tired to find a good place and your there anyway and you feel like average food that tastes average.
D. S.
For the city the price was very good. The pizza definitely reminded me of my times in Rome with its deliciously authentic taste.
The waitress we had was very polite, friendly and checked up on us regularly.

First time in this restaurant!!We made a reservation for New Year’s Eve dinner as I saw the menu online! We have chosen the fish menu and it was amazing!!We paid $89 each with unlimited drinks!!!The risotto with crabs was so tasty that it make me feel like I am in Italy again! The ravioli with mushrooms, the mozzarella the fish salad..everything was amazing!!at the end they let us choose our deserts from a fridge full of very beautiful delicatessen! The staff was amazing and very helpful, especially our waiter,I don’t remember his name but was something like “Salim”..He was very professional and kind.. he followed us all night long and everything was perfect!
A. L.
Good for groups of people that want to share a bunch of pizzas. It took a while for food to come, but granted they were freshly preparing pizzas, so it’s not a point against them, just something to be aware of. The crust was nicely chewy, and the toppings were good.
H. W.
I have had many more positive experiences here at Fratelli than I have had negative. The happy hour here is unbeatable anywhere in Sydney in my opinion with a suite of $6 cocktails. Staff are kind but I think there may be too few to properly manage the restaurant in busy periods. Food and drinks are amazing, however. The happy hour pizzas are of very good quality. The pasta mains are also very nice with a standout being the mushroom ravioli (and I'm not normally a mushroom person).
A very recommendable experience, particularly for its happy hour.
R. L.
Pleasant and enjoyable overall. Arrived as a group of 4 for dinner - we were quickly seated, staff were friendly and came back at the right time to take our order. Food came out relatively quick and was delicious (we ordered two pizzas, linguine and crisp polentas). Took a while to get the attention of staff to get us the bill, and longer yet for the bill to actually arrive. But great experience overall and will be back.
R. T.
Service was great. Staff friendly and gave you what you asked for and knew their meals very well. Unfortunately a few of us had a common fault in our meals. They were quite bland and even after putting salt pepper and parmesan cheese they could not lift the meals credit rating. With my dish a little more chilli and add some white wine and out would have been perfect. Little tweaks and they would have great meals.
B. S.
Food is great, and the prices too, it is actually one of the best value for money you can get!!
Unfortunately the same can't be said about their service. They definitely have staff deficit, which makes you wait approx 15 minutes to place an order and once you've ordered you can't even be sure you'll get what you asked for cos they seem to forget to proceed the order through their system.
J. L.
Service was spot on. The manager led me to my table in a professional and friendly manner despite being extremely busy, and the waitress was so nice and attentative. Customer service was amazing.
Food unfortunately wasn't worth the value. It tasted nice but wasn't amazing and didn't justify the high price for pasta. Portion size was quite small and the garlic bread was quite dissapointing (Domino's garlic bread tasted better).
I don't think I would come back here for food, but maybe for ambience and customer service.
N. B.
Nice dining area . Fairly good service but the food's great and in good portion too ! Alas , restaurant is on fifth floor on a rather obscure nondiscript looking building . It neighbours other informal restaurant too on the same floor . Not very expensive but not cheap either . Do try the "all you can eat mussels" at $25 . Fresh mussels in 5 different cooking flavours in including my personal favourite mussels cooked in white wine .
V. D.
Private equity has not done fratelli fresh any favours. Ordered a pasta dish tonight $29. One would expect that you would receive something just a little special. To my surprise I received a tiny serve which to make it worse was served on a big plate. No thought went into that one. Anyway was disappointed to say the least. Called the waiter over and maybe he figured I was being cheap. When I complained about the size of the serve he asked me if I wanted a discount. I said no just a reasonable sized serve. Anyway to his credit a new much larger dish was made. Taste was ok but nothing to bring me back . Oh I miss the real fratelli. Pity the equity people have resorted to cut costs and quality. It wasn't bad but certainly nothing to drag me back
A. c.
This was my second visit to this restaurant. Food has been great on both occasions. The happy hour was well priced and they have other good value offers throughout the week. It was much busier on this visit and while the staff did a good job at keeping service up there were occasions we were left waiting. It also got very noisy - of course a restaurant needs to have an atmosphere - but our table struggled to hear each other.
L. M.
We were looking for Italian within walking distance (with a child) to our hotel and knowing the Fratelli down near Darling Harbour, thought this would be great.
Unfortunately this was probably not to the standard I would have expected and was a little underwhelming. Had to drown our sorrows at the chocolate shop next door!!!
The staff were pretty good, polite and considerate - and very friendly.
Just avoid the garlic bread as the garlic was virtually non-existent.
L. N.
I was here via a recommendation of a friend. Place is nicely design. Order a pizza and a pasta as there is only 2 of us. When food is arrive, I am disappointed with the quality of the food. They just taste standard.
The only positive note is their wine which they have their own brand.
I. R.
Very good service but let down by mediocre food.
C. G.
Amazing place to bring dates, Great atmosphere, good portion sizes and can have plenty of people at a table if you need. Wait staff have Great reccomendations and care about customer experience
M. G.
Good service. We asked the person at the front door to be seated in a quiet place, as there were many children shouting. She kindly put two tables together as fast as she could, so that we could feel comfortable. Just some minutes later we could make our order to the server, who worked very efficiently as well. The food was very good. It was very crowded at the end and nobody came to our table again, so we had to go to the front desk again to have our bill. Luckily, the person standing there understood our rush again and brought our bill soon. Very good service.
L. C. M. G.
The staff in this restaurant was really lovely and helpful with me and my partner, we enjoyed a lot our food.
M. A.
Interior is really pretty and really nicely decorated. However, the variety of food offered on the $20 unlimited antipasti board was very minimal and the service was quite inattentive, which made it all the more annoying at the end when they even asked for a tip. The ad/promotion promised someone to give you a new board as soon as you finished the previous board. We finished ours and then the empty plate sat on our table for 20 minutes, and it wasn't busy, else I would have been more understanding.
I didn't have huge expectations given the price, but the portions on the board are really disappointing. Each person gets a tiny teaspoon sized bit of one kind of cheese and a single sun-dried tomato per board, for example. I really can't recommend this place with such a huge variety of amazing places to try in the same area.
J. K.
There are two options here, in seat dining where you have a proper meal or create your own. I have been to both and they're both great. Create your own pizza gets you a large pizza and drink for about $19 which is very worth it. It was quick too so good place if you're looking for a quick feed.
S. W.
Their ice cream with liquor and espresso shot (Forgot the official name XD) was delicious.
Lamb salad was amazing, expected for more roasted pumpkin but the lamb was too good I would forgive that. Leaves could be better served in smaller bite size.
P. C.
The food is average but more so, the service was terrible. No one came to serve our table and then the $20 all you can eat special that was being advertised all around the restaurant was quite misleading. My whole group was not impressed. 3 star only for comfortable seating and average food.
L. d.
I organised a family gathering here a group of ten. The service was super. The staff were friendly and understanding. The food was abundant and it was good. The ambiance was nice and cozy. Everyone enjoyed their meal and service. Great value. A hundred times better than their other restaurants.
C. M.
The service wasn't the best but to be fair I went on busy day. We didn't get our pizza that we ordered because the waiter didn't write it down. This is despite us only ordering an entree and one other main between three people, so it would be difficult to forget. We had to grab a waiter ourselves to take our order, as well as ask specifically for share plates for both entrees and desserts (for dessert we were only given two plates for three people), serving cutlery wasn't provided and we had to ask for more table water (which they didn't bring). The arancini and pasta were relatively nice, as well as the added on banoffee pie, which was probably the best dish. I didn't particularly like the tiramisu and overall I would not come back!
W. Z.
Their $20 all you can eat cheese boards are some of the best value deals ever, compiling one cheese board for yourself is usually more than that. My only complaint is that the service can be really hit and miss sometimes.
I. J.
Food at Fratelli is great, and they have some good vegetarian options but unfortunately they are limited on the vegan options. The egg plant parmigiana was delicious and service was very good. They are very accommodating. Definitely will come back again.
S. K.
Went at peak city lunchtime and although there was a wait for my food to come out, the staff were amazing, very attentive and the pizza tasted so good.
I was on my own and they made the effort to make me feel welcome and seat me in a quieter section that I asked for.
Will be back.
R. K.
Pricey but yummy Italian dishes and a pleasant atmosphere.
D. T.
They have a new vegan cheese and it is SO good. Even the staff were telling us how impressed they were by it and they aren't even dairy free. The outdoor seating has heaters above, so it's still comfortable during the cooler nights. The GF crust is not the best, so get their neapolitan dough because it is amazing.
M. A.
We ordered the Zucchini flowers and Sonoma garlic bread for starters/entree. For main course we are ordered Siciliana - white base eggplant topped pizza and Straciatella e zucchini - red sauce based topped with soft cheese and zucchini flowers.
All four dishes were vegetarian and suited to asian taste as well. Even though the pizzas had less cheese, the other ingredients in the recipe made it a balanced and tasty dish.
Garlic bread was heavenly with just enough butter and garlic on a Sonoma yummy sourdough. Usually the garlic bread has sharp garlic and drip butter which wasnt the case in this recipe. Also the sourness of the sourdough cuts through the greasiness of butter giving the dish its balance and lightness.
Zucchini flowers were not oily and cheese was mild and creamy. Loved it!
I highly recommend this place for vegetarians looking for variety of cuisine. Service and staff are very efficient and courteous.
Cue: Mondays 50% off for fratelli friends is a totally worth deal.
A. K.
Manager was very accommodating after our Dimmi booking got messed up.
Food was better than expected - especially enjoyed the meatball pizza!
However food was a little slow as only half our order went through the first time.
A. O.
Great value for fresh made pizza. The weird thing is that the take away bar in the front doesn't offer the entire pizza range from the restaurant. I found it weird as all the ingredients are visible in front of you...
M. K.
Fratelli fresh has never let me down. Great food and great atmosphere. As we were leaving, the table next to us ordered a fish of the day, whole rainbow trout! Look amazing!
T. H. M.
Stumbled across Fratelli Fresh at Westfield Sydney today when looking for lunch options with the family. Having been a huge fan of the now closed Potts Point location I was thrilled to find this venue. I had the build-your-own salad which was enormous and great value for $15. Pizzas were wood-fired and amazing. Kids eat free on Sundays and portions v generous. Looking forward to returning and trying more options.
A. M.
Food took too long to come and by the time it came it was luke warm. Wasn’t that impressed but the food was good enough, wish it was hot though.
D. L.
Love the food and service here. Been walking pass this restaurant and never been in. Finally had lunch with a client today and it was fantastic.
F. O.
Service here is good. I did feel that the quality of the food was a bit of a let down. Cod baked in a bag was overcooked, and there was a lack of finesse in the pasta dish (albeit it being a special request) of cacio e pepe. I still deem this a decent place to dine, just not a place i'd go for if I was craving for Italian food.
S. S.
Nice food, not very good service. Had to wait for 10min on two different occasions during the same visit for my drinks I ordered. Also had to wave down one of the five staff just spreading cutlery or filling jugs of water.

Review: 2.5*!
Location: Located on the 5th floor at the Westfield Tower in the CBD, so parking is always an issue. We pre-booked in Kent St, and only paid $7.50 for a few hours, and the walk from the car park to the restaurant was about 10 minutes, so not too bad.
Service: Ok, had to ask for the bill twice & had to get it corrected for our AMEX discount.
Decor: Very comfy leather chairs, tables solid, but small for 4 people with meals, extras & drinks. Looks like 3 distinct areas to eat & drink in.
Atmosphere: Very loud restaurant & only 6 or 7 tables were being used.
Bathrooms: These are Westfield bathrooms, so they were large & relatively clean.
Value for money: Expensive, but they were average Sydney prices.
Drinks: Good wine selection, but we all had beers as they had Blonde Moment (usually only at Bavarian Beer Cafe) & Birra Morreti from Italy all served in 500ml glasses.
Food: We ordered the Arancini balls for a starter to share (there were 8 served) and they were tiny, the size of a ping pong ball, maybe smaller, and we must say they were very bland & seemed to have no mozzarella in them at all. The pizza was ok, very thin; Gnocchi with Mushroom sauce tasted like it was made from a powdered mix or can of mushroom soup & gnocchi was very stodgy; Fettuccine with beef & pork meatballs was bland with sauce only on the meatballs; Risotto was cooked well & it only had 4 scallops (very small) with butternut squash, it was very hard to taste anything as it had been over seasoned so much with pepper it was terrible and left a very hot taste in my mouth. We took a chance & ordered dessert, and decided on the cannoli with chocolate mousse & macadamia nuts, and they were amazing..!! There were 3 small cannoli's on the plate, we could have easily eaten more, they were the best part of the whole meal.
Synopsis: We went here to celebrate a birthday with our Italian friends thinking they would really enjoy the Italian meals. We were very disappointed and would only come back because of the (25% off the bill on Mondays booked through Dimmi) Discount deal and only have beers, pizza & the wonderful chocolate cannoli.
C. L.
Went here this evening (Tuesday night) with a couple of friends for a casual dinner and it didn't disappoint! The starter was the antipasto board, but we had requested no meat and were happy to just have extra cheese and bread instead. However, the kitchen went above and beyond and added extra goodies to the board instead, such as polenta chips, stuffed zucchini flowers, bruschetta and arancini balls. Completely unexpected but very generous of them!
For mains, we each had pasta (tasty and perfectly al dente) and for dessert, we had the banoffee pie and mango & passionfruit gelato. Absolutely delicious.
Murat was our waiter and he was accommodating, friendly and attentive all evening.
Great service and great food - I would eagerly recommend Fratelli Fresh Westfield to friends and family. Can't wait to get back here next time!
K. T.
Love the pizza and choose your own toppings option.. staff are on high rotation ;)
A. B.
Loved this Italian restaurant. It has a vibrant atmosphere. Great staff, quick service and delicious food. Look out for their different specials on different days of the week.

Cool wood fired Pizza based on the Subway model. You get to pick the base, the sauce, toppings and cheei and they put it in the oven right in front of you. The pizza was ok but the choice of toppings was a bit limited and the end result was left the crust a bit soft. The service was good and really quick.

Fratelli Fresh and their takeaway joint Fratelli Famous are a godsend for me on some nights in the city. They are one of the only places open for dinner in the Westfield Pitt St food court. If I have events on at the State Theatre I can grab a cheap pizza and a drink in a fantastic venue. The pizzas are delicious and somewhat simplistic in flavours but so moorish you will want more than you order. I have taken friends, business meeting people and also kids to the venue. It's a true all-rounder venue. It's large, it's licensed and you can eat here without busting the bank. The black truffle, egg and fontina pizza is my favourite and makes me salivate every time I order it.
The kids love the place and I love getting a sneaky beer. Also, while I order mainly pizzas on every visit it should be known it is not just a pizza place, it's a fully fledged Italian joint so lots of pastas to choose from also.
It's worth a visit if you want a no fuss and decent diner style Italian venue.

Food was great. Convenient to get there compared to the other branches.

This food and service is great. Our group love the seafood linguine a lot. Highly recommended. The restaurant is big but C an be very packed so book your table to avoid disappointment.

Surprisingly refreshing dining experience inside Westfield Sydney! Was looking for a sit down dinner with friends and this was suggested. At first sceptical that there could be a great venue inside a Westfield, I was pleasantly surprised at the outcome.
Food was served hot, fresh, fast and delicious! Lager on tap was cold and refreshing. I can not fault the place!
Ordered Chicken Parma (decent serving!), whole trout, calamari and Buffalo cheese entres, and finished off with the dessert board.
Will definitely go again!

Banoffee pie is a must try
If you try nothing else other than the Banoffee pie - you will walk away smiling. Absolutely delicious.

This place was absolutely amazing
Huge antipasto plate to start then 2 huge mains.. service was great and not overly priced for the quality..beats other big name Italian restaurants hands down for quality of food and price..
Will definitely return again soon

Best place to hangout with friends or colleagues during happy hour. During happy hour, you get good tap beer for 5-6$ and decent collection of food in the range of 5-8$. However, during happy hour, you have to wait atleast 15 mins for someone to take your order and 15 more mins to get your booze.
O. P.
Loved the fresh Pizza in here. Staff was nice and advised about happy hour starting 3pm ($10 Pizza) voluntarily.
Definitely worth a try.
L. M.
Great night and we were lucky enough to strike happy hour so most of the food and drink were reduced. Even so they were plentiful and very tasty. Great staff and good service
D. R. L.
Nice place to relax and enjoy a nice feed after a hard days shopping the city. Friendly staff with quick service.
D. C.
Good pasta and pizza food options at Westfield. A bit crowded on weekends though.
E. G.
Got the 10$ special one and it tasted fine. Nice ambience. Can't say very friendly staff but they were polite and food was served in a timely manner.
M. W.
I ordered mixed and grilled seafood + chips + salad for 16 AUD. What I got was calamaris, prawns, shells and tuna. Basically I got a lot. It's cheap considering the place that is located at the city center.
J. M.
great place to take kids with a delish kids menu and delish food for adults! the rose' was great too! x
B.
Great ambiance and customer service. However, the food is decent but not great for the price you pay. The highlight of our night was banoffee torta, highly recommend, and worth the $15.
W. W.
Nice pizza and convenient Location. Service ok - super busy. They could have more pizza selection e.g. some fish topping choices. I like the one on Bridge St better.
G. L.
Baby and child friendly, lovely staff was very accommodating to my three month old, I did not feel embarrassed or flustered to have to feed my hungry baby. Premise is stroller friendly, I feel that I can finally have lunch out with my bub comfortably without worrying.
N. A.
Great pasta always served fresh, but there are tastier pizza options around the area. Crust wasn’t as doughy as I would’ve liked.
A. L. (. i. a. F. F.
As good as the original! Spacious & slick in the Westfield dining precinct. Italian food, comfort food, antipasto & beautiful crusty pizzas. Right in the heart of one of Sydney's busiest shopping precincts and well worth a visit.
S. N.
Went there for mother's day lunch the food was fantastic, but the service was not that good, orders were messed up and we ordered 3 desserts and received only 2 my wife didn't get hers, had a bit of trouble getting the wait staffs attention. Would probably go there again
T. W.
Quality food and drinks with reasonable prices with their matched deals. If the staff can get to you. Do not go when busy or hot. Unless you're happy with a wait and a sweat.
J. R.
It's huge. Great happy hour meal/drinks offer. I just got a poor pasta but was comes a dessert
K. S.
Delicious lasagne. Great service and reasonable prices are a winner.
T. M.
I enjoy fratelli fresh, but in comparison to some of the other locations, this is probably my least favorite. Constantly packed, and the service takes forever.
Food is always good though.
W. W.
Great happy hour!
J. J.
Good customer service! Pasta is good taste!
W. D.
In short, not particularly worth it at full price, but not a bad choice if you make the most of their discounts and specials. Always seems to be busy, so a reservation is recommended.
A. C.
Very tasty but small for the price
D. H.
Pizza is okay for what you pay. While I ate, I watched how it wasn't so Fast as advertised at all. A group of people were waiting at the start with no service and only got service by the time I finished my small pizza. Seems very under staffed, but inside I can see some workers standing around. The girl who served me gave good service but got pizza packing pizzas, no one came to help her. Bad management it seems.
M. G.
Tried their vegan pizza... Was very tasty ... They allow you to choose as many toppings as you want so that's a brownie
W. D.

I have been several times and have always left happy. They do amazing good, great deals and good service. I always leave a happy customer.

P. B.
Fratelli Fresh is a great place in the city to grab a quality pizza (with toppings of your choice). Takeaway and go sit in nearby Hyde Park to eat!
C. O.
Food was great. Just a bit noisy but that can't be helped when you are so busy. I would go back if I ever venture back to Sydney.
L. J.
Great atmosphere. Staff often don't know current promotions or need to be prompted for essentials like cutlery or missing parts of dish
T. H.
Favorite Italian!! Everything is so authentic and home made, simply delicious! If you love Italian food - this place is a must try!
P. V.
Great place to come with families. Kids menu offers a good variety and service on a Saturday lunch was prompt and friendly.
W. M.
Great service and restuarant. Oysters $1 each for the month of August. Be going back again.
K. L.
The food was authentic, à bit noisy for me and a touch overpriced. The service was excellent
J. W.
Everything is delicious from apps, salads, pizza, pasta and dessert!!! Service of food is pretty quick without compromising quality.
A. P.
Food was good. Service not so friendly.... It's been weeks and I'm still waiting for my cider
C. N.

You can make your own pizza with topping of your choice. Veg pizza was simply awesome.
M. T.
Pizza was ok, but pasta very soggy, definitely overcooked, and not that flavorful too
d. a. c.
Came here with work colleagues on a deadline. The service was super fast and the food was just delicious. Highly recommend.
T. W.
Great pizza and even better happy hour.
J. B.
The atmosphere is great for a catch up dinner with friends. I must note that their truffle pizza is quite good.
M. N.
Pizza was soggy in the middle without a good crusty crust. Small amount of mozarella on the Parma pizza. Dissapointing at $25 a pizza.
R. T.
Located off the Westfield Centre Food Hall we had a separate room for a reunion lunch - good house wine with excellent food and service
J. B.
Foods is okay for the price/location. Would give more stars if the staff were more attentive and organised...
C. D.
Love the pizza and the fact they have vegan cheese available in this branch, but service is really slow and staff is not friendly at all.
E. E.
Location and atmosphere are great but the food isn't as tasty as expected, especially for the pricing. Staff are friendly.
S. M. R.
Tasty hot classic pizzas fresh out of the oven! I'll come back with friends. Totally recommended.

H. S.
Good selection of fresh and tasty food accompanied by a reasonable selection of drinks, served in a modern and inviting environment by friendly staff.

This place is a bit like subway for pizza. Good variety of topping and you can watch your pizza cook in the firey pizza ovens.
J. C.
Excellent food and reasonable wine. A bit noisy when it is busy though.
I. O.
