Seat yourself, friendly staff, good choice of indoor or outdoor. Was able to take the dogs and sit outside. Okay selection of beers. Ordered a Simon Says and a chilli chicken burger. Was able to substitute bacon for cheese which I was happy about. Also ordered a small HFC hot chicken bites serving. Nice chicken and sauce Is Louisiana style hot sauce. Service time was good considering how busy it was and it was fresh. The 3 chip sharing platter is the best to share between 2 people. A bit expensive but worth it. $65 for 2 people and a drink each. I do love how they give back to community with their token system!

Delicious food made fresh. The quality of the burgers here was outstanding. The meat is organic and the buns were fresh. The zucchini fries are delicious as well as their normal fries. For a chain restaurant, this place was the best! Great quality burgers and chips. A bit on the pricier side, but still impressed. The staff were helpful, and I liked the small touches and attention to detail that gave the place personality - like flowers on the tables. Pretty slick!

Food was good, especially the Simply Grill’d and Summer Sunset beef burgers! Grill’d is doing a great job at accommodating dietary requirements, specifically stating any allergens or proteins present in their food, really happy with that! Just note with the low-carb bun, fillings inside tend to fall out a little more than being encased with your original/regular bun. The chips share plate was good too and although zucchini fries were nice, felt overly crumby and fried. We had a slight issue as we didn’t receive our ordered drinks until asking for them, and then incorrect drinks were delivered. Despite this, the atmosphere and music was on point! Great for a Friday night outing with friends.

Best option if you're looking for a burger on the healthy side. No fried chicken. Try their moroccan lamb and their recent vegan burgers are off the charts. Good portion sizes. Sweet potato chips are yum.

Nice place, rather fast service though there were few people there anyway but the people were attentive and friendly. The chicken bites were better than I expected after being too used to a thick crumb on Korean fried chicken the juxtaposition was rather pleasant and unexpected. Will probably return once again in a few years time when my personal business drags me back in that general direction of this inner West suburb but the reliability of quality should take me back here over other places.

Friendly staff but will leave the food to the teenagers. The Traditional buns were a little dry and the burger overall could have been better (Hot Bird I think it was), although chips were great. They had the ‘order at the table’ which the guest login was time consuming to ordered at the counter. A little off putting with all the delivery drivers hanging around the entry. Awesome burgers, friendly staff, good beer selection, service has always been prompt and the meals always come out quick and fast. Staff come out and check how your meal is going which is a nice touch. Easy parking downstairs or buses are easily available.

Delicious burgers. Good vegetarian options. The zucchini fries were great just a little too salty. It's nice to see they give back to the community by supporting local charities and activities. Will definitely return.

Friendly staff and great food. Parking can be a bit of a pain though. In relation to convenience thisnis not the best situated Grill'd out there, however it is easily on E of the best choices in the area for a fast bite to eat. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a quick guilty bite to eat.

I was delighted by the exquisite taste of the zucchini chips and found them to make my day better. The crunch on the zucchini chips was perfect and perfectly complemented the soft and flavourful insides of the zucchini chips. The only down side was that there was a strange kid with a bulldogs jumper practising cricket shots and arguing with the manager over a strange burger.

I liked how there were a few sauces we could choose from but overall taste was disappointing. Good that you can choose which cause you wanted to donate to - had 3 options at the restaurant where you put a bottle cap in as your vote/ support for the cause.

We come here for when we want a quick and easy dinner. Service is surprisingly decent at the restaurant. We had one issue with an Uber eats order (an item missing). However they took full accountability, refunded the amount and offered a complimentary burger on next visit.

I'd rate it as a somewhat healthy and accessible burger, rather than one for real fatties like me :) staff are friendly and the interior is pleasant. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. It's great that they cater for vegetarians and vegans. Yes on the pricey side, but it's understandable when operating costs are high for food businesses. People that complain about food being expensive haven't owned or operated a business before. If you want cheap, make your burger at home and grab a bag of frozen chips from Coles and cook it all yourself. Has the coating on the zucchini fried changed? They used to be so much better. Worth a visit with the fam though. Great location with Harris Farm Markets downstairs too.

Great food, awesome staff, very timely service on a seemingly very busy Friday night for both takeaway and eat in. Well set up, running a very smooth operation - only down side is the toilet is in the shopping center next door and is a little hard to find and a bit of a walk. Not good if you really need to go or just wanna quickly wash your hands.

Grill’d is always guaranteed a good burger. A great selection of classics with a twist, the add-ons are affordable which is rare for any restaurant these days! The staff are friendly and the service prompt. Be careful with parking- we parked in Coles car park and were charged $18 for just over 2 hours!!! The only negative are that the serving side of chips are on the small side. Grill’d would definitely benefit from increasing portion sizes there to keep up with the competition! All in all a good burger joint in terms of quality and service!

Grill'd is the best burger chain. It's better than new-and-improved Nandos by a fair bit. This makes Grill'd a good place to eat if you are new to an area, because you know what you're getting and you know it's good. They're not cheap burgers, but it's MUCH better than "Create Your Taste" at McDonalds and that is about the same price. Especially recommend the "Back Bar" steak sandwich.

Burgers are delicious as you'd expect from Grill'd. Prices can jump with the little additions like jalapeños or low carb buns. Staff are friendly but it's the little things that add up. Perhaps tables that need cleaning, or the missing jalapeños you paid for, or the lack of utensils at the table.

ive been regularly coming to leichardt grilld with my children and partner and i couldnt say a bad word about it. the burgers are great 9 times out of 10, and if there are any problems, the kids working there are always happy to fix it. happiest workers in town, they always seem to be having a great time with customers and between themselves. does wonders for making a great atmospere. will keep coming back
