Tempting to go everyday with great menu selections. Their charitable donations scheme is fantastic and raising money to worthwhile causes affecting the community. Go Grill'd!

We had an unusual combination, my brother the gluten free mustard and pickle, me the beyond meat vegan patty just because I thought why not?! I wasn't expecting too much and a few bites in I probably wasn't enthused but as I got more of the way through I actually didn't notice that much, probably shows how much I enjoy the bun, sauce (mayo) and other flavours in the bun. Would I get it again? Not sure but interesting to try and see how different it was(n't). Also had the HFC chicken bites and they were good. A little bit hot and surprisingly gluten free as they look like they're fried. Good service.

This is the second Grill'd restaurant in Parramatta. There is another one on Church Street. The one inside the Westfield is a little busier than the one on Church St. The menu is the same, however they support different charities than the one outside the mall. I would recommend the chicken burgers at Grill'd, but the beef and lamb burgers can be a bit inconsistent. Nice staff and friendly service.

Portion size was ok but not worth the money. The location of the cafe is quite easy to find and has a lot of dine in tables. It is also close to Events and the restroom which is handy.

Service was great, everyone was friendly. From the moment we walked in to the time we left the service was top notch!. The food was mouth watering best grilled burgers I've had to date. Myself and my brother are big dudes and this place really hit our spots hard. Do I recommended this place? Heck yeah I do. Only downfall would be the price it's quite expensive... I reckon whoever does the marketing for Grill'd should really consider a cheaper alternative to COMBO dealing. Combos are great because they tie both the chips and drink for one "smaller" price as apposed to buying the two separately. Anyhow top notch service, food and dining. Music was also great as a side note.

Great burgers although eating in store the volume of music overhead in the restaurant is very loud and difficult to hear & to order, the chips are delicious but the ratio of herb & garlic sauce is inadequate for a regular size chips & they charge $1 dollar for it this could be better solved with generous appropriate sauce servings. The staff are young friendly and seem always run off their feet.

Good restaurant across the board. Customer service is good and staff seem like they care. I ordered Hot Bird and Nick the Greek w traditional buns and they were both great. Hot Bird has a pleasant kick to it with its spice and sour cream. Although they were very busy they managed to cook the chicken to a level of perfection for a burger as it was very moist and juicy. Nick the Greek was very flavoursome as well with the lamb and beetroot. Can be a bit slow but that is understandable as it is very popular. They need to turn the music down as it is just unnecessarily loud, especially considering there is already a large amount of noise coming from the customers already. Definitely recommend. Atmosphere and style of the restaurant was good. I had an Almighty burger and shared the share platter chips with my friends. The burger was pretty tasty, although it seemed rather small to me, especially since it was one of the most expensive ones on the menu. Another little issue I had is that there wasn't a 'to share' size for the standard potato chips, unlike the sweet potato and zucchini ones, so my friends and I had to buy a share pack which had one of each type. It was still quite tasty, but wasn't ideal, since no one really likes the zucchini chips.

Had the Hot Bird burger and chips, main issue I have with is the small serving sizes. They expect customers to pay 20 dollars, but servings are equivalent to that of 10 dollars; way too little. People complaining it's too expensive- you get what you pay for. Quality of ingredients is always great and I'm more than happy to pay a premium for ethically sourced eggs and meat. It was ok. Burgers were good, nice crunchy fries. The interface to order your own food us easy, well laid out, & very logical. They should automatically bring glasses when they bring drinks, & not expect you to drink out of the bottle. A minimal number of napkins in the holder on the table, and as no cutlery brought to the table we ate with our hands, more napkins would have been helpful (we took them from another table).
