My husband and I both love Grilld burgers and went here for lunch. I ordered ‘Hot bird’ with fries and the food came out fresh and hot. The staff were helpful and it was good to see COVID distancing was maintained in the restaurant.

Good food, but served cold, it is understandable that staff shortage is a current issue. The staff are working hard to their best and I appreciate that. Since, its a massive dining space, i suggest the management should close some sections of the restaurant if they are running lean on staffing. Will be back again.

This is probably one of the best grill'ds. They always do a good sweet potato fries (matches well with jalapeno mayo), and the regular fries match well with sweet chilli mayo. I like the beyond garden goodness (no beetroot, with pineapple and on traditional) the best.

Too many great selections to choose from. I settled on the wagu beef burger and it well worth it. Second one was the lamb burger "baa baa burger" and it also did not disappoint. Wash it down with a glass of beer and you will feel very satisfied.

Grill'd mushroom parma burger. I really like the mushroom patty complimented with feta cheese with sesame seed bun. Fried zucchini chips were really crispy and amazing but a little oliy. Staff were amazing and friendly.

If Grill'd was cheaper I would eat it everyday.. However it's not so screw that... Burgers are great they range from Chicken, Lamb & Beef with bacon being additional to all burgers. Chips are extra. Other then that if you happen to find a Grill'd near you definitely give it ago. It's like MacDonald's only more expensive and cooler.

Who doesn't like Grill'd burgers? I had the Wagyu beef burgers at the food court and the Australian Open Tennis, and they were both smashing. It is more expensive than Maccas and Hungry Jacks, but they're delicious and worth giving it a go.

Apprehensively ventured in to try the Beyond burger offering at Grill'd for the first time. Greeted at the restaurant entrance and escorted to a table in what can be considered a reasonably spacious dedicated seating area for Grill'd. The food court on the lower level is a little cramped. Took some time to go over the menu and decide on a Beyond Grill'd Burger with vegan cheese. Stood in line at the counter to place the order of a burger and fries. Wanted to feel the taste of the burger without any drinks or sauces Found the burger to be light on the stomach, didn't have the filled up feeling that you get after consuming a beef Burger. Quite possibly this is due to the fats and oils that a normal beef Burger possesses. The Beyond patty doesn't give you the flavour that a beef Burger packs, or at least what I am used to. The positive here is that it doesn't taste like you're eating vegetables. Beyond is definitely a step in the right direction and would probably be enjoyed by the vegetarian and vegan family members. And just in case you thought it was low on calories, keep in mind that it packs almost the same kcal as a regular beef Burger.

I normally love grill'd, but today was disappointing. I got a takeaway, and the service was friendly as usual. The avocado chips was good, but the meat was under cooked. And one bit was even very cold. Couldn't eat it 🙁 Would have taken it back, but I was already on the train. Update: The manager called to apologize and offered me a full meal. I went back and was very satisfied with the experience. Everything was perfectly cooked. 🙂

I’m a burger maniac and I can say that this place serves delicious burgers! Wasn’t paying attention to the signs so i just sat there and waited for the waiter to come, but then I realised that you have to order at the counter. I’m giving 4 stars because I’m still waiting for the number one burger 🍔 out there! ;-)

I am a frequent because i love this place. Food is always consistent, burgers and chips are fresh and the staff at this branch are always so pleasant. Waiting time not so long for a 1.30pm lunch (seats are plenty, food takes about 10mins). There is some general noise as the foodcourt is downstairs, but its perfect for catching up or a quick bite, would also take a group too for a cheap eat. You can get your food take away too. I love being able to actually the ingredients I'm eating and finding that the lettuce is crunchy instead of soft. Sign up to be a grill'd member, ask for table water and tomato sauce is free. Always my go-to.

I would like it give it 3.5 stars, a bit above average. Service and staff were friendly and attentive. Love the casual relaxed atmosphere, very spacious and open. The food was okay- my sliders needed a bit more sauce on them - bit dry and not as tasty.

The healthiest, tastiest and suitably priced burgers in Australia! If you want a good burger fix and don't want the calories (and nausea after), get a Grill'd burger. Great for Keto diets, where you can order a 'naked' burger and replace the buns with lettuce leaves. They'll even load your meal with extra ingredients to replace the cost of the buns. The Snack size chips with Chipotle sauce is perfection! Decent prices, well under $20 for a whole meal with chips. The venue caters to small and big groups. Another nearby location is at The Galeries.

Grill'd at the top level of the Westfield mall, Pitt St, Sydney CBD. Can be a bit tricky to find but just keep going to the top. The place itself is nice, has a lot of seating and is generally quite spacious. Staff is friendly, nice and attentive. Food orders come out quick and you can see the food being prepared in the kitchen. The menu is the typical menu of a chain. So whoever likes Grill'd, that's q good spot to enjoy it. I like grill'd but it's not my favourite burger place, there's simply a few better places in Sydney. Overall, good spot.

We had a hard time choosing what to order because everything seems yummy and they were. We had the Crispy Bacon & Cheese and Sir Truffle. You can choose which bun you want. I asked for a panini for one of my orders, just to try it. But my burger came in on a traditional bun -- I didn't complain anymore as I really didn't mind, the burger was still delicious. Definitely going back to try the other burgers. Staff were nice. We dined at around 7PM on a Sunday so there were lots of available tables.

I am glad that I found another burger shop, Grill’d, where I can enjoy an amazing burger with a bowl of chips and a bottle of coke. My burger was Wagyu Wunder, and it is sufficient to say that it is absolutely scrumptious. Love it. Love it. Love it. :) Can’t wait to come back here to try other burgers.

Unclear signage as to how customers eat at the restaurant. A simple "Take a seat, get your table number, and order at the bar when ready" would've sufficed. Waiters ignored us as well as other confused customers while waiting. The saving grace was the food. Our burgers were excellent. Very flavourful and unique compared to other places. Point of difference were the healthy bun options. Will definitely come back again but won't expect great service.

We came across this by accident and loved the whole experience for informal but good food - and, freshly made - comfortable and non-cramped spaces to eat and excellent service. Two of our group are Caesar salad experts and this really passed the test! Although located in a busy central city locale with many rather claustrophobic options around, this was a real find. There is another Grill'd in the World Square complex in the city and also in Parramatta.
