If I had the time, I would've stayed to try the whole menu! Everything sounded delicious and what we ordered lived up to the hype. Burgers were beautiful and the wings were unreal! A nice range of drinks too, everything is pretty well priced and affordable. Would recommend if in the area!

It's quite nice. We've had a couple times. Both in the store where it is next to the McDonald's and upstairs, and also for convenient delivery The cheeky burgers are tiny, they're more like sliders and not a kids burger. See comparison with credit card size. The beef is a good that got this chargrilled taste to them. It's not really classically standout just a very standard burger. There is supposed to be cheese in there but it gets lost in the sauce and everything. In other words not enough cheese The fish burgers are very nice, the fish fillets oh nice and crispy with the melted cheese on them. The beef brisket is nice and soft and just like you imagined it would be. It's got lots of veggies and is probably good for small kids who might not like to chew other Meats. The pork belly is amazing. The way the Crisp crackle interacts with the wasabi mayo it's really something to try at least once. It's a very big messy burger though, with all the sauce dripping and the vegetables you will definitely make a big mess.

Decided to walk and pick up instead of delivery because of nice weather and try to order directly where possible. Ordering system is buggy to set up an account and inputting cc (you need the number no Apple Pay and I don’t think there’s POS in store?). CC fee was same as my delivery fee. 3rd try I got it ordered and paid. Food was given but on way home got a call to apologise they gave wrong order, I didn’t check it. Maybe writing on box or bag with a name or order is a good idea. I wasn’t able to eat the burger though had the chips. Staff were polite when they called. Not too sure what this water content was from? Bun was quite wet.

GRillaz is my family’s favourite local restaurant to order from in 2020. Every meal we have ordered and had delivered through Uber Eats has come perfectly packaged and looking great. The flavours are fresh and sensational. I had the fish burger with haloumi and it was cooked to perfection.

Burger pattie is cooked "well done" and is dry because of it. Pattie is lukewarm, and probably has been since assembly because the cheese isn't even melted.

The BEST burgers. Came with my friend on the weekend and ordered a chicken burger and the vegetarian halloumi and hummus and broccoli burger. I've been telling all my friends about it because it was SO GOOD. They are also massive and really reasonably priced. Will definitely be going back.

Popped into GRillaz for an impromptu dinner tonight and was SO glad we did! The photos really speak for themselves, but for those who want the juicy deets: from when we walked through the door, every single staff member was on the ball and incredibly personable. The venue was clean and superbly laid out, with 2 terrace areas, a bar, pool table area, and ample space for larger groups. To the food: the guys behind the grill are clearly passionate about what they plate up! Both of our burgs (the Ozzie and the Parmi) were sensationally fresh, made with great quality ingredients, and presented supremely well. The Parmi burger was perfectly seasoned (a thick piece of tender chicken breast, not overly battered, salty, nor oily), the salads were crisp and tasty, and the buns were pillowy soft, warm and deliciously fresh! To my surprise and delight, my burg came with a tasty spiced dipping sauce, and a massive bowl of crunchy, well-seasoned fries. 100% recommend hitting this place up if you're in the east, and if you aren't, what these guys have on offer is certainly worth travelling for. GRillaz is our fave new local burger joint! Congrats on the amazing menu and cheers to your phenomenal team for showing us a delicious night!

Such great food! Love all of the vegetarian burgers and the salads are delish as well. Bar and kitchen staff are all very friendly. Location is perfect right next to the beach with balconies that overlook the beach. Overall great experience, definitely recommend.

Nice lunch or dinner spot ! Super chill vibes in the upstairs area which overlooks the Coogee beach. When we went there was a live performance setting up, which would have enhanced the atmosphere even more! FOOD I really enjoyed the steak sandwich. Very generous portion sizes & I really liked the flavour of the sauce. Tasty & crispy chips too! The service was very friendly & welcoming. The food came out quick & hot!

This place is a hidden gem in Coogee! Great value, good portions and super tasty! They have a large choice of burgers, grilled meats and salads for all tastes, with vegetarian options as well. The chefs and staff are super friendly and I did not expect such a nice set up and relax atmosphere with an amazing ocean view. Don’t be afraid to climb those stairs, you won’t be disappointed! I will definitely come back :)

Been wanting to check out this new joint for quite some time as I’ve heard good things. Came down with a couple friends and we were extremely impressed! Ordered a selection of stuff, the menu is super diverse with lots of options in addition to their delicious specialty burgers. Ribs were excellent. There were lots of veg options too which was great. Definitely get around Grillaz if you love yummy hearty food and burgers!

I’ve been looking for a good burger joint having just moved to maroubra from Bondi. Needless to say I’ve found it!! These guys hands down make the juiciest burgers you can imagine and don’t get me started on their baby back BBQ Pork ribs 🤤 this is my third meal here in the last month and it keeps getting better I just had an amazing side of Mac and cheese with truffle oil and I am going home with a full belly and a smile!! If you are in the eastern burbs and are looking for a meal Grillaz is the place 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

Awesome burgers - high quality meat cooked perfectly, the "Grilla Thrilla" really hit the spot. There are a lot of vegetarian options on the menu also, which the girlfriend loved. Nice view of Coogee beach from the balcony too. Definitely recommend.
