Bloody awesome service. Very polite. Place was clean. Burger was big and had a Turkish bun which was a nice change. Chips were yummy with crunchy outside soft inside. They weren't left to get soggy and they tasted and looked like the oil was clean. We would definitely go back when we're up that way again. I forgot to take a pic of food as we were to hungry.

Had the fish and chips. Enjoyed it so much went back next day for more. My husband had the hamburger and ordered it again. It is up for sale I hope when I visit Harrington takeaway again the new owners will be just as grest as the previous owner 😀

I called in and asked for some directions from the takeaway shop I found the staff very friendly and I’m looking forward to next time calling in and having a works burger from them I heard that there works burger is very nice . I spoke to some of the locals and they reckon the fish and chips are wonderful as well looking forward to the next time I’m up there unfortunately I didn’t have enough time . From MWH

I have wanted a decent serve of fish n chips since moving to the coast. I have tried Forster, Tuncurry, Taree, Cundletown and today had the best at this place. The fish was fresh, batter not too thick and cooked perfectly. Sat near the water and thoroughly enjoyed. Proce very teasonable and the owner very niprofessional. Clean place.

A gem in the heart of Harrington. Great take away seafood . Potato hips are nice and crunchy, no soggy like other places. Fresh.

Good prices. One of the few places available that does take out in the area, makes it a busy little place. Minutes from the beach and playground equipment. Ample street parking, easily fit those with a trailer or large boat. Limited seats available. Most people tend to order and then take to the water. Fish and chip options priced at around $7-12. Also have beef burgers available. There's also a couple of arcade games available on site and although a meal took some time, the left was lovely and apologetic about it. If anything the staff probably need better working conditions in summer. The kitchen would have been really hot to work in on the day we went in their ventilation and fans for the staff were far from sufficient. The owner should invest in better working conditions for staff that are on their feet all day.

Fish was outstanding, batter was light and full of flavour. Fish was chunky and perfectly cooked. Chips were generic frozen, but fish was so good only knocking off a single star. Will come back if in area again.
