Step back in time and into quintessential country NSW with this Chinese restaurant in the local bowlo. Typical menu dishes you your expect. Decent servings and tasty. It’s not going to blow you away but it’s good enough for where it is.

Harry's Chinese/Australian is a fixture of Wooli and reflects the character of the village. It's a must go to for anyone visiting the area looking for a authentic experience. Wendy and her husband who took over from Harry over 20 years ago are legends and sure know how to cook all the classics. Don't miss out on the Duck and Prawns.

Delicious food. We thoroughly enjoyed every dish, and the service was excellent. Well worth the trip.

Our meal was what you would expect of a suburban Chinese restaurant , absolutely fine. A little strange the extra charge for chopsticks and placemats. However we'll be back next time in Wooli.

It's a good experience at Harry's, the staff are friendly and they are great with the kids.
They do take cards, at least the night we went they did.

Food was very good, staff were very attentive and service was excellent, area was clean with ample space per person and a wide menu selection.
The prices are just above the average though no issue with the quality of the food vs the cost. This is in a small town, 50km from a major centre, so a small rise in prices were expected.
Only issues were the $1ea charges for chopsticks, place-mats and take away containers. For our group which had children it was an extra $14 after a dinner and dessert cost of over $130, not including drinks. Perhaps they could implement a system so that once there is price met those "extras" become free.

Delicious food, the freshest Chinese I've ever eaten and the staff is lovely. Also, when we were there, we were the only customers they had and the bowling club was almost empty, so go in, have a beer and an excellent meal and help out the locals.

Wooli's best spot for dinner hands down! Super tasty food and the family that run the resturant work so hard yet always have a smile and nothing is ever a problem. Its our go to spot and we always take visitors as its guaranteed to be a good meal.

Always a great meal when staying at Wooli.
Bowling Club and Chinese Restaurant are both cash only but there is an ATM available.
Wooli Bowls Club also offers a courtesy bus for pick up and drop off in the local area making dinner and a few drinks even more enjoyable.
Harry's is a great place to dine for all the family.

There is not a lot of choice as far as places to eat out in Wooli. We tried Harry's Place as we had read somewhere it was the best Chinese that someone had ever had. The menu covers most of the bases and despite the weird ordering through a hole in the wall, we were hoping to good things.
As I said, there is not much choice in Wooli. The food was essentially tasteless which really is surprising for Chinese. If you took the food away so as to add soya, ginger, garlic it would come up alright. The food is basically good, fresh enough and the meat was of good quality but I say the flavour was lacking.
I had a sweetcorn soup and that I would avoid unless you like eating wall paper paste.
I summary we would go back, get takeaway and make the adjustments needed.

We have been coming here for the past 15 Year’s. It’s the best Chinese you can eat in Australia and when we come there are between 15-20 of us. The food comes out fast and just amazing.

Visited this restaurant on last Saturday night, and even though they were catering for a function in the Bowling Club, they still managed to produce timely, excellent food. The young waiter was exceptional in managing both the restaurant and the function.
