Helpful and friendly staff, place for dine in is clean and not to busy in the lunch time. We got Krispy spicy chicken and grilled spicy chicken burger. I more like the grilled spicy chicken they are nice. They also have kids meal. It's not bad

Been here quite a bit and have never forgotten items in my order. Drive thru experience is okay except for peak hour when at the waiting bay - there's really not enough space. I was served by an Asian looking guy with glasses and good looking shoulders this morning (Saturday). His customer service was amazing. There was a problem with my order and he solved it really quickly without the help of the manger. My kids loved the food, It was warm and well made.

One of the better Hungry Jacks, Food Quality is excellent. Just takes a little more time to get the order which one would appreciate as it is fresh. Drive thru good customer service. Front counter staff can be a bit impatient and not friendly but we don’t know how much problems they deal with from customers so we can over look that. Wylie park was there better store until now bankstown has taken that spot

Majority of the time the food is good. Have had a few occasions order was not correct. When asked to remove items from burgers, they have arrived with the items on it. This is concerning and something that needs to be watched more carefully due to allergies. In store, the staff seem to be more interested in talking to one another rather than paying attention to customers. On two occasions, I waited five minutes before being served due to the girls wanting to talk about their social lives with the guys preparing the food in the back. At the end of the day, at least Hungry Jacks has better food, service, and customer service than McDonald's.

Hungry Jack's by definition is one of my fav burger joints, and this one is pretty good. Food was hot, served fast and tasty. Restaurant is clean but the toilets are grubby and gross

Store was busy but the staff handled it very well, the line was to the door and the boy and girl at the front did really well, they had almost everything under control.They were panicking but still show great manners talking to customers, their names i think Aleisa from her name tag and i asked for the boy’s name was Harry. The food was great😋me and my family enjoyed our Sunday dinner out at Hungry Jacks and the staff were impressive, my grandpa politely asked for some serviette to wipe our tables before we feast, Harry then insisted to clean it, he went ahead with wet cloths and nicely wiped it himself, my family were very impressed.!!👍🏻 Would definitely comeback.

Breakfast was nice, but cheese and a hash brown isn't good for my cholesterol. I ate it anyway. Why can't I just get what I ordered? And the toilets needed cleaning, but that could have more to do with the people in this area.

We drove through Saturday night and ordered 6 family deals and a salad, our order was complicated and with changes but the lady at the last window named MANIA, pretty sure that was her name, (the one wearing a hijab) checked everything item by item, very professional. When our order was ready she took it out to the our car and repeated everything again slowly to make sure everything was correct. That was very professional and a honest service. Everything was hot and fresh.

Great place for a quick drive-thru visit on your way home or you can stop and enjoy a meal inside,store is clean and staff are friendly,this store is located off Canterbury Rd city bound, traffic can be a nightmare sometimes, there is plenty of parking available,one thing you need to watch out specially if you are an elderly person is the step when you exit the store, not high but I find it dangerous being so close to the front door, there is a wheelchair ramp available.

My husband and I got Hungry Jack's for the first time in a long time tonight for our dinner . It was absolutely delicious . I had a classic tendercrisp and chips and my husband had a big jack and chips . My husband said that the big jack was better than a similar burger available on the market . Certainly won't leave it so long before going back again .

one of the slowest fast food outlets in Sydney. Usually take the kids here on a Saturday late morning after visiting Bankstown Locomotive. Nearly every time their milkshake machine is down (maybe once it was working) Orders are taken very efficiently but the time taken to make the order is usually a long wait as drive through takes priority. Burgers are usually luke warm but chips are hot. Credit due is place is mostly clean
