They missed an item in my order however I am still giving them five stars due to their efforts to rectify and offer extra items when I turned up to advise them of their error. Never asked for a receipt or proof of purchase, just accepted my complaint and offered compensation without question. Quality of the Burgers and onion rings is excellent 👌 too. Will definitely be returning.

Service was way too slow. There were multiple workers there however there was a long wait for even the simplest of orders. Food was good

Although the staff working here are complete low lives that can’t get themselves or this hungry jacks together, it is still a good experience. Food is satisfactory and the restaurant has lots of tables meaning it can accommodate lots of people. I always have a fun time going here.

What I love about hungry jacks are the reward system, the hot chips (I love the texture and crispness), and the frozen drinks. However, I ordered a cheeseburger super stunner meal an I saw the staff take the burger, that had probably been sitting there for a while, and seemed to stuff it in a microwave??? The vanilla drumstick was also horrendous as it seemed like it was melted and frozen. The waffle cone was also soggy.

It's Hungry Jacks, it's probably the best fast food in my opinion. Burgers are always better and the hot chips are perfection. Staff were friendly and didn't leave us waiting too long

Staff is well manned and overall good but sometimes when new staff enter a workplace or there is low morale it takes a business a bit extra to push out the 110% effort as the customers get what they want. This hungry Jack's joint in burwood looks aesthetically pleasing to the eye and is close to other shops you may need to go to, the food also is great here.

Located less than a minute walk from Burwood train station. Turn right out of the train station, in the same direction towards Westfield shopping centre - which is further down along Burwood Rd.

Nearby Burwood train station. No more than 3 minutes walk. bathrooms are relatively clean. Many chairs, tables, TV and air conditioner to make customers relax and cool on summer. on winter usually they arrange the AC to make their shop warm. You could get a burger for $2 if you ask for the value meal.

This is Hungry Jack's, do not expect a fine dining! This is my favorite HJ branch, the burgers are stuffed with lots of veggies and sauce, if you don't like sauce do not get close! Most of the times the service is fast but around 3:30 - 4:00 pm it is packed with school kids, if you are not patient enough, again don't get close! Sitting area is not as clean as other HJ shops and bins are almost always full.
