I ordered the Jacks Crispy Fried Tropical Chicken Burger small meal with an orange juice. April served me and she was very efficient and courteous. My meal arrived quickly and it was very tasty and fresh. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. I will definitely return!

Always a really good time at this store. Staff is friendly and always down for a chat. Bathrooms a bit grotty tho. Last time I went I accidentally spilt a sprite but I was given another one immediately and the staff were efficient and patient especially Karla. She wiped it up and the other guy mopped it up. The seating is nice and the staff (Karla and Caelyn) were very nice and we had a good chat.

Small but right where you need it, right when you nee d it. Open 24 hours a day 7 days a week this place is perfect for a late night snack if you live in the area or my favourite, a sneaky frozen drink when you're filling up the car. Friendly and fast service too.

Been ages since I've had Hungry Jacks, literally been years. So decided to head to my nearest HJ's en route to work. Tried the double homestyle whopper meal and was pleased to find that not only are the burgers better but the chips and orange juice too. The taste is cleaner :) Customer service was fast and the location within a Coles Express service station is pretty clever. There's also sufficient car parking within the lot.

Tried the Mega Jack and it was so delicious. I love big macs from maccas but this one i got to say is better. It's bigger and had lots of sauce and i liked that we can replace chips with onion rings at no extra cost. Service is always quick and efficient.

This rating is on my experience tonight. Ordered 2 Rebel Whoppers to arrive home and find that 1 of the burgers had the incorrect patty in it. Incredibly annoying as we ordered the Rebel Whopper for a reason! (the mash veggie patty doesn't taste good). Frustrated that the people making these burgers didn't say anything and just decided to knowingly serve the incorrect burger. Edit: My partner and I were so incredibly surprised with the prompt and high level of customer service from Hungry Jack's. Within 24hrs of our feedback emailed to them, the Manager contacted us via phone and apologized and provided us with an offer. When we went back into the store to redeem, the Manager apologized again, and not only her, but the entire staff as well which we didn't expect and was such a nice customer service experience. Massive kudos to them on handling our feedback. Customer service is so important! And of course the food they re-did for us was delicious with a lot of effort put into it which was greatly appreciated :)

Junior whopper with cheese was ok but the bursties were disgusting and looked nothing like the advertised picture, by the time we drove home (3 streets away) it had all but melted to half its size. The one sip I took before pouring the rest down the drain gave me horrible heart palpitations. Onions rings and chips were the highlight of the meal.

Often get Hungry Jack's for my family on a late night, easy and convenient. However staff there often do not put items in your order and when you try and call them it doesn't go through, make sure to check your order before you even leave because this has happened to me several times.

When I order at the counter everything is great. But I've had problems with online orders. One time they forgot about my order entirely. Other times it just takes a very long time. And the staff always seem to announce it as "online order", not by number. Even when there are multiple online orders waiting.

Amazing service! I went here on NYE 2020 and expected it to be a busy mess.....i was surprised to find the staff exceptionally fast and friendly. My order was ready immediately, hot, succulent and fresh. It looked so good, for a fast food place, that my mate ordered a meal for himself too (despite the fact he never eats after 830pm). My hand was injured and bleeding a little, and the girl at the counter offered me some wipes and bandaids. All in all, my best Hungry Jacks experience so far!

Super easy parking lots of spaces. And not many places are open 24/7, so kudos on that one. The convenience store is well stocked with a good variety. I come here every time I have a mid-life crisis and wakeup in the middle of the night and can't sleep at night. I get a giant can of Energy Drink, a burger and chips and I read property investment books and the four hour work week again. I feel better after that and I tell my wife in the morning that we will get rich soon as I have a new strategy. My wife pretends like I didn't say anything. I'm sure she loves me alot deep down but doesn't show it outwardly. But I digress, this shop is wonderful.

Just so enjoyed this flavoursome fast food experience which not only tasted terrific but was also easy on the wallet . The added bonus of it being open 24 hours and attached to a service station /car wash means that I can tend to all matters car-related whilst indulging my secret new obsession - the rodeo barbeque cheeseburger !
