Overall, food was ok but it took more than 40 mins to get a drive-thru food that I had pre-ordered online afternoon on 19 Mar 2022. Staffs at the drive-thru pick asked me to wait in a drive-thru zone as food I pre-ordered online in advance was not ready. It was no problem! When the food was ready, one of staffs walked to the waiting zone and gave my food to the other people in the different car without checking items they ordered. Oh.. no 😔 And food in a bag, which were already touched by the other customer, had to be taken back to the kitchen, which was already another 15 mins after the staff, who delivered to the wrong customer, came back to pick it up. I had to get out of my car to go into the shop and check if those food was reused by the staff for me or other customers or not. Fortunately, the staff threw those into a rubbish bin so I talked to him to make fresh meals. It took more than 40 minutes due to such a silly mistake.. they could do better than this. And this 40 mins’s effort was replied with a single word ‘Sorry’. I still like this store but I hope they could do better pls..

I always find Hungry Jacks, especially this location, fantastic. The workers are all helpful and friendly. I enjoy seeing the same familiar faces. The foods always quick and good value compared to maccas, and actually has taste so I enjoy eating it. And they have refreshing thickshakes after a hot days work.

Typical HJ’s, not really consistent in regards to food, service and speed. When using drive through, they don’t seem to park people when their orders aren’t ready. Inside can often be chaos with no one really taking charge and a lot of waiting. Never really seem to have much emphasis on taking heed of any requests or doing it in a timely manner.

The restaurants outdoor dining area cleanliness is much better now however the " once " fast service has gone down hill over the past few months on my most recent visit I was the only customer in line I was ignored by all the crew for 7/8 minutes I could've walked out but I was hungry & I do normally like this HJ's it seems drive through & big delivery orders are more important than one customer spending $3.50

The best Hungry Jacks anywhere near me. I have never had an issue ordering from this branch. If I really wanted Hungry Jacks and was in the Dural area, I would drive to this branch instead of Dural, that's how much better this branch is. Dural HJ should be shut down.

Ordered through drive-thru and ate in the parking lot incase they got anything wrong with my order which luckily they didn't! I had to repeat my order three times, once while paying, and it took a while for them to input the payment into the payment terminal however the food was ready quickly and it was fresh. I feel like every Hungry Jack's has poor soft drinks and location is no different- the syrup doesn't taste like Sprite or Coca-Cola, it tastes like knock off home brand soft drinks. All around a pretty good experience, one of the better Hungry Jack's around in my opinion.

About as good as you can expect from a fast food place. Over several orders, they have always got them correct, including swapping or adding bits to burgers, giving the right sauce and drink etc. It annoys me that when I order ahead on the Hungry Jack's app I still have to wait in the waiting bay for them to cook it, but that's isn't the fault of this branch.

I refer to them as "the gamble". Let me explain, so iv been there about half a dozen times in the last year and half and I only every order a whopper meal via the drive through and every time they tell you go park wether or not there is people behind you. Love hungry Jack’s and it’s my escape on Saturday mornings from all f life’s chaos. A large mocha and egg and sausage muffin on a Saturday 8.30am after dropping my daughter for dancing is just the best!

Look out for the little old lady with a kid...she's an old hand in pushing in...if she sees a gap...she's opportunistic....doesn't ask...oh are you in a line...nah she keeps her head low...stroking a little boys head that she's borrowed for the day...just get her 12 pack of chicken Nuggets. I congratulated her on the time worn ploy. I jumped in my car ...ordered...got my food before she'd had a chance to borrow another Kid for dessert. Thank God for the drive through line.

This place have great, but the service has always been shocking. Service is very slow. I waited 20 minutes after I placed my order to receive my good. During that time a woman walked in fuming yelling and swearing as she did not reveive her full order delivered by Uber. A man returned his burger as it was not the one he order. And I ..... returned my chips as I made it clear not to have salt on my chips.

I just left the store and I want to commend the staff for their very professional and polite demeanor. A gentleman came in while I was there a demanded a full refund of his order from the day before because he had come back to the counter the day before after receiving his order as he had been overcharged for a value meal. He said the girl had given him a refund of the difference but he had not received it the following day so he was demanding a full refund (obviously he is not aware that refunds always take 3-5 days to hit your account again!) The staff handled this unreasonable customer in a way most would struggle to and I applaud them for their attitude!

What a fantastic branch. My husband and I went to the North Parra branch of Hungry Jacks at 10.30pm tonight (At this point their doors were locked as they stop dine in and only have drive through from10-11pm). We explained to the lady at the door who came to see if we are OK as we tried the door, that we don’t drive but that we had looked online and it said 11pm closing. She spoke to her manager who agreed to let us come in and order takeaway. We just wanted to write a review to say thank you and how much we appreciate this excellent service. We weren’t made to feel like we were being a nuisance or putting anybody out. Everybody was extremely nice and polite and food was excellent. Thank you to the manager in particular and the young lady who looked after us at the door (a young Asian lady with long plaited hair). It’s honestly so rare to experience service like this in the industry and your staff at to be commended.

This is a store we use to visit frequently (mainly drive through) and recently it hasn't been a pleasant experience. 4/5 times while they were taking our order they have been very rude, they ignore us at the window and can't even give eye contact. Very disappointed. Ratings would be lower although the manager there has always been very kind to us and always had a big smile and tried to resolve any issues we have had (it's mainly two girls (twins?) who have served us and been totally rude). Apart from that the restaurant is very clean and always very fast, never too long of a wait. Just need to fix customer service!

It is a great restaurant to eat in and when writing this the COVID 19 pandemic is happening and the restaurant has strict rules that I believe is unique and should be used in all shops. You are required to give your details so if an outbreak occurs you will be notified. But as a restaurant it is quite good and organised and I guaranteed you will find parking.

I came here with my cousins, aunt, uncle, parents and sister. The food was great but since we had put all our food under the one order, the staff accidentally forgot to pack a couple of items. I forgive the workers because I know that large orders can be quite challenging. The staff here quickly and easily sorted out the dramas. The manager even came to where we were sitting to check to see if everything is ok! That's so thoughtful! Overall, our experience here was great.

For all y'all complaining about the ice cream machine lemma make one thing clear, that thing is the most inconsistent pile of garbage that made the arrogant decision to be called an ice cream machine. It's an ice cream, only makes ice cream for 5 minutes then stops working machine. The only thing that machine produces is sadness, frustration and on occasion a drippy white mess. And not the fun kind. No one shuts it down, it STOPS WORKING. YOU PUSH THE LEVER. NO ICE CREAM. REPEAT FOR 5 MINUTES AS THE CUSTOMER LOOKS ON IN DISATISFACTION AND SYMPATHY. JUST TO MAKE ONE GOSH DARN SUNDAE. These things cost thousands of dollars. It's been repaired almost 4 or 5 times now in the last year. With no avail. This ice cream machine is a burden on society. This machine is evil. Please destroy it. Please fire the ice cream machine.
