Best eaten at the venue. I've ordered many times, take away and eat in. Sometimes the take aways get a little cold and sad but the majority of times I love ordering and eating from this restaurant. Great burgers, personal favourite is the blame Canada. I love the fun and creative weekly specials they come up with, only game to try a few but they have been great. I've introduced many friends to this place that also love it. Good value for money. Id steer clear of the loaded fries, I didn't know too much sauce could be a problem but they drown them til they are soggy. Definitely worth a visit or try if you are nearby.

I find their Blame Canada burger to be the perfect thing when you're craving something rich, salty, and full of carbs. The patties are great, and the bun holds up well when you consider the amount of fillings they put in this. Between the meat, fries, bacon, gravy and poutine, this burger is a riot. I probably wouldn't go for their fried chicken burger again though. It was enjoyable but I didn't love the sweet chili and if I'm after fried chicken in the area I'd go to Thirsty Bird instead. Honestly, I don't think you need to get a meal if you're going for the Blame Canada, but their fries are tasty so if you've got a rotten hangover then why not. They always have different burger specials on a little board next to the register so don't forget to check that out before making a decision. Staff are always friendly, and the price isn't nuts. I find the restaurant itself too smoky as the kitchen is open on it so I generally order takeaway.

Been coming to here for years and I personally prefer it over the main Bar Luca in the CBD since you can make your own burgers/hotdogs. Food is always been fresh and really good to me BUT I always buy in person so I’m guessing for all the complaints about stale food, they’re using Deliveroo/Uber Eats which it’s more on the delivery person that the restaurant itself. Otherwise I highly recommend this place!

Loaded is definitely an awesome place to eat at. Had the BL beef burger with some bacon, was definitely a great burger to eat. The service was excellent, it was a Saturday night so ofc there's gonna be outside influences. Had there burgers a couple of months ago but still thought it was a great place. The burgers are definitely very good. They also have special that are definitely a must try. Pricing is a bit above average but still taste great.

Burgers are fully loaded and delicious. The bacon and beef patties were fantastic. The poutine was good but not authentic; the cheese curds are tiny -you want large, squeaky cheese curds-and the maple aioli is a unique “Canadian” touch but actually makes it less traditionally Canadian/authentic.

A little bit pricey for what you actually get.. We thought the burgers were on the fair/average side. My husband had an amazing burger and sweet potato wedges. Unfortunately I ordered a GF keto bun hamburger which had possibly the driest most stale burger bun I've ever eaten (I made it halfway through the burger and gave up). I would be happy to pay a higher surcharge for GF in order to get an edible bun. It's great that they offer GF buns, but they need to be of reasonable quality.

Chef's Kitchen's "Meaty Menage" with added Jalapenos - Hamburger base - Mexican pulled pork - Liquid cheese - Streaky maple bacon - Scorched American cheese - BL burger sauce - Pickled Jalapenos After chilling on our deck all day we started to really crave some food and burgers. Ordered Loaded by BL for the first time through Uber eats at 7pm for a 7:45 delivery. Super stoked after seeing all the positive reviews of Loaded out there and recreating Chef's Kitchen's meaty menage for myself. My friends built and ordered a similar burger, a Flame Canada and some sweet potato fries. Sadly, at 7:40, delivery time jumped 10min to 7:55. I don't have to tell you how that feels when you've been looking forward and mentally preparing for that burger for an hour. After that, the Uber eats driver picked up the food and is almost halfway to our house. All of a sudden, the Uber eats app cancels the order for no reason. Calling the Uber eats help line and getting a $10 coupon doesn't fix the fact that the delivery guy was probably enjoying my Meaty Menage with 2 equally satisfied friends somewhere. We decided to drive from Ultimo to Newtown because by now we'd kill for food, let alone a burger like this. I chat with the friendly staff who are equally puzzled and confirm that the burgers were in fact picked up. I order the same as before for $16 with the burger collective $2 free side. After a short wait the buzzer buzzes and I pick up my burger from the counter. I open the box and quickly snap a couple of pictures before I take the first bite and a small tear rolls down my left cheek. Mentally I'm comparing it with the Meister Aller Klassen from Burgermeister (a unicorn) in Berlin to figure out a score to give to this legendary burger. I decide it's a 4.9 and not a 5. Small difference because Burgermeister is, in my opinion, still the best I've had but this is damn close. The mexican pulled pork is seasoned just right and goes really well with the liquid cheese and BL burger sauce. The streaky maple bacon is cooked to perfect mapley crispiness. Scorched American cheese is just right where it is. The patty could've been easily overshadowed by the other ingredients but it stands out on its own. Smash grilled, still a bit pink inside and almost fused with the American cheese. The jalapenos on the bottom add that spice and crunch I need under a patty. All of that on BL's amazing milk buns. Halleluja, well done BL. I'll be coming back to try some other creations soon for sure! My mate ordered a flame canada but got a blame canada. After notifying staff, they built him a new, correct, flame canada so kudos for the amazing service! Sweet potato fries are probably the best I've ever had. Thick, extremely crunchy but soft on the inside with perfect seasoning!

If you've been to any of their other locations, you'll be familiar with the food offerings at Loaded - hands down the best burgers you can get in Sydney, for me personally, the best I have had anywhere. Right from when you walk into the shop you are greeted by the friendly staff working behind he counter, and are greeted by an expansive menu of options and choices for you to BYOB (Build Your Own Burger), or you can go with the classics, of which I recommend the Blame Canada or Mr T-Ruffle. The atmosphere is great from start to finish, and the burgers, hot-dogs, and fries are all outstanding in quality, taste, and presentation. Could not recommend this place enough.

Best burgers around! I almost always get whatever special is on for the week. Get their app so you can save and get free combos and eventually a free shirt! Their fries are interesting, sort of a sweet and herb-like spin on shoestring fries. The gravy they use is to die for! Sometimes the music is a bit loud, but I really enjoy their music selection most of the time. Overall, it's a highly customizable burger joint that--even by gourmet American burger standards--is freaking amazing.

This is my favourite burger place in Sydney! There's heaps of options, even heaps of veg options! You can build your own burger and there's heaps to choose from. Even with a massive line it was quick service! I highly recommend the magic mushroom burger and the shoestring fries! The onion rings are pretty good as well! Having such an abundance of boutique burger joints in close proximity to each other means that for one to stand out, it needs to be truly amazing. Loaded by BL certainly meets this criteria. Much like all burger places in the Inner-West, Loaded uses unique and flavorful ingredients to offer up some funky fresh creations but this is where they deviate from the norm. You can choose to be the Burger Lord by designing your own unique experience from scratch, the 'build your own' menu is second to none and is not limited to burgers but includes loaded fries, sweet potato fries and tater tots. If you're feeling adventurous, this is definitely a good place to start.

I've been here a few times now. Overall the quality of the burgers are pretty decent, though way overpriced for what you actually get. Staff are very hit and miss, but recently it seems they're more bothered by customers than happy to serve them. Music is too loud and obnoxious so be warned if you want to eat in instead of take away. One suggestion, the menu can be super confusing as there's so many ingredients, perhaps a side menu with meal ideas would be great for those who don't want to spend ages deciding what ingredient goes with what. Good, but not great.

Go crazy and add from a layer of mozzarella patty to tater tots or fries in your burger. Of course no one is judging you. There are also some pre-decided items on the menu, you can try them out too. You won't be heartbroken. It's a must try!

We have been going to BL Burgers on oxford st for many years but decided to give this one a try. Burgers were just as good as they are on Oxford but the absolute stand out and reason for 5 stars is Anton the young man taking orders at the front. It was such a busy night but he was so proficient and never stopped running around making sure everything was in order, wiping down tables before anyone sat down and just assuring a really great service for everyone. The owners should be very thankful that they have such an honest young man working working for them and I hope he is recognised for this.

Food is great and at a reasonable price - I'd give it five stars for that. They really need to add openly available access to water, though. Like, just supply cups and a water machine of some sort and this place would get 5/5. Fries were nice, cheese curds were good but they should consider deep fried breaded cheese curds too - it's probably a midwestern US thing but it would be a fantastic addition. Expect a short wait since it's very popular but it took about 5 minutes to get served and maybe another 10 minutes to get my food.

Hot dog on point, especially when pulled pork is added. Yum! Fries were good too. The only think i can nit pick is the price of Fries. You can make your hot dog a combo (w/ drink & fries) and it will cost you $5 but if you want fries only, you pay $6. It doesnt make sense. Atleast make the price of fries less than a combo when you purchase a hot dog.
