The service at this store is fantastic they went above and beyond to correct a tiny issue with my delivery order! A special commendation to the manager Jane, who even went as far as to double check with me to see if I received the items ok. Amazing staff, super polite so friendly and truly committed to excellent customer service! I think it’s great that this team are so dedicated to the customer experience even on affordable fast food items. This level of customer service shows a great work ethic and understanding of core customer values. The staff really made our day ! Thank you everyone 🙂🙂!

Very crowded, business was great especially during the weekend as the store was strategically located beside the huge playground. Ordered at the machine or at the counter and had to wait for at least 15 minutes for our meal to be ready. Not quite fast for a fast food chain.

Friendly staff but we have had quite a few issues with our orders been wrong of late.....and the food has been a little hit and miss I realise they seem to be short staffed and the staff are under pressure so I'm not dissing the place they just need to be more organised

One of the busiest place i must say. Although the service was quite quick. Being able to deliver a good food on time even when its very busy adds up a plus point. I was served by one of the girl with spectacles who was quite helpful and friendly. They have the seating arrangement outside of their store. The store is clean and has the self ordering machines as well.

Look, you're going to McDonalds.. not a 5 star restaurant. This Maccas offers you all the great menu items (as do they all) but be warned it is always busy, weekdays, weekends, evenings. During the days you have the families and children running over from the park or water playground, and of an evening you will find the drunks, stumbling around darling harbour making their way to line their stomachs. Also, don't eat outside.. for the seagulls will attack.

A very busy McDonald’s! If it wasn’t so busy I’m sure the service would have been better but overall it was alright! Definitely nothing crazy good but still great for a last resort for food!

Today on the 2nd of feb we ordered through Drive-through between 115-130pm. Small Parmi burger meal. 1 chicken salad bowl 3 x 6 onion rings. Excellent customer service. Greeted instantly, once we ordered our meal. Our server, she repeated our meal and confirmed our meal by showing the meal on the screen. We were kindly asked to move on to the next counter. Our drinks were served first then followed by our meals. All completed within 2 mins. All of our meals was hot & fresh and drinks were cold.

Best drive thru in Sydney, usually no wait to order as it's not very well known, nor is it visible to passing traffic... Great if you're wanting a quick bite and a few minutes shelter from the chaos of City driving... Not recommended for families or group orders as it's only a small store...

4.4 - Popped in here just before a meeting. I was happy there was so much space and it felt clean and clear. I got served quickly (Perhaps because it was 11:30am on a weekday), but the burger was only lukewarm (although very happy with the temperature of my tea). It was a good place just to relax and chill out for a bit.

Long wait for just drinks. Seemed understaffed. Tries using self serve kiosks, but they don't take contactless so had to queue again to pay. Overall took close to 20 minutes for some drinks.

3 stars because maccas can afford more staff on duty? especially being so close to entertainment exhibition centre where everyone will go after the show. 2 ppl working?? I only wanted to comment to say maccas should really give the manager a pay rise, this guy is quick on his feet, works so well under pressure and best of all... he doesnt f#@k up! From the 30 people waiting, everyone was like "poor guy, but damn his good". I want give him a 5 star for not saying "f$#@! this job I'm out if here!". He is a hard worker, look after him!
