In my vocabulary, there is no such thing as a bad macdonalds. This is a very large outlet, with one of the biggest drive thrus I have seen, double laned , with two food pick-up windows so you never get stuck behind anyone. Great play area for the kids and very nice roomy ,clean bathrooms

The managers here are great, it not alway easy working in hospitality. Plus junior staff in there first job. So I have give 5 stars because the team here have really starting to gel and work within their team to give great customer service. Keep it up Tahmoor.

New style recently built store and very good service from staff and nice and clean inside!

Had a very big day and needed a treat from a big week, was a tad hungry. To my suprise at 2:20am in the morning there were quite a few cars in front of me in the drive threw. The staff member on duty handled the rush of cars all at once brilliantly. He was very efficient and polite, the chicken nuggets were fresh and it was worth the wait. Thank you for your service, well done! Time for a pay rise 😁👏

I have ate at McDonald's Tahmoor several times and found the food to be satisfactory. Although I feel that customer service is lacking, the store seems to predominantly rely on the order consoles to meet customer service requirements. Often not having any staff visible in the store, therefore leaving you feeling that customer safety and security is compromised.

New store. Majority of the time gets your order wrong or the chips are dead. Hardly any customer service inside, so find I’m always waiting to be served. But big thanks to a worker by the name of Christopher who was apologetic for the long wait to fix up my order. What an asset he is. There are some people in this world who are raised right. Cudo’s to your parents. Keep up the good work Christopher.

I tried out maccas here after hearing that it's not great....Well it was very quiet, only myself and 4 teenagers in the store. The service was good, food as expected, as good as any other maccas. For being so quiet , you would think that they would have had time to sweep the floor...squashed fries, lettuce etc on floor.. but still better than I was lead to believe.

Amazing staff helped me out with a miscommunication on my behalf and even gave me a 15% discount on my next order. Definitely returning. Service was fast even with a long line

The staff are really nice 😊 the main thing Im disappointed about is that each time I buy a mcflurry I feel ripped off because it's literally only half full. They give the mcflurry to you first and it melts while you wait for your food.

Is a fairly new store and has improved greatly from when it first opened....lets say I experienced some really poor service the first few times but I persevered..... After all, they were mostly new starters and had to learn somewhere........luckily it has succeeded
