Very strange layout of the store. Wasn't very clean when I went, but seemed like they lacked staff and Covid is around. Food was made well and the person was polite behind the counter. Overall a good experience.

I do not normally write reviews online, however, the young lady who served me in drive-thru this morning was exceptional!!! She didn't have a name badge on, but the service was unlike anything I usually see from here. I was skeptical coming back to this McDonald's after previous bad experience but she took my order so fast and was very understanding, helping me when I wanted to make changes to my order even when it was very busy.

I like the brutalism-inspired interior of this mcdonalds, and the food quality is pretty good, however they have left items out of my order a couple of times. Make sure to check you have everything you ordered before leaving.

3.7 - Convenient location, with 24 hour Drive-through. Cheeseburger was yummy, Hot and delicious chicken nuggets. A little confusing service experience, where this girl walked over to my car window and asked if I got my Apple slices. I was like ??? And she just kept looking at me. I had to tell her I ordered nothing with Apple slices. No biggie. Clean toilets/bathrooms when I entered the store to buy the nuggets and some tea later.

It's McDonald's, you know what you get. The manager seemed very helpful and went a bit out of his way to speed things up. Went at a crowded time, but some of the kids who work here are the personification of narcissism. Arrogant, talk through the nose, and others again are very pleasing. Very nice big playground.

Is there a way I can buy this store? I have about $50 and change. 🤔 It seems that this place is one of the few businesses that is still doing good business in this stinking lock down. Oh, and also possibly Uber Eats. I live on the edge and order online, but pick it up IN STORE. I know. Living on the edge, right? They mostly get the order right, but sometimes miss stuff. Check your order. Still, the employees are mostly young kiddies on minimum wage (probably), so good on 'em. 👍🙏😜 Makes burgers and stuff. Did you know that?

They first got my order wrong at the drive through but after submitting feedback the manager called to offer me a replacement and when I went to pick it up they gave me a free hash brown and coffee! Definitely turned the experience around. Its might be a small thing for them but it really got my day off to a good start. Thanks!

Mixed up order a bit. Took a while for a cashier to approach the front to ask to swap the item for the original. Also, there were no napkins that i could locate, besides the ones given with the food. Otherwise, the food was pretty good, and apart from being given the wrong item, & the wait for a cashier, the service was good. The food was nice, and the wait time bearable.

After a revamp this piece looks very slick. But inside there's next to no seating and it feels like a train station waiting to order and get food. The drive thru is either insanely propels popular or super slow. Last trip there was about a dozen cars waiting to order, blocking the servo and street out side!

Wrap was nice, but they got the coffee very wrong. There is no way my almond latte was made with MilkLab Almond milk. If I'd known you didn't have MilkLab I would of just had a Skim Latte. If your not going to use MilkLab, please let people know, there is a massive difference in the taste.

Newly refurbished this spot looking fresh and sparkly with a drastic change in layout and design. Looks nice and has a great seating options with plenty of variety. Macca's is solid as can be, can't say much apart from that. They got a nice TV set up and fancy screens so try it and see how you like it. Not the most convenient location, but still accessible from the main road.

I have ordered from this McDonald's for a long time now. Since they have updated there store the food is much better. Although the wait time is long especially in drive thru, it's worth getting fresher and hotter food. But I have had a bad experience were staff are super busy and the wait time was very long, and my food was going cold. They have mucked up my order aswell. Much better coffee, the milk just needs to be a bit thicker as it seemed like hot milk not throf milk.

Having been to many Maccas due to it being a weekly treat for my son we agree that the food here is best. The burgers are put together well and never too greasy. The mcmuffins are tasty and the hash browns cooked to perfection. The staff are friendly and the store has a great manager who doesn't seem to mind mucking in with more menial tasks.

I had a previous bad experience at another McDonalds and I told the staff here and they were appalled by my experience and felt sorry for me. The lovely lady made sure my order was perfect and even gave upgraded my small thick shake to a large one. Highly recommend this McDonalds as they have a very lovely staff :)

This place is a hit of miss Mcdonalds. I usually come during midnight hours for a bite and there's either one thing and not the other. Opening the bag is always a surprise. It's either they missed one thing out or you get one item extra. The quality of the food is OK. I still love pennant hills mcdonald's. Their the best!

Food is up to standard with McDonald's everywhere but please get someone to clean more regularly. Keeping customers is important but not by making them stick to the unwashed floors.

Located near the West Ryde Central location, few minutes in the bus and train station. The area is big and right now, only take away and drive thru are operational. McDonald's is currently under renovation and dine in will resume one renovation is done. Not so sure when it will be finish but from the look of it, it will be 2-3 more month before it will be done. You may visit other near Maccas.. Note: renovation is now done. Updated rating from 4 to 5 stars

I went at 11.30pm after being out taking photos at Vivid Sydney and I couldn't order at the counter after 11pm, so ordering from the self service machine took ages due to the queue and finding what I wanted to order. I then opted to pay at the counter so in the end they could have just taken my order in the first place. The Hotcakes I ordered were OK but the Latte I ordered was terrible, but I didn't have the heart to complain to the girl making the coffees as she was busy.

I come to this Mecca’s very often. Services are fine and the food aren’t off the mark withers but hygiene can be a thing. The outside area is little dirty, and I’ve seen a cockroach crawling around inside the indoor area (near counter). Perhaps it’s the rainy weather that attracted a lot of bugs indoor but still gives you a chill.

Very bad customer service. Not a usual visitor to McDonald's. We went there for a late night coffee after travelling up the river from Vivid Sydney. Had a hot coffee and a muffin, that comes with the $3 McCafe deal. In addition we ordered toasties and hash brown bites. These are great additions for vegetarians. I wish they get in the veggie burger and other flavourful items on the menu that McDs serve around the world. Time to open up tastebuds to other McD products. This Store is well kept and clean. They close the cafe around 11, after which only the drive through is available 24/7. Our Vivid journey braving the over strained ferry service, ended here!
