Very friendly staff. No fake smiles and hospitality, very friendly and welcoming. Always taking care of the guests to see everything is okay. Very well-designed food, and the best hot chocolate you can imagine. A very pleasant spot, with a lovely light music to make your day perfect enough. These all make the customers, let's say friends, loyal enough.

Walked into this restaurant randomly for lunch today and it did not disappoint. Everything was delicious... especially the dip trio and the Margherita pizza. To top it all off, the service was incredible. Our waiter was so nice and funny and the woman who I think was the manager or owner made us feel like family. The chocolate lava cake oozed so beautifully and almost fell off the plate! It was so satisfying. I was the most excited to try the baklava and it definitely satisfied my cravings. The pastry was incredibly flakey, not too sweet and I loved the pistachio flavour.⠀ ⠀ This was my first time trying kunefe and I was so impressed. It was the sweetest dish with a hint of cheesiness and very crunchy.

My husband and I too my Mother to lunch on Christmas Day. Unfortunately she fell and hurt herself quite badly, no fault of Otto. Their cate when she fell was wonderful. The most amazing thing was they called me the next day to see how she was and offered to cover her medical bills. What an incredibly kind gesture. Thank you Otto and staff. Dining here was a beautiful experience overall. The decor is inviting and has a calming effect on the diner...it feels like home. The entrees were of a beautiful assortment of harmoniously combined flavours. Although my cut of veal in the parmigiana was thinner than expected and the flavours a bit too subtle for my liking, the veggies were perfect. All in all, the staff made the dining experience pleasantly unforgettably, and I would definitely return for that.

Good venue for quality Italian and Turkish cuisine if you have the time to wait and dine. If you're in a rush this place is not for you :) The staff are friendly and helpful and the restaurant decor is fine. Recommend their vegetable stew and their gnocchi in cherry tomato sauce is wonderful!

every time i passed this restaurant, it is almost empty. i was quite curious for the reason since the decorations are quite nice. we had lamb soup and seafood stew. they taste good, but the portion of the stew is small. it is over priced, these two entree size food cost us $36.

The restaurant is simple but elegant and non-pretentious. I took my friends here for dinner last Friday and we had such a pleasant experience. Booking was smooth, the food was great, service was also good and the ambience and the vibe were just nice and relaxed. I didn't get to try their Turkish coffee because I was so full but my friend said it's very good. Of course I have to come back and try it. Will I come back or recommend this place to people? Definitely! Nice restaurant in Glebe. Caters for both non vegan and decent vegan food also.

The overall atmosphere of the shop is nice, the ambience is great, the food is okay unfortunately. I had an Angus burger and it was really dried. The waitresses were friendly. Maybe I should have ordered a different food.

First time Otto Noorba guests. Ordered four meals (one being vegetarian) comprising of Italian and Turkish dishes. Each plate was superb. Hostess was polite, enthusiastic, professional and knowledgeable. Absolutely fantastic food. Next time in Sydney will go out of our way to return to Otto Noorba.

After two visits, I can confidently say Otto's food is fantastic and the staff here are some of the biggest hearted in Sydney. Both times I've arrived with a pram, and the staff have helped and made room with warmth, respect and charm. On the second visit, Mary and the staff showed enormous love by taking my four-month-old son on a tour of the restaurant, hugging him, talking with him, looking after him while I ate and even offering to go and buy bonjela teething gel. Now that just isn't service. That's bringing you into their family! If you want old-fashioned service and a wonderful meal, this is the only place in Glebe worth visiting.

I attended as part of a large group and we were well catered for with no long delays between courses. The site must be accessed by steps and the bathrooms are downstairs so this is not a wheelchair friendly site.

Mary and Sam are owners of Ottos and have passion and pride with their cuisine. Their meals are of excellence and taste. From Pizza, Pide, Osso Bucco to Lamb Shanks, coffees and tiramisu. This restaurant is authentic, with home made ingredients. We return to Ottos as regulars, not only the food, but the friendly atmosphere from staff ( Ali) and owners. Mary and Sam have such compassion for our regular Community group with disabilities who attend their social outings at Ottos. The group feel welcomed and nurtured by their hospitality. Highly recommended. Group functions certainly won’t be disappointed.

The quality of the food, in addition to the courtesy of the staff, was a refreshing change to the more dated establishments. I was very impressed by the comprehensive range of diverse and delicious vegetarian options! Both my boyfriend and I enthusiastically devoured our spinach and cheese burek, vegetarian pide, and dip platter. Desert couldn't go amiss, so we finished our meals with plate of home-made turkish delight to cleanse the palette. Overall, we were very pleased with our dining experience and thoroughly enjoyed our time at Otto Noorba. Don't shy away from trying this restaurant! I wish I could visit more often!

Interesting turkish-italian fusion amongst a few Mexican cuisine along the row of shops in Glebe! The classic pasta and Italian dishes were great and the turkish touches in the form of either menu items on its own or incorporated into the Italian classics makes dinner less monotonous and predictable.

This place used to be amazing at the beginning of this year, I think it's changed hands and has gone downhill a little - but nothing as bad as what it was a few years ago. The daily deals are definitely worthwhile expense-wise although still not cheap enough to attract uni students, food and drinks are always delicious here. The place is really nice to sit around and they never seem to mind me sitting around ordering one tea an hour.

Cafe Otto has been refurbished quite a few times over the years. This time around the kitchen and staff have moved next door from Fountain 77 albeit with a slight Turkish fusion to their cuisine. Unfortunately the delicious calzones they made next door seem to have morphed into pides which I can get from the Broadway centre foodcourt. What a pity.

Cafe Otto's not too far from the mouth of Broadway. The service is pretty good, very attentive, though you can end up ignored occasionally on busy days (understandable). That being said, this place serves pancakes. ALL. THE. TIME. Which is great, because their pancakes are great. Their waffles are gorgeous too <3. Highly recommend. It's a bit pricey, but still worth it, particularly if you've got visitors.

I went there to meet some friends to plan a trip last night. Great atmosphere with a fire pit, and it wasn't too loud so it was easy to talk. I ordered garlic prawns for $13 which I thought would be a good deal, but I got 6 maybe 7 prawns. They were delicious, but it left me hungry. Also, the toilets are unclean.

I have been to Cafe otto a few times and i really liked it. It is located on Glebe Point Road and a bus stop is just 50 meters away. It is newly renovated and really nice. After going through a fire and a full reno, cafe otto is better than ever. The atmosphere both indoor and outdoor is beautiful and the amazing tile painting when you first go inside is to die for. The menu is better than ever and you can have your doggies outside.

I actually feel bad for the people that work there. It's as if they have carried the weight of working for a horrible establishment for their entire lives - and have accepted it as their fate. They are sour, and unapologetically rude. I have been there on three occasions, first time was terrible, second time was terrible, and third time was terrible. However on earth this establishment exists is proof of a higher power - an absolute miracle it can keep its doors open.........

Loved Otto before it burnt down, took a few years to have it up and running again but the menu still retains some of the dishes I always loved along with specials each day - favourites include the Sunday roast, Mexican and Snitchels. The best French Dognuts in Sydney - a dessert that you must try. Great cocktails and wine list, fabulous service and good prices.
