Amazing, hidden little gem that we stumbled across! Service, drinks and atmosphere was great. We did get told at 7.11pm that the kitchen closed a minute earlier due to stocktaking, which we thought was very odd on a Saturday night! And at such a random closing time. Had we of been told the kitchen was closing earlier we would of ordered food earlier, but we then had to leave the venue as we wanted some more substantial food. We were so sad, as we were looking forward to settling in and watching the tennis that night! It won't deter us from coming back, as we absolutely loved it, but more so giving you guys some constructive feedback. :) Thanks!

Very modern dining room with warm and attentive service. Starting with the bread, everything was well above expectations,the oysters were very fresh and the crumbed prawns were cooked perfectly (the pictures don't do it justice). We each had steak with truffle sauce and the steaks were cooked perfectly but the truffle lacked smell. Loved the mushy peas and chips. Wines were fairly priced and we were too full for dessert...

Fun rooftop pub that’s lively and quaint. Located on Pitt and bridge streets close to the quay. Excellent salads and bowls. The salmon poke is incredible. Happy hour fridays and Saturday’s 5-7pm. House spirits beer and wines $6 bucks. Table reservations available but not necessary. Especially enjoyed Neal. Great host. Made our stay enjoyable.

If service and condition of the bar improves I'd recommend the bar but till then I'd avoid the place unless it's summer

I loved the vibe of this place, very intimate setting with beautiful lights. You can't really tell its a rooftop, there is only a small opening on one side where you can see the sky. But the pub food is good and well priced. Coming here with their dine and discover where they double your voucher is so worth it !!!

The service here today is unrivalled by anywhere I’ve been in Sydney recently. Especially, with the new covid restrictions. There was a slight issue with the food ordering and we were offered a round of drinks to compensate. This was offered even though we did not make any kind of formal complaint. The team also made sure we weren’t too hot in the direct sun and genuinely wanted to look after us today. A particular shout out to Anna who was clearly someone who’s in control of the situation and is calm and collected in her demeanour. Thanks for a great experience

A popular spot to catch up with colleagues for a drink. The restaurant upstairs is superb. Very nice white table service with a simple but sophisticated menu. The top floor gets busy on a Friday and is a good place to unwind a week. All up - it’s a great joint.

Assisted my friend in hosting her boyfriends surprise birthday at taylors rooftop this past weekend, which started out as a bit of a mess as Reservations hadn't told the on shift staff some important details... however, the shift manager (?) Gemma was quick to act and find a solution. I honestly cannot thank her enough, as her quick thinking and moving some tables around actually made the night that much better. Not only that but Gemma was so positive throughout the night and made sure to check in with myself, my friend and the birthday boy. I would 100% recommend Taylors rooftop for any event (even during COVID), especially if Gemma and the rest of the floor/bar staff are working!! Thank you all again!!

Venue is pretty cool with multiple levels and a great spot close to CBD locations. Had a steak on the rooftop level and for nearly $30 it was pretty ordinary - a bit overcooked, not the best cut, chips alright and the salad very boring. Wouldn't go again for food, except maybe the dining room which looked much better. The wine I had was very tasty though, somewhat redeeming an average meal.

Called in for a lunch time snack. We did not make it to the rooftop bar as it was packed out. The ground floor was empty so we had to stay there. Food (sandwiches or similar) was good and drink, both reasonably priced. Good views from the roof top - we were informed!

It's ok, nothing special although for all you smokers our there, it's a place you can drink and smoke...for all you non-smokers, it's awful! Atmosphere is great, music was good/loud. It was very busy but service was managed well. Opens until quite late and gets very busy especially on a Friday night. Good location for train and buses. I was at a private Christmas function between three floors so was able to transfer between floors easily and we didn't have any strays either.

Be warned: it is a very corporate crowd but that’s to be expected given it’s in the middle of The CBD and to be honest work seems the furthest thing from people’s mind as this friendly and excitable crowd blows off a bit of steam.
