I've been in Sydney, Rhodes and Stanhope Gardens branches. This one is the best so far. Responsive staff and pretty quick services. Slow cooked brisket is tender and worth trying. 400g man-sized Rump steak is so thick and juicy and at its tastiest if ordered medium rare.

The smokey cooking grill can be smelt from down the road and around Stanhope shopping centre. Funky popular music gives this ribs/burger joint an upbeat atmosphere. I ordered the mighty cheese and the beef pattie was cooked to perfection with a thin line of pink through the middle. The customer service is pleasant and there is a small kitchenette of condiments where you can also wash your hands and get sauces/ salts at the entry.

We had a nice lunch here after a 5km foam festival run. I had a burger, some ribs and loaded fries, of course washed down with a refreshing coke. Everything was tasty, burger patties were juicy, toppings were generous, ribs fell of the bone, loaded fries had a nice salsa on top as a welcome fresh touch.

Been a few times as we like beef ribs. Food is always good as is the service though not something to call out as special. Shame they stopped the onion rings as they were a highlight. The reason we don't go more often is they are a little pricey for what you get.

Had a bad food experience at the Neutral Bay location and was followed up by the management team. They offered my wife and I free burgers and shakes at the location of our choice to make up for it. We went back to Stanhope which has always been good for us and this time it was great. The owner sorted us out straight away and the lamb burger was out of this world. Their shakes at this store are also always fantastic. Would recommend for the food and the service. They really do care about your experience.

After lots of dramas that I had with Ubereats and they surprisingly didn’t deliver my Kids’ meal, the manager at this branch and the supervisor showed the best customer service and gave two kids meal for free to my kids.. and also an extra burger. It’s been a while since I’ve been here! They use to have more funky flavour shakes but not long though I still liked the milo shake I’ve had there. Definitely they make shakes better than most places. The superfood vege burger was nice too and filling! Have to try the ribs one day

I was really happy with this place. I had the grilled Atlantic Salmon and it was cooked to perfection! The wait time was quick - although it wasn't busy when we went - and the staff were really friendly. I also love that it's a licensed venue. A little pricy to be honest, some burgers seem to cost more than they are probably worth, and the thick shakes seem a little expensive. However it all tastes AMAZING especially the ribs, they have a wide range and they are cooked perfectly and literally fall off the bone and are marinated amazingly. The burgers are also filled with flavour and do not lack at that, just size. The thick shakes are indeed thick and taste amazing, although the cups they put them in is much larger than how much they give you, giving an impression that you are getting less than what you paid for. Otherwise a good place to eat here and there.

Absolutely love Ribs and Burgers food and my family and I come often, lately due to Covid we do take away. I would like to say one thing though. Stanhope Ribs and Burger, you seriously need to stop these Uber drivers or anyone not ordering from using your restaurant as a walk through to the shopping mall. Sitting here today, I observed over 10 people enter and walk through and then back again. It’s not good for those dining and you certainly not following the rules with Covid as you ask those dining to sign, but no one stops or checks those using your restaurant as a quick passage way.

We ordered burgers and chips. Wasn't too bad but think its pricey for what you get. We were very put off by the noise. Suppose there isn't much you can do if toddlers scream and run around but it was really an unpleasant experience. Due to price and atmosphere, we wont be returning. A big thanks to the tall waiter. Mouth-watering burgers but terrible checkout etiquette by the store manager (large man with a line beard) The burgers and fries deserve six a star rating. However, the service by who I think was the store manager needs dramatic improvements. I came to pick up my phone order and found the placed to be packed to the rafters. Two registers were being operated, so I naturally stood in the shortest line. WHAT A MISTAKE. The register was being operated by who I think was the store manager (large man with a line beard). I was next to be serviced. The manager took 15 minutes to take the order of the previous person, and after he took the order, he just walked away and started working in the back. I don’t have an issue with registers closing, and customers directed to join another queue but have the courtesy to inform customers. Even Aldi has the etiquette of telling customers be it via booming announcements over the PA. In fairness to the staff took my order, she was polite and quickly gave me order. Unfortunately, because of the store manager, I have to deduct two stars.

My teenagers love the Loaded Chips for about $10. The first couple of times we had them, the box was full, and delicious. Just sent my son to buy 4 boxes to bring home, and we were so disappointed that they seemed half full! $40 order of hot chips (ridiculous I know, but we were craving!) which we probably won't do again. They were still very tasty, but left us all wanting more!

Im visiting from California and consider myself well traveled. I've been staying in Sydney for almost 2 weeks and have been eating out just about everyday whether for dinner or lunch. We all know the US is king when it comes to food. Ribs and Burger was the best place I tried. I had the chicken wings-chili flavor and "The Lamb" lamb burger with bacon. What I noticed was those items had FLAVOR and weren't bland! The lamb burger was rich in flavor well balanced with its topping. They used a nice juicy tender lamb steak piece which had a great fat layer on it. They had great dressing/dipping sauces. This place made me and my two sisters very happy. So happy that we made it a point to reach out to the chefs and give them our compliments. Yes, it may seem like an ordinary chain restaurant but its worth it. I never write reviews but if I figured if I can help my fellow Americans in Sydney who are in a desparate search for flavor then its worth the effort.

Ribs and burgers located in Stanhope shops is a must try! Lots of hand sanitizer and check in code. The food and and drink came out very quickly! The chicken and mayo wrap was very delicious and filling. They have filtered water available to use yourself. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Nice and open with lots of air and light. Indoor and outdoor seating available! They are open late which is great for takeaway or eating in. A great variety of chicken and beef meals. Sweet potato fries, Mexican cheese fries, burgers. Enjoy the food, but quite expensive and online ordering via a phone was a pain. Wanted to pay at pickup with online order, but not possible. Though you can if ordered over the phone which is not always an option.
