Best kebab I’ve ever eaten. I’m usually never able to finish the whole thing but for this one I wish it never finished. It was a bit of a wait but very worth it - it’s a yes from me 🤤

Me and my brethren were seeking a hearty meal, dreaming of the perfect bite of that majestic sustenance. We stumbled, foolishly resisting the draw that the merry singing and smells at first, seeking nourishment from other lesser eateries. We realized our mistake and decided to return. Oh how our journey was fruitful. The chicken doner kebab was heavenly. The bread, softer and more tasty than any unleavened bread I'd ever tasted. The chicken was seasoned to perfection. I have never felt so much joy and enlightenment, so much hearty fulfillment. Sinbad kebabs is more than a quick kebab stop. It is a religious experience.

A good friendly hello and a doner snack pack was ordered with the time honoured traditional hot chilli, garlic and BBQ sauces. Pack arrived 5 minutes later well presented with piping hot chips. A very solid effort and one one of the better options for this Sydney delicacy in the CBD.
