Fabulous salad shop makes fresh salads every morning. Usually sells out around 2:30pm. Closes at 4:00pm every day. Great place for coffee as well

Recently discovered this place after spotting a colleagues lunch across the table. Fantastic range of super fresh and interesting salads at much better prices than the main chain salad bars. Medium salads are only $7.50 and feature generous servings of the good stuff and not just tons of fill. My favourites are the beetroot, feta and walnut, the chicken and broccoli and the brown rice salad. Fantastic option for vegetarians or health conscious diners. Great addition to the array of cheap lunch options Hunter Connection.

My most recent discovery in North Sydney . Not going to lie one my favourite places to grab a coffee at the moment. I'm not just saying this I don't find many places that don't burn the soy . I can't say to much about the food as I haven't tried but from what I've seen at a glance the sandwiches are very popular and get slaughtered during lunch time .
