If you want to be transported to Italy in one mouthful of food this is the place to visit! The dishes are made with authentic flavours! Pasta dishes are so bold and beautifully presented. The woodfire pizza is like no other in the area. It tastes proper! Long before I did a shoot here, I have been a customer and have never been dissatisfied! 👌🏽

Really good food at reasonable prices. Staff were friendly and helpful. Patrons were spaced out well and the staff could be seen sanitising tables after diners had left. I had the seafood stew and it was delicious.

The quality of ALL dishes were EXCEPTIONAL! 5/5 for food This place has always been good, it is now better than ever. Menu recently upgraded. Sat night 5.30pm early dinner. We chose: Vodka Rigatoni- Excellent! $25 Seafood Stew- Mind blowing, so tasty.$30 Grilled Salmon - very nice, decent serving.$30 Pizza, they are ALL GOOD, woodfired. $25 Even the Italian salad was brilliant. $15 Wines....prices not over the top. but wish I could bring my own. Used to be BYO, but was told that this is only now a Monday - Thursday option. Hard to find correct info on the website. Would be nice if I could bring my choice of wine and more than happy to pay corkage. Service was great with one particular waitress going the extra mile, wiping down tables and chairs thoroughly and excellent general housekeeping. Not all staff were wearing masks correctly (which I know can be difficult at times). Once the place fills up it gets noisy.

Love this place! Great service. I dine alone often, so they made me the kids pizza how I wanted it. House red (Rosso) was smooth, so I had a second for dessert. Rocket salad perfectly balanced with a light Balsamic vinaigrette. Jess was a great server. I love that the woodfire oven is out in the open. Best crust-their chili or garlic crusts are amazing if you just want something to complement their other main dishes. Just GO! Or I usually order online now, but I had forgotten how nice it was to dine in on a weeknight.

Classic family style Italian restaurant in Randwick. Go here when your hungry and order pasta as the portions are enormous. The food is nice and tasteful. The pizzas 🍕 are made in a wood fire oven and good quality. The staff is friendly and helpful and meals are served very quickly. If you like a classic Italian dish you will definitely like this restaurant.

My partner and I come here at least once every fortnight! Very tasty, affordable, wholesome Italian food. We’ve tried almost every item in their menu, and everything is delicious. Can’t go wrong ordering anything here. Decent sized portions, excellent service, and if you takeaway, you get 15% off but with slightly smaller portions which is fair.

Had lunch here on sunday! Such a good place good vibe!! Beers on tap!! And Sean the Owner/Chef is a top bloke!!!!! Accomodated for us and took his time explaining how he makes his sauces. This place is a hidden gem with delicious food, generous portions, reasonable prices, and a huge menu with lots of variety. I had the seafood stew which was generous and delicious, and the squid ink pasta and ravioli were also excellent. Pleasantly surprised with how nice everything was and how fresh and delicious the food was. Arancini was also excellent, very fragrant with a wonderful blue cheese sauce.

Celebrated my daughters 16th Birthday with the family and was so happy we booked into Vitaly. The food was absolutely delicious we had 8 people dining with a mix of dishes from the menu from garlic bread, entrees, mains and pizzas = the pizzas are the bomb straight from their woodfire pizza oven with buffalo mozzarella and amazing pizza dough. I would highly recommend this restaurant, staff was super friendly they were a little under the pump with the restaurant being quite busy but really friendly and helpful. Servings are very generous for the prices we ended up taking food home. Will definitely be one of our favorites for great tasty Italian food.

Amazing food, great atmosphere, awesome service, good value for money We are regulars to Vitaly and have never been disappointed. We have a toddler and a newborn and we always feel very welcome and they accommodate our needs: highchair, understanding toddlers menu alterations, etc. We are slowly going through their menu and so far everything we tried was spot on, cooked amazingly, and very delicious. Pizza, even plain garlic and cheese pizza, goes above and beyond and tastes amazing. Pasta is always cooked to perfection and so are meat dishes. I really highly recommend this place for anyone, families with kids, first daters, birthday parties. This place will do it all!

We specially travelled from Central Coast to have dinner at Vitaly. Amazing ambiance, food served was as per our taste. Following items Chilli crust - crispy and spicy. The olive and tomato relish complimented the crust. Arancini - the tomato sauce served as made specially for us. Pizza - very tasty pizza vegitable toppings, but the ricotta made it more delicious. Ravioli and penne - both the dishes were so tasy we cleaned the plate for every bit of sauce. Brownie with icecream - softest brownie every. Tasted. Thank you for such delicious food. In my last visit, with my wife and a friend, the restaurant was unusual crowded for a Monday. And they had a new waitress that got the job well done. Certainly an unexpected first day, but a great work. Of course the woodfire pizza was amazing (my wife's choice, it was that one with feta cheese). I got a Spaghetti alla Puttanesca, it was really delicious. As good as my number one pasta on Vitaly: Spaghetti Carbonara. Thanks for the Chef. And my friend got an risoto with prawns... Vitality was recommended to us by staff at The Centre Randwick. Upon our arrival , Francesca made us feel welcome and guided us to our table. We ordered our food a Bruschetta for starters and mains of Veal Scaloppini and Chicken Breast with Prawns and avocado. Good servings of food and the quality was very good. Shaun another waiter obliging took our photo as it was our wedding anniversary. Overall , a nice welcoming restaurant to have a quality meal at a reasonable price. The waitress picked up dirty plates from the other table and placed them on our table before collecting our plates.. it was quite dirty and off putting after enjoying a nice meal. It is the small things that can really turn you off.

A very well deserved 5 stars. I have Italian heritage so I am very fussy with my Italian food. The food at Vitaly is delicious, fresh and full of flavour. I took a large group of my friends and they were all amazed with the food and the service. The pizza, the pasta, the Arancini, the salt and pepper squid. It was all utterly delicious. We were pleasantly surprised with Vitaly. We've walked past many times but decided to try it last night. Delicious wood fired pizza, great base and toppings. They were very happy to make the two pizzas we ordered with vegan cheese and they used a good soy cheese rather than coconut which was so yummy. Their menu currently has one vegan pizza. The wine was nice and the pours generous. It is also BYO. Will definitely return and so pleased we tried it! Great to have a good go to in Randwick. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that it would have been nice to listen to some Italian music which would have enhanced the experience. Worth a try.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, good team ! It feels cosy and comfy. Could fit for a romantic dinner or a good time with friends for sure although I was on my own and it was good and relaxing. I had a really good Pescatore risotto (plenty of seafood) with a nice cocktail. It came from the kitchen fast. Then I was full but wanted to try the Nutella calzone, I ordered it take away at least I could taste it and save the rest of it for the next day.. I ate it all before I came home !! The dough was the best ever ! You'll have a great time there, I recommend it ! :)

Normally I don't expect much from a low key suburban restaurant, but Vitaly exceeded all expectations. Came here on a whim as I was in the area and craving some Italian. Customer service was personable and attentive. Pizza was truly wood fire and of exceptional standard. The toppings were generous and were flavorful combinations. We loved their vodka prawn penne and would recommend it to anyone. Definitely will be returning if we're in the area again!

There used to be a mediocre italian at this spot, and I had an impression that this is just a rebranding. I regret not giving them a chance earlier, they are completely opposite and really good. Portion sizes are generous, food seems made from scratch and prices are reasonable. Would definitely visit again. The pizza was thin and crispy with generous toppings. The ceasar salad was delicious (add the chicken, so worth it). The 4 cheese gnocchi was so good everyone was sticking their fork in to taste. 2 people has the rib eye. They loved it and cudos to an Italian restaurant for making steakhouse quality meat. While they are friendly. my second time here ( using Menulog) they took 40 mins to cook a steak which they hadn’t started cooking when we arrived at the restaurant. The search for an authentic Italian pizza can sometimes be painful. We know of a few but none are convenient to where we live and others that claim to be an authentic experience fall way too short, far too often. This was the second time we dined in at Vitaly’s and whilst the pizza was slightly better the first time eating in, this time was still better than most others in and around the eastern suburbs. And that say’s something... I’d rate their pizza tonight as fantastic and on our first visit I’d say it was almost perfect. The only difference being a marginally softer dough the first time with a slightly stronger sense of flavour to the sauce, otherwise both times were brilliant. A slightly more oozing formaggio would make these visits faultless. We love prosciutto and Vitaly’s version of the Rucula is divine. The base is thin with a volumptuous crust. The sauce is rich and tasty. And unlike so many other pizzas you can actually still taste the sauce even after the pizza’s been baked. Thank you ! There are many varieties of pizza in Australia but if it’s a real pizza you’re after, something akin to what you might get from someone like “Via Napoli” then you won’t be dissapointed. And in fact, it’s not just the pizza that impresses but everything we’ve ordered, from the arancini to the mussels to the Italian salad, they all set themselves apart. And if I close my eyes I might be fooled into thinking I was at mums house tonight for dinner. Big balls of bocconcini in my salad were a nice surprise and the espresso just like home. Sometimes you stumble across something great when you stop searching and that’s how we feel about Vitaly’s. We stumbled across it by way of an invitation to a luncheon. And I can see us becoming regulars. Italians don’t always make or serve the most authentic Italian foods and for this reason we rarely dine out on Italian. These guys may not be traditional Italians but you’d be fooled into thinking otherwise. I know Mum and Dad thoroughly enjoy eating here, both Italian born and both wizards themselves in the kitchen. The owners are comforting, service is good, food is excellent, fully licensed with the option to BYO. Price is ok and on par with other restaurants in this range if maybe slightly more on their pizza selections. Vitaly definitely improves the vitality of pizza in our region. Colour me impressed.

The real italian in the eastern suburb... Initially whenever i go to Italian restaurants, i always have thought that the foods can be easily made at home, but i changed my mind when i ate in this restaurant, really the sauce on the pasta is awesome, the Mozarella garlis bread is just right, pizza is amazing, and for the burger, the meat melted in your mouth. So far i am so impressed with this restaurant, must try if you are around the area.
